I believe this bike to be mostly original except for the rear shocks and some hardware. All the cables, front fork boots have been changed. The bike has new paint on tanks and covers and other parts see photos.Engine has been rebuilt all new bearings, seals valves and guides, piston and rings .020 over, new clutch plates, carb rebuild etc. This bike was in long term storage I semi restored it. Bike runs strong seem to start easy. see photos Come look at or call with questions I will do my best to answer them Call Mike 860-460-1491 Note: Bill of Sale Only

1970 BSA B44 Shooting Star A very beautiful example of BSA's street version of the 441 Victor enduro machine of the day. The 441cc single cylinder four stroke engine with four speed foot shift transmission is the exact same power plant as what was used in many of the BSA competition motorcycles. This Shooting Star was restored by Robby Berg of Bullhead City AZ. back in 1999 with only one hundred fifty miles put on the clock since the full mechanical and cosmetic rebuild. With over $13k invested, this motorcycle is an excellent runner with new gell cell battery and charger, new rebuilt speedometer, and sporting the original 6 volt charging system with points and condenser.
