This 50 year old Honda was purchased on August 9, 1967 in New Jersey to be used as transportation for college. After graduation the original owner moved to Ohio where the bike was put into storage. The Honda is equipped with all original parts except for the tires, which I replaced with Dunlop Universals because the originals were unsafe due to their age. I believe this bike to be rare with chrome fenders, chain guard and headlight which was offered to high volume dealers. As you can see, the bike is in very good condition for its age and runs well. Much would have to be done to make it pristine, but likely it would be well worth it. Included is the Original owners manual, tool kit, Certificate of Ownership, keys and a Clymer service manual. This bike is only available in the continental USA and the sale will be final, with no return. The winner will make all arrangements to ship the bike. I can assist once the transport company is here. Please feel free to ask any question regarding the bikes condition or provenance.

This is a 1967 Honda CL77 from the Hamilton Honda Motorcycle collection in Apache Junction, Arizona. This CL77 has been on display in our collection until recently when it was move out to make room for new acquisitions. This Honda 305 is an original rider in very good condition and drives well. It has had a recent service including new clutch, new battery, carburetors cleaned and reset, and new points and condenser. It has new Dunlop K70 tires as the original tires are no longer available. The tank, fenders and side covers were professionally painted by Dave Wedlake of Portland, Oregon a few years ago. The remainder of the bike is original. This bike was a trade-in at Bob Lamphere’s Beaverton Honda in Portland, Oregon many years ago. It was reconditioned by the Lamphere staff back then and when the original speedometer was found to be faulty, it was replaced with a NOS one from stock. That is why the odometer shows close to no miles on the bike. The actual miles are unknown. The bike was on display at the Beaverton dealership for many years before we obtained it. Please note that this CL77 has straight pipes and no silencer. There are some slight tears in the seat cover as shown in the pictures. Wheel rims have slight discolored areas common to this model after 50 years. The CL77 has a clear Washington State title. Note: A comparable CL77 sold at the Mecum Las Vegas auction on January 26, 2017 for $7000 plus 10% commission. Details can be found on Mecum.com LV motorcycle auction results page. Please Note: Bidders with feedback scores of less than 10 and/or outside of the USA and Canada must have permission before bidding, otherwise their bids may be canceled.

1966 Honda 305 Scrambler. Vintage original time capsule. Only 6285 original miles. You are buying a piece of motorcycle history. This Honda CL77 has been in a private collection since 1968!!! The bike has every single original component on it from 1966. That's right, a completely original 305 Scrambler. VIN: CL771012113 The bike has the original engine, frame, all body work, seat, bars, cables, headlight/speedo, fenders. The bike's odometer reads the actual miles. This is a rare 1966 model that came with a chrome front fender. Original air filters, rubber boots, wheels, tires, controls. The bike has a set of cushy rubber grips which were what we all put on these bikes back in the day. They are so comfortable. This 305 has the original exhaust, including the hard to find original muffler that is connected with the 2 rubber seals. This bike even has the original steering shock stabilizer unit and the original horn!!! This Scrambler even has the original slotted chain guard!! Un-restored, the bike was painted burgundy in 1968 and retains that paint since 1968. The bike has the original rims, original spokes. CLEAR AND CLEAN TITLE READY TO TRANSFER. The bike has been stored in a heated, climate controlled Museum, with all fuel drained for 1 year. Before that, in 2014, the bike was running, riding and driving . So, you will want to probably flush the tank out first, and then put a new battery in it. I see no reason why it should not run fine at that point. These 305 Scramblers are becoming more and more difficult to find and in original condition, almost impossible to find anymore. Everything on the bike works as of this date. This is a 50 year old vehicle and has never been restored, thus, it has the patina one would want to find on an original bike from this era. I was born in 1959 and have owned 15 305 Scramblers and I always have found these bikes to be one of the coolest motorcycles ever produced. If you have never heard one run, or have never ridden one, might I suggest you do so. You will find an exhaust note that is lie no other bike ever!!! If you are a Honda freak, you know what I am saying here. Please, you are invited to come and inspect the bike in person, or ask any questions about the condition of the bike and I will do my best to answer any reasonable questions. PLEASE DO NOT BID UNLESS YOU HAVE THE MONEY!! TOO MANY PROBLEMS WITH NON-PAYING BUYERS ON EBAY RIGHT NOW. NON-PAYERS WILL BE REPORTED. THIS IS A LEGAL CONTRACT TO PURCHASE. PAYMENT: PAY PAL, (I will need your email address as linked to your Pay Pal so I can send you an Invoice), CHECK, MONEY ORDER. BIKE WILL BE RELEASED UPON FUNDS CLEARING MY BANK.SHIPPING: BUYER MUST PAY FOR AND ARRANGE THEIR OWN SHIPPING PLEASE. I WILL HOLD THE BIKE HERE FOR YOU FOR UP TO 30 DAYS AFTER THE SALE, NO PROBLEM. READ AND ACCEPT THIS BEFORE YOU BUY: BY PURCHASING SAID MOTORCYCLE, I THE BUYER, AGREE THAT THIS MOTORCYCLE DOES NOT COME WITH ANY WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. 2016 Honda CBR650F, In a Class by Itself Sometimes, if you want the best solution, you have to think outside the box. In fact, sometimes it?s best if you throw the whole concept of a box away. That?s what our engineers did with the CBR650F. Traditional displacement classes went 600-750-1000. But who says you had to stick to that? An extra 50 cc is going to make the CBR650F a lot more fun for a lot more riders. It lets us fatten up the powerband, but still keep the bike light and nimble. A fun?ride at a great price, the CBR650F?s inline-four engine is specifically tuned for low-to-midrange torque, delivering a powerband that?s suited for a wide range of riding styles. Weekday commuter, weekend sport riding, long trips, short hauls, solo or with a passenger?the CBR650F does it all. So who cares for labels and pigeonholes anyway? Not the CBR650F. A great bike knows no limits. Especially not an extra 50 cc.

