Here is your chance to own the one and only Speed Liner built by Jaxon from Wild Card Customs! This is an incredible machine! This concept started with the phone call from a producer of a motorcycle build off TV show. They called to touch base if we wanted to participate and go over details. Jaxon started to develop a design that would blow people away with engineering and design that was ahead of its time. The Speed Liner went on to be filmed for the TV show and then has traveled the country many times. This bike was so impressive that it has been the only bike in history to grace the cover of Easy Rider with a metric motor. It was also featured on the Easy Rider centerfold tour and taken around the country with those fine folks. It has won bike shows in Daytona, Sturgis, Las Vegas, Long Beach, Austin, and others. It was also invited to the corporate Yamaha offices in Cypress California to look over and talk about. The Speed Liner is a bike that is not only a show bike but a bike that can be ridden and used. Completely functional and ready to ride. The Speed Liner has also been featured on the cover of Custom Star calendar and inside bonus pocket. And has also won best engineering award at big twin custom invitational. Let me tell you a little bit about the uniqueness of this very special bike. There are very few parts on this bike that are store bought. Most of this bike has been custom built by Jaxon at Wild Card Customs. Here is just a short list of the parts they built, frame, tank, bars, forks, wheels, hubs, pipes, pegs, shifter, brakes, brake pads, axles, fuel injection system, lighting, brake disc, oil system, wire harness system, sprockets. When they say he built everything, just about every part is engineered, developed and hand made built. Lets give you one example of the time and development that has gone into this bike. The wheels started off as 400 pound billet blocks of aluminum, each. Then were water jet out into 200 plus pound 'donuts' and finally in to a very large CNC lathe and cut the tire lip into the outer circumference. Then finally into a huge Mazak CNC machine and then proceeded to have a few hundred hours of machining hours on both inside the rims. These rims are also very special because they are both 23" and the spokes are hung upside down. The heads are captured inside special pockets machined into each rim, and the threads are hidden in a special cavity in our own built and machined hubs. To go along with the rim he designed and engineered the 23" disc brakes. If you look closely you see the disc have been inlayed into the rim and is part of the rim/wheel. There are hundred of special features to this very special one off motorcycle. We also worked with the great Engineers with Penske to develop two great shocks for this bike, they custom built these two just for this bike and the bike sits proper and rides like a dream. They have also developed the forks in the same way as the wheels with hundreds of hours of development, coding and machine time involved. All of these parts from the steer tube, triple tree system, link bars and forks have all been hand built. Another very special part of this bike are the brakes themselves. The front brakes are twin piston, differential bore that have been machined into each leg of the fork. The brakes are IN THE FORK. Wild Card also machined very large race car brake pads to fit into the special space in the forks to be used on the front wheel. The front rim is pinched between the forks as a very large brake. The rear brake uses the same principal and are all custom machines and built. No store bought parts. The spool hubs and axles were all built by Wild Card as well. Axles are special hollow large bore axles running on high end bearings. This is a very special bike that will never be duplicated and never be built again. It should be in a museum, but is a reliable functional bike that someone should go ride. Its a one off masterpiece of mechanical art ! Feel free to ask any questions you might have and I will be happy to answer them for you. Very special machine ! Attaches to front beam. This buggy was originally built in the late 60's. It is an original "Manx style" Spoiler body, offered by Desert Fox and Sandwinder. I bought it in 2008. It was such a cool little buggy but needed some updating. I decided to tear it down and rebuild it as a street driven show car with a strong nod to wild 60's dune buggies and show rods. I wanted to try to use as much of the original build as possible, keeping the "survivor" feel and character that it had. I did not replace the pan, but did clean it up and paint it. The drive components, trans, and suspension have been gone through to make sure it is a turnkey runner, starts up every time, and is safe on the streets. The entire car was rewired with a new harness, fittings, fusebox. The body was the focus of the build, with a full metal flake finish(over a pound of flake) with candy teal panel work and custom hand lettering and pinstriping to top it all off. I removed the seats and body for a complete pearl white diamond tuck makeover, replacing the pan/body gasket with a brand new one upon reassembly. Also installed brand new windshield frame, glass, and rubber. For more details on the entire build you can go to my build thread on the Samba. Lot of progress pics and many details there. http://www.thesamba.com/vw/forum/viewtopic.php?t=477020 The Boulevard Buggy is an award winner and international magazine feature car, built for street and show. Won many “Best Paint” awards. Also