1968 Honda CD175 Motorcycle. THERE ARE NOT ANY OF THESE AROUND! This bike is just out of storage since 1974! It came from the original owner who bought it new in 68. Bike was parked in 1974 when owner retired from riding motorcycles. The bike was pulled out of the barn and washed. The bike overall is in good shape for the age. It will need a restoration. The bike looks to be complete. It rolls and steers easily. Rear tire holds air, front tire is flat. The tank looks good on outside and has very minor rust areas inside. Just needs cleaned probably. The speedometer is missing under the glass. The motor on the bike is complete and I dont know if it turns or not. The clutch is stuck disengaged so the kicker doesnt turn the motor. Gear shifter doesnt change gears, although it mover freely up and down, probably just stuck from sitting. Chrome on bike will needs cleaned up or replated. Seat looks good with minor tear or two. The front fender looks good, rear fender has some cracks and a piece missing. Bike has original NC title included along with keys. IMPORTANT!!!! TITLE IS NOT IN MY NAME. IT HAS BEEN SIGNED BY ORIGINAL OWNER AND HAS NOT BEEN NOTORIZED!!!!! BUT TITLE IS INLCUDED WITH BIKE. OWNER SIGNED IT FOR ME BUT WAS VERY OLD AND HAD NO WAY TO GET TO A NOTARY. 1973 Honda CB175, Before we ramble on about how cool and perfect this forty-one year old classic little Honda is we???ll tell you what happened when it first arrived. Just about the entire staff at Bob???s was sure that Bob was going to hold onto it for himself. While his collection, now well past 75 machines that he shares through the Vintage Museum at Bob???s, is for the most part BMW focused there have been a few very interesting exceptions. The 1913 Indian single in his office is just one. He mulled it over for almost a week but then selected to take these photos and the rest is here for you to read and mull over yourself. We might be surprised one morning when he arrives and he says ???I???ve changed my mind??? so if you???re interested don???t twiddle your thumbs too long. An opportunity like this does not come around very often.From what we can tell and have learned this gem has had just two prior owners. The first who never rode it until shortly before offering it up for sale and supposedly logged about 200 miles and number two whom we took it in trade from and rode it the 32.9 miles (+-) from the sellers home to his own. It was then parked, pickled and proudly displayed for about three and a half years. He never rode it again. The battery in it still takes a change and is not the original battery and there is currently fresh fuel with fuel stabilizer in the tank and we???ve started it. We can pickle it for the next owner for a small fee if their intent is to hold, show and enjoy instead of adding miles even though we are sure they would be very enjoyable miles.The tires are recent additions as neither owner felt the originals should be used any longer. They were dealer installed before the last purchase was completed so those 32.9 (+-) miles were on the fresh rubber from about 3.5 years ago. We have the original tires and tubes so if you???re a collector like Bob who wants as much originality as possible they are included with the purchase to the right new home.

This is a 1972 Honda CD175. It does not come with a title, bill of sale only. It is not currently running but the engine is not seized and does kick over. This bike would make for a good restoration or parts bike as it has a lot of good usable parts. A $100 non-refundable deposit is due within 24 hours of the auction close. 1969 Honda CB175 Completely original 1969 Honda CB175. Only 2823 original miles!!!!! This bike used to belong to my neighbor and during the summer I would see him ride by occaisionally. He had a windshield and a luggage rack on it. The rear signals are still on the rack but i removed the rack. A couple years ago, he bought a new Honda and I never saw this bike again. Then, I saw him at the gas station and asked him if he would consider selliing it. He sold it to me and here it is. It has been parked in his garage for almost 3 years. He did not ride the bike very much so it has very very low miles on it too. Yes it kicks over fine and I am sure with very little work, anyone who knows anything about these old Hondas will be able to get here fired up and running great.
