Nice original bike....I guess the color is a very dark brown but looks black to my old eyes...new tires....new battery...starts and runs nice....stainless mufflers....speedo works but odometer doesn't so not sure of actual miles...tach needle has fell off...seat is solid but has some cat nicks....saddlebags are real nice with no cracks and have keys.....I also have the missing engine name plate.....always looking for Moto Guzzi stuff.... call 618-571-2800 if you want to talk about it ...no shipping but I will help load for you or your shipper......I also travel a bit so if you are close might be able to deliver....30 day storage at no charge as long as the bike is paid for in the time frame noted...Please look at pictures close and ask questions....I buy-sell

1970 BMW R75/5 (SWB) I am the 3rd owner of this gorgeous bike, that spent its entire life in Louisiana until April of 2016. It had only 13k miles on it, and now has 15k. It was running well when I got it, but It's now had extensive restoration work, including but not only, new Omega charging system, battery, seals, fluids, lines, carbs rebuilt, brakes, RaceTech front suspension, Hagon rear shocks, low euro bars, kick stand springs, original style center stand, and more... I have all of the receipts from the items that are listed, and most of the receipts and records for repairs from the BMW shops in Louisiana over the course of its entire life, as well as original manuals and a Clymer Airhead manual. It was a nice bike when I got it, but now it's really something special! Sad to let her go after all this, but not in a position to have a bike at this moment, and need the money more than the bike too probably. Asking $7,250

Owner recently died. Both bikes were parked running, both in all original condition. Everything appears to function; brakes, shifters, controls, switches, clutch, roll freely, seats are soft and no holes, etc. Both have factory tool rolls, owners manuals and keys. This comes with factory service manual, 3 antique helmets, box of helmet pads and gloves, original papers since new, extra parts, ride pins, pink slips, original bags - trunks - fairings - windshields, etc. These bikes are complete and both need major cleaning and restoration. Incredibly clean older airhead that's been with me for near a decade.....but I need to let it go. Too many other things going on right now, so not getting to ride near as much as I'd like. 1977 R75/7 750cc - only made for one year. A somewhat rare machine, this thing runs and runs and runs. Not a speed demon, but comfortable enough to ride all day long. The parts are easy to come by, the bike is simple to work on, and the German design is bombproof. Many consider the R75 to be the best engine ever manufactured by BMW. Plenty of decent upgrades on this bike, including an Optima red top battery, upgraded electronic ignition, Krauser hard bags, Reynolds backrest, battery tender, etc. Original tool kit still in place. Has been repainted to original colors at one point, and the paint was very well done. Lower Euro bars have also been installed. Only 32K original miles. Original US bars will go with the bike if the buyer would like to have them. Not a show queen by any means, but a truly nice machine. I get compliments on it every single time I ride it. Very nice sounding bike that handles well and can run all day long. Will likely need tires before the next riding season - otherwise just get on it and ride. Clear Colorado title in my name.