won "1st In Class" and “Promoter’s Choice” awards at Bugorama in Fontana. It's been featured in various publications including full editorials in Ultra VW Magazine, VW Speed, Gasoline Magazine, Kustom World. And possibly the coolest feature in the renowned "Dune Buggy Handbook". This little Boulevard Buggy has garnered a lot of attention. If you’re looking for a turnkey, one of a kind custom car that’s a blast to drive and turns heads wherever it goes…this is the one for you! All the hard work has been done on this buggy. It’s in great condition and runs great. Minor improvements would make this the perfect car. If I were to keep it, I'd maybe upgrade to a new dual master cylinder and upgrade the pedal assembly to one of those fancy rollers. :) The dash is purposefully minimal, but can be easily upgraded with more bells and whistles. Original bug speedo needle doesn't work, but the battery/ignition lights in the gauge are wired and work fine. The one thing that needs to be replaced is the e-brake handle. I never got around to doing it, but its never been a major issue for me. These are little details that do not affect the drivability or fun factor of this car and would be easy for a new owner. This has been the coolest car to build, own, and drive. Definitely one of a kind. I have more invested than the asking price. But all reasonable offers will be considered. The car is located in the Antelope Valley(Northern Los Angeles County). I'm willing to work with the buyer to ship anywhere, at buyer's expense of course. If you live in Southern California or Phoenix, AZ we can easily arrange personal delivery for a reasonable fee. There is an immediate deposit of $500 via Paypal required. The balance is to be paid within 7 days. Accepted methods of payments for the balance are cash or a cashier's check from a United States bank. Due to high paypal fees, the final payment balance (minus deposit) can not be made through Paypal. Please send an eBay message upon completion of eBay transaction. Hello and thank you for having an interest in my custom motorcycle. The name of my bike is Brown Suga , i personally built this bike to be reliable , fast, stop fast , go to work with and win any show i bring her too. Well i did that and now due to financial woes these days i must sell her . I originally started with a Santee wide tire (200mm) frame , set up for a shovel head and fat bob tank backbone. I knew right away i would be chopping this frame up so i made a frame jig around the frame and after it was welded to the frame i proceeded to cut off the frame tubes from the center tube forward . I then replaced the tubes with 1.5 DOM(drawn over mandrel, for those who dont know) tubing on the back bone and down tubes, i added 2" to the backbone tube and 2" to the downtube stretch . I purchased a voodoo choppers pro street neck with internal stops and set the rake to 38 degrees ( perfect chopper dimensions) . After setting up the dimensions and tacked it all i made cool gussets to the neck to mimic the nyctransit overhead rail gussets they all have a 3 hole design to them. the bottom gusset was actually a piece of diamond plate my brother took from the world trade center site after the attack, i cut the plate and shaped a small chin guard to tie all the tubes on the lower half together. Finish welding was all TIG welded , all tubing was miter cut for perfect fit and then air cooled on the jig so as no warpage would occur. By the way ive been building custom bikes for over 20 years and i was an apprentice at a pro street hot rod shop for 5 years before that , so im not a novice at this , i have built 15 customs in that time frame and had a custom bike shop for 4 years till the economy fell out the sky. Back to Brown Suga, everything on this bike has been hand made except for the motor and trans they are from the H-D factory out the crates. Gas tank is a king sportster tank , tunnel was removed and dropped bout 2 inches more over the frame to level it from the side view , custom stainless steel gas cap , flat panel on the bottom of the tank with a pingle petcock, and custom made rubber mounts. oil tank is made from 16 gauge mild steel shaped like the stock horse shoe tank but tighter to the frame built in hidden battery box, hidden filler under seat , and exposed copper tube oil lines ( gives it a vintage look) . Rear fender is a mid- usa 14 gauge fender blank that i shaped to fit as close as posible to the tire without hitting, custom curved fender struts with asteticly placed holes . The drive train in this frame was originally set up for a shovel head which is like 2 inches too short for an evo motor so during the frame mock i set the backbone higher to fit it . Satin Finish stock evolution motor from H-D with sportster chrome rocker boxes (makes motor look tall and skinny up top, super E s&s carb with a modified stock air cleaner and K&N filter , stock internals , Crane Hi-4 single fire ignition, and custom made top motor mount with hidden coil. Transmission is stock appearing on the outside but i slid in a brand new rev tech 6 speed gear set in it so this bike can cruise at very high speeds and has a low first gear for hard take offs, topped off with chrom top cover and chrome PM hydrolic clutch cover. Primary is a stock H-D chrome inner and outer cover but inside is a primo brute 3 dry belt and clutch (no oil leaks, its dry!) . Suspension is progressive front and rear , fully adjustable rear and the front is stock xl sportster narrow glide legs 39 mm with no front fender and a