Time to part with my 74 BSA Chopper. This has been a project bike for 8 years. It's bounced around a few shops on the west coast for various work. It has a brand new engine. It's not titled and needs a few things done before it's roadworthy and safe to ride. It's 95% ready to ride. Here are some things I can remember it may need before riding: New tires, front brake, turn signals, valve cover gaskets and possibly a battery. The old British bikes were right foot shifter and left rear brake. A friend some years ago engineered linkage to convert to left shifter and right rear brake. This may need some alignment or just taken off. The bike is 9' long. It sits low to the ground. I'm a medium built guy and comfortable with the height. If you are over 6' tall the bike may be a little small for you. It has a custom built frame, coffin gas tank, octagon oil tank, custom upholstered King & Queen seat, wrapped fishtails, springer front end and more. This is a 12 volt dc, negative ground bike. You can put 10 harleys next to each other and everyone with checkout this 74 chopper. There's nothing like it on the road. The engine is a BSA A-65 650. Spent $4,300 restoring the engine with Countryside Cycles in Florida. Have about $10k into this bike. Fully restored could be worth twice that amount. Asking $6,850. To save us both time, serious inquiries welcome. Feel free to call with questions. Thanks for looking. 909-268-1500.

Hey everyone. This is a 1960 A10 650 BSA motorcycle. It was my fathers (he was the original owner) and he said it runs. But he has not tried to start it in about 20 years. Because it has not been started in a while I don't want to try as it prob needs to be lubed up and checked inside before you kick it over. But it does kick over. It has all original parts. I believe the handle bars, gas tank and rear fender are not original but they are 1960s original. I do have the original front chrome fender but its not on the bike. Don't know the mileage because it has no speedometer. This bike needs some love and restoration. CLEAN TITLE If you have any questions feel free to message me or call 480 two three one 8450. Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping.

Original condition! 1952 BSA A10 Golden Flash Frame number: ZA7S 10223 Engine number: ZA10 15686 One of BSA's most beloved engines, the new 650cc A10 twin joined the 500cc A7 model in 1949. The existing parallel-twin architecture was retained for the A10, with a 360-degree crankshaft and single camshaft at the rear of the cylinder block. A four-speed gearbox bolted directly to the crankcase in a form of semi-unit construction. Like the A7, the A10 was available initially with either a rigid frame or plunger rear suspension; it would be another four years before swingarm rear suspension superseded both. Named Golden Flash, initially the new 650 was strikingly finished in pale beige metallic, a sure standout when black predominated. Ever since the model's introduction, enthusiasts have commonly referred to the touring A10 as the "Golden Flash," even when it was finished in alternative color schemes, as is the case with this particular example, a black plunger frame model. ? The matching-numbers A10 offered here has been on display in a private and very substantial multi-multi-million dollar collection of European cars and motorcycles. Purchased several years ago in the presented perfectly original cosmetic condition, the bike was sympathetically overhauled mechanically, with attention given to brakes, suspension and carburetion. The engine has excellent compression and the bike runs exceptionally well. It is accompanied by a substantial file of service and restoration receipts.

1952 BSA A10 Golden Flash Bobber. Built about 6 years ago and used as a weekend Bar Hopper. Original Frame and matching 650CC engine. Head was modified for more flow and Stainless steel Valves were added. Hardened Valve seats for unleaded fuel. Heavy Duty Norton clutch and Belt drive primary for reliability. Bored .040 over. Magneto ignition with electronically regulated voltage regulator. Everything was rebuilt approximately 1500 miles ago. Custom "Deep Purple" paint that looks great but has a few chips and touch ups from use. It has a mark on the rear fender from the chain hitting it when it was out of adjustment. (pic shows it well, its very low on the fender so it is hardly noticeable) There is also 2 small areas where the paint lifted a bit on the concaved part of the fuel tank that I took a close up picture of. Nearly every part on this bike has been polished or chrome plated. Custom leather seat. This bike is surprisingly fast, Ive owned a few Triumph Bonnevilles and this bike would smoke them. Runs flawlessly and always starts on the first kick. Feel free to contact me with any questions you may have. Anthony 520-990-7932 Will ship worldwide, email for a quote.

Numbers Matching 1961 BSA A10 Big Valve Super Rocket - absolutely beautiful restoration done about 15 years or so ago with nothing spared. Engine rebuilt, gearbox redone, re plating, rebuilt magneto, generator, instruments, and the list goes on and on. Bought bike from a collection. It was ridden by the previous owner/rebuilder on occasion ( speedo says 3283 miles - knowing speedo was rebuilt, this is probably the miles he put on it post rebuild but am not sure). I was told the bike has been in dry heated storage for the last 10 years or so - properly stored with engine kicked over and gearbox ran through on a regular basis. I have not attempted to start the bike since I purchased it. This bike is extremely clean, very close to original and very nice, probably one of the nicer one's you will ever see. These are getting harder to find- especially like this one. Please see the pictures attached for details and ask questions if needed. I can send extra photos if needed - just let me know what you want to see please. Bike is sold as is, no warranty implied. Recommendation is that motorcycle will need going through before starting/driving - just as any bike that has been in storage for a period of time I have a clean and clear ownership in hand. The Library of the VMCC in the UK confirmed that this 1961 BSA Super Rocket is numbers matching and was dispatched to Percy McBrides, Toronto Ontario Canada on January 26, 1961. Recorded as an A10 Super Rocket built to USA specs. $500 non refundable downpayment by PayPal is due immediately upon sale,. The balance must be paid by either a direct wire from your bank to mine or by International Money Order that is cashable in Canada. Prefer bank to bank wire . Once money is safely in my bank account, I will release the bike for pick up. Shipping is sole responsibility of buyer ( U Ship works good ) . I can hold bike for up to 45 days so that you can arrange shipping. SOLD AS IS - No warranty implied, any comments in my description are from my point of view and information given to me. What you see or know may vary from mine and that is fine. Bike is being sold as is, no warranty implied, seller has no liability on sale. 2 hours N from Niagara Falls NY or Buffalo NY border crossing3 hours N from Port Huron, Mi or Collins Landing NY border crossing4 hours from Detroit Mi or Ogdensburg, NY border crossing Norton, BSA, Triumph, Vintage motorcycle, pre unit, pre-unit, preunit

This motorcycle, the Victor Special was driven  to world champions  in 1965 and 1966, by Victor Smith, BSA than due to the fame he brought to this model developed and sold the street version, The Victor Special. I purchased  this BSA from a motorcycle enthusist, three years ago, he owned this BSA for approx. 10 plus years, and did extensive rebuilding of it. I can no longer ride this vintage bike due to age and health. Always garaged and detailed, well maintained and properly stored for the colder months. Driven approximately 25 miles per season. Nothing has to be done to enjoy this vintage cycle. I can put you in contact with the previous owner for the work report. I do have extra parts, and a new single seat, and a shop manual, owners manual which is signed by Victor Smith.Dennis K 920 421 1000 or email me at [email protected]
