Finished in White with white and black leather this all original #s matching Mark II was located in a garage not far from my client after sitting for over 30 years. This is the second year for the Mark II by Continental and was not considered a Lincoln until 1958 then the Mark III was introduced. Although the car sat for many years and was not driven the prior owner did start it once a week and moved it back and forth to make sure that the brakes did not seize and the tires did not get flat spots. We believe the car to have most of its original paint but as you will see there is some overspray in spots. The underside of the hood looks as if the padding deteriorated over the years as well as in the trunk. The Mark II has the original 368 CU-IN 6.03 Litre 4bbl V8 with the original 3 speed turbo drive automatic. When my client took possession of the car he needed to ad a new battery as the old one would not work. The car started right up and idled smoothly. The Mark II still retains the original interior as well as the carpets and all the factory instruments. The power windows and seats work, the radio works and all of the gauges work. The fan for the AC/Heat blows but there is no freon in the system and we could not test to see if it will blow cold. This Mark II has power steering, brakes, windows, seats, AM radio and AC. The slide-away tail light exposes the gas tank filler and the Mark II still has the original hubcaps. The car is very solid with no rust and runs and drives very nicely. The original interior will need some cleaning to bring back the luster but as you can see everything has been untouched. This car is from a private collection and can be seen by appointment only at our Delaware location Monday to Friday from 9:00 Am to 5:00 PM. Simply put, if you decide to exercise the option to pay at the holding facility with a bank check you must address ALL refunds with that facility. We are not responsible for any refunds for checks that are given to the facilities direct. What happens if I arrive at the facility and I see that the vehicle is missing parts, its not what it seemed to be in the images, it was tampered with, keys are missing etc.? What should I do? We advertise all of our vehicles on an AS IS basis. If for any reason you receive a vehicle that is completely inaccurate from its description (ie, VIN, Run & Drive, Gasoline or Diesel, Clean or Salvage Title) please contact our offices and we will assist you in an exchange or a refund depending on which payment method was applied. As far as keys are concerned, neither do the auctions nor do we guarantee keys. For those customers that retrieve the vehicles from the facility, please be aware once the gate release has been issued, and the vehicle has left the yard, NO REFUNDS will be accepted. Yes, the photos are provided to us by the holding facility of the actual vehicle using a digital camera. Our photos are NEVER photo shopped. Vehicles are stored nationwide at holding facilities and insurance auctions that store and/or resell vehicles for the insurance companies through Buy Now, live auctions, online auctions, sealed bid auctions, pure sale auctions and reserve bid auctions. 4. How long will it take to get my title? Typically, titles take about 10 to 15 business days to be mailed after the vehicle has been released. Our title department processes titles weekly. Gate releases may take 5 to 10 business days to acquire prior to picking up any vehicle from the holding facility. Can an Insurance Company decide to take back the vehicle after it has been paid for? Yes, this may happen in rare occasions. If for any reason the auction or sale is cancelled, your purchase amount will be refunded immediately. At the same time our inventory is endless where there is always a replacement vehicle to meet your specific needs. 2. If I receive a vehicle and am unhappy with it, will you assist in reselling? Yes, we will be more than willing to assist in finding a holding facility near your location to resell on the market. We have a global audience bidding on these vehicles. Our team will help you find a replacement as well, if needed. Where do you get your vehicles? Our vehicles are acquired through our insurance company and auction contracts.