custom engineering fork brace with holes to match the theme. Wheels were hand built to my specs by Black Bike Wheels in california. The rear is actually a lowrider rim, measuring 7 inches wide (standard width for 200 is 5.5 wide) so the tire is stretched onto the rim so it gives the illusion of a 220 tire. The holes punched for a 40 spoke custom brushed aluminum hub, spokes are offset like on a car one side is shallow looking and the other side is dished hard, polished stainless steel spokes , metzler tire, Pm Villan style rotor and sprocket with pm 4 piston calipers. Front rim is 21x2.5 with a custom made narrow glide hub and 40 spokes same as rear, front rotor is a PM BIG 13 " full floater witha PM 6 piston differential bore caliper. Hand controls are PM contour levers with PM hard grips ( knurled like on a barbell) super bars , accutronix 1 " risers, smooth trees with a brush finish, custom made control panel and an Arleen ness headlight painted to match the bike, Danny Gray hand made custom black leather seat, dyna mid mount foot controls . [email protected] 5527 Lakeview Road, Charlotte, NC, 28269, US 2005 Matt Hotch Designs Custom Xtreme Softtail Chopper Matt Hotch Designs Custom Xtreme Softail 121ci 6 Speed Year: 2005 Type of vehicle title: Clear Primary color: Burgundy Mileage: 3700 Transmission type: 6 Speed Manual Engine: 121cu in V-Twin Interior color: Black Vehicle info Thanks to the global recession, and America's appetite for trendy pop culture, many predict the end of the custom motorcycle craze. Jesse James locked the doors on West Coast Choppers in late 2010. The O.C.C. boys closed the curtain on their epic Discovery show in late 2012. And many 'assembly line customizers' have been reduced to mailboxes of angry legal threats and unanswered warranty claims. But this isn't the end of an era; custom bikes always have been, and always will be, a big part of two-wheel culture. The only difference is, today, instead of seeing these artistic beasts under suburbanites with fat bank accounts, you'll see them under hardcore purists and skilled fabricators like Fullerton, California's Matt Hotch. With mere break-in miles on its professionally executed build, this killer Matt Hotch Softail is a fully sorted, turn-key show stopper that mixes exceptional curb appeal with great road manners. Are you a motorcycle purist who's looking for first class style, proven reliability and an exceptional price? Then stop making excuses for that cute, candy-painted bagger and step up to this super slick custom! As one of the most respected designers in the motorcycle hobby, Matt Hotch is an award winning Minnesota native who, at 16 years old, began building bikes in his parent's California garage. After back-to-back championships on Discovery Channel's Biker Build-Off, he cemented his legacy by creating custom two-wheelers for a wide variety of clients. And this stunning Softail, detailed in classic Burgundy paint, bolted together with layers of polished metal and powered by a fully sorted drivetrain, is some of the best work he's ever produced! While most 'professional choppers' are standardized, mass-produced packages that lack the intensity and attention to detail of a grassroots build, true customs maintain a level of style and authenticity that can be tweaked and massaged to create an individual masterpiece. Bringing his philosophy of "perfection is possible" to life, Matt Hotch's namesake firm completely assembled this Softail from the ground up. Once that assembly was complete, the bike's traditionally sculpted sheetmetal was, along with its hand-fitted frame, bathed in a striking and sophisticated layer of Burgundy two-stage. And the end result is a first-rate freedom machine, finished by Tom Prewitt of West Cost Choppers and Monster Garage fame, that's characterized by unbeatable curb appeal! Chock full of carefully spec'd components that promote higher levels of performance, and significantly increase that all-important 'WOW' factor, this gnarly two-wheeler is the product of an $80K, best of everything mindset. At the front of the bike, a Perse telescopic fork hangs a chrome, dual-mode headlight and long, tire-hugger fender above a polished Performance Machine wheel and 120/70 Metzeler tire. At the side of that wheel, a polished brake system utilizes custom stainless lines to squeeze a dual-piston Performance Machine caliper around a giant, drilled rotor. Above that caliper, familiar sweeper bars are capped by polished Hot Match levers, high quality Renthal grips and stylish chrome mirrors. Behind those levers, the bike's 1-inch up, 3-inch forward, 40 degree frame anchors a polished TP Engineering engine between chrome oil components and a body-matched oil tank. At the back of that engine, a chrome-capped Performance Machine belt drive hangs a full set of chrome Hot Match pegs in front of a small, LED tail light. Above that tail light, a custom fuel tank centers a 5-star, pop-up gas cap in front of a textured leather seat. Behind that seat, a full rear fender hovers over a big 240/40 Metzeler tire that spins around a second Performance Machine wheel. And at the side of that wheel, a second drilled rotor combines with a second Performance Machine caliper to provide quick, drama-free stops. The heart of this awesome creation is a 121 cubic inch TP Engineering V-twin that utilizes a high performance camshaft and forged rocker arms to turn stout 9.48 to 1 compression into roughly 120 horsepower. As America's premier manufacturer of performance V-twins, TP Engineering is one