Offering for sale my beautiful unmolested, unrestored 1970 Honda CL450K3 Scrambler motorcycle in OEM Candy Sapphire Blue livery. The bike shows a very low 1559 original miles at present and looks and runs as a bike of this vintage and mileage should. The bike was purchased from the estate of the original owner in 2008 and arrived at my home showing just 1410 miles. It had languished in a garage near Bakersfield, CA for almost 40 years where the climate and conditions of storage were nearly ideal. I set about getting the bike back on it's feet replacing the front fork boots and seals and servicing the suspension. At that time, brakes and wheel bearings were inspected and lubricated. The engine was fully serviced, (oil changed and filter cleaned, cam chain tensioned, valve clearances set, points set, ignition timing set, carbs cleaned, kitted, balanced and idle drop performed) and new OEM air filters installed along with a new Yuasa battery. The bike was on it's original tires at that time, the tread and general condition giving me no reason to doubt the veracity of the mileage on the clock. The bike was then sold to a famous collector whose name now appears on the clear California Title. As he was purchasing the bike to ride on an upcoming event, new Dunlop K-70's, (along with new tubes and rim bands) were fitted to the bike. The tires are stock 3.25-19 front and a one-size-over 4.00-18 rear. At that time, the 3.50-18 K-70 copy Kendas were not available but I'd have gone with the Dunlops in either case as the bike has the size and power to accommodate this tire and the stock 3.50 looks puny to my eye. The original Dunlop tires are still available should the next owner wish to simply display the bike in original condition. Their tread is good and they showed no weather checking when last in my possession but they were very dry and hard as you might expect. The bike is in excellent original condition, this is not to say that it is "perfect". The 44 years that have passed since it left the factory gates have been kind to it but it does show signs of the passage of time. There are areas of minimal compromise to the clear-coated engine and front fork lowers' surfaces; some small nicks and scratches to the paint on the side covers and headlight bucket. The bucket itself shows some small cracks, (not, however in the usual 1 o'clock area associated with the locating tab) which could be repaired and reinforced from the inside. The chrome shows very little conditional issues for a bike of this age, the cadmium spokes are still in great shape. I replaced the grips and operator foot peg rubbers with new factory parts. The clock faces are clear, the colors vivid. The seat is soft and supple, still stuffed with it's original red foam, the passenger grab strap shows no broken stitching. The chrome buttons show some light pitting. The bike runs fantastic, starting easily with the button or kicker and settling into the lumpy 1200 RPM idle associated with this high performance, 180-degree crank twin. The engine picks up revs effortlessly, pulling strong through all 5 gears. All electrical systems function as designed and all switchgear operates smoothly. Suspension and brakes perform on par with all the other CL450's I've owned 'though the front cushions are less clunky on rebound than those found on the K1's and K2's. The seat is flat and comfortable, the 320-code 'bars high and broad, ('not my favorites but correct and original to the bike.) Riding the bike is a joy to experience; the sound from the single muffler exhaust, (on throttle akin to the tearing of heavy canvas), the engine vibration, (this is an un-counterbalanced, 180-degree, big-bore vertical twin) the narrowness of the machine and the crudity of it's period suspension and brakes take you back in time. In summation, the bike is something of a time capsule. I've seen, (and judged) many restored bikes and while they are often very pretty, (more so than they were new) modern clear coat paint jobs, (often with far too much "flake") mirror-polished alloy surfaces and re-chromed fenders, wheels and spokes look wrong to me. These bikes and I were young together, I've grown up around them, first wanting them and now, having owned and worked on a sizable number I am more and more impressed with the survivors. The Japanese concept of Wabi Sabi suits this bike perfectly, the flaws manifesting the perfection. For the Western mind I would quote a phrase heard often around the garages of those who work on old machines, it's an old saw but it's true, "They're only original once." If you're interested in owning this bike, please call me on (206) 200-7014.