of the biggest and most trusted motorcycle engine builders in the world. At the top of the highly detailed mill, billet, Pro-Vent rocker covers lead the eye to polished and air cooled cylinders. On the right side of the bike, a reliable Mikuni carburetor slurps wind through a polished velocity stack that's seated just above heat-wrapped exhaust pipes. Below that carburetor, chrome rod covers lead the eye to a polished cam cover and liquid-filled Drag Specialties oil pressure gauge. And on the left side of the bike, a chrome coil cover rides in front of a Pro-Series single-fire ignition system. All this top notch hardware rolls on a rigid Softail suspension that achieves a vintage Hardtail look while providing a modern feel that doesn't fatigue the rider. And all the TP twin's power flows through a 6-speed Baker transmission that mixes proven technology with solid shifts and reliable cruising. The sale of this highly polished jaw dropper includes an automatic battery charger. Rivaling the best OEM-built bikes on the market, this $80K custom is a 100% road-ready head turner that features an unmatched combination of class and detail. There's a definite difference between even the nicest 'assembly line customs' and a one-of-a-kind piece like this, as every single bolt on this motorcycle adds to both its awesome curb appeal and amazing street prowess. If you're looking for years of open road freedom in a reliable, fully sorted wrapper that can be yours for an unbeatable price, you've come to the right place! This came out of the same collection as the Ulster. The matching number engine was in another Norton in the collection !  So I put it back where it belongs. Doing an internet search revealed that the "sister" Inter to this beauty exists in California i.e. sequential serial number!  I have not done any work to attempt to start this bike. The indicated mileage is a guess as I can not read the first digit  and who knows if the speedometer was changed in all those years. The speedometer drive is not installed and the cable is missing. The engine appears to be in good condition without broken fins or other signs of abuse. Tail light is incorrect.  Give me a call if you need more info (613) 273-5036  or send  me an email [email protected] Canadian buyers are subject to tax Notarized bill of sale only ( we do not have Titles in Canada)  I will not undervalue this bike to cheat customs  this bike requires a heritage export permit to leave Canada and that will be attended toOn Mar-26-14 at 13:17:09 PDT, seller added the following information: I HAVE BEEN ASKED ABOUT SHIPPING TO THE USA.  MACKIE SPECIALTY AUTO SHIPPING  IN OSHAWA ONTARIO JUST EAST OF TORONTO CAN SAFELY TRANSPORT THIS UNCRATED IF YOU WISH. Feast your eyes on this one-of-a-kind BigTwin Flat-Track Street Racer built by the legendary Cole Foster of Salinas Boyz Customs in Salinas, California. Cole Foster, owner of Salinas Boys Customs, has been constructing ‘rolling works of art’ since 1989. Son of Hall of Fame driver Pat Foster, Cole creates cars that are so clean they don't have lines - they simply flow, as evident from the numerous magazine features written on these customs that roll from the bays of the Salinas Boys shop in the quiet California town. At the 2001 Grand National Roadster Show, Cole left with the ‘Chip Foose Design of Excellence’ award for his 1956 Ford F100 Custom Truck. He also built Kirk Hammett’s (Guitarist / Metallica) famous 1936 Ford Coupe, which the Jalopy Journal called “the most important custom car of our generation”. Cole simply calls it "Kirk's 36" or the "Metallicoupe". Of course, Cole also built the Moon Rocket bike for 'Mooneyes', which has been featured on countless magazine covers in the last two years. The bottom line is this: anyone involved in Hot Rod & Custom Motorcycle kulture knows all about Cole Foster and his incredible work. He is a true artist in every sense of the word. This Big Twin Street Tracker is a great example of Cole Foster’s incredible craftsmanship, as it has a design & style all its own! Heavily influenced by the 70’s era w/ that Evel Knievel feel, this incredible machine will simply blow your mind when you see it in person. Features include: Cole Foster Custom-Built Frame, Custom Tank finished in Orange & Black w/ White Pinstripe (is there any other color combo for a Harley Racer?), S&S 127ci motor w/ Harley Davidson 5-Speed Transmission, Custom-Built Exhaust, PM Brakes & Clutch and lots of Cole Foster designed one-off components from front to back. When you climb on this bad-boy and fire it up, there is no way to describe the feeling without experiencing it your self. To say that it’s fast is a gross understatement! This is a two-wheeled Rocket that will put a huge smile on your face the entire time you are onboard. It’s completely street-legal (please check your local DMV) as it was registered in northern California, and features include: Low Beam/High Beam Headlight, Blinkers, Horn, Mirror, License Plate Bracket, etc., so registration & insurance should be no problem whatsoever. This incredible motorcycle is for the guy who wants something that stands out from the crowd, a bike that screams cool! Owning a motorcycle that was custom-built by Cole Foster is a very rare opportunity, as most of his commissioned builds are in the six-figure category. To obtain a Cole Foster custom-built bike in this price range will never happen again, so, if you have been searching for a special, one-of-a-kind machine, built by a one-of-a-kind builder, you have found your bike!
