PLEASE READ DESCRIPTION BEFORE BUYING: NOTE: To see a video of this running, and a nice walkaround, type in " suicycleschopshop " on youtube, and my videos will come up. Also, I am located in Antigo , Wisconsin, but this is a Florida bike ( title is from Florida ). I want to state first, that the true Honda collector will understand how hard it is to find a vintage Honda, with the frame vin only 3 numbers off of the engine vin. The frame vin ends in 1060 and the engine ends in 1063. Not only early production, but only 3 off . Thats EXTREMELY rare in our business as we all know, Honda did not match frame to engine numbers. Out of my decades of bike experience, I can only recal owning one other bike that was closer then this, and it was a Kawasaki KZ400 (they also did not match their numbers). Absolutely beautiful Hondamatic CM400A in original Candy Holly Green. This bike belongs in a collection. I have NOT "slicked it up" with armour all or other artifical polishing agents like some sellers. What you see is how nice it is ! My camera doesnt do it justice, I stake my ebay reputation on it and Ive owned thousands of bikes. Everything works absolutely perfect. Bike has 15k miles but could pass for an easy 3k or less in my opinion. For you true bike fans/collectors, you'll be able to understand the condition of the bike just by me saying "the master cylinder reservoir isnt even dry rotted". For the rest of ya, heres a quick description. The only REAL points against this bike would be that under the end of each muffler, they have a few inches of rot out. You do not see it, and it actually makes the bike sound nice and throaty. Not loud, just gives it that perfect growl. No paint fading, very few tiny little chips or marks in the paint, aluminum has done very well as it just has some light scattered oxidization (very little of it) that you might see on a very low mileage bike. Seat is in nos condition. All chrome is mint with the exception of a little surface rust on the brake light that WILL polish right out. Tires are next to new. I could go on and on. Ill summarize this description by saying this: bike should be in a living room or collection. It has been kept in a climate controlled environment its entire life, never crashed, and meticulously kept. You WONT be disapointed ! I have priced this bike to sell quickly and hassle free ! "THE FINE PRINT" : Buyer responsible for all shipping/pickup arrangements and costs. I suggest uship.com or 1-800-haulbikes. IO get asked alot how much I think a bike will cost to ship. Its usually anywhere from $200 (if only a couple states away) to $600 (cross country). But if you use uship.com you usually get a better deal. Bike is sold as is, as stated. There is a $200 non-refundable deposit required within 24 hours. If bike is not paid for within 3 business days, it will be relisted . Im sorry, but Ive been burned quite a bit this year, and these are my new terms. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND WHEN CONSIDERING MY PRICE, that between listing fees, and paypal fees, I will be out over $100 when this is over with. I could use a local advertisement for free, but I want this bike to go to someone who will truly appreciate its beauty. Send me your number if you want to discuss the bike on the phoen before buying. Thanks for looking ! Powered by eBay Turbo ListerThe free listing tool. List your items fast and easy and manage your active items.

1979 Honda Hondamatic , 1979 Honda CM400A Hondamatic Attention Collectors and Vintage Lovers!! This is a rare find! Honda's Automatic Motorcycle means NO CLUTCH! This bike needs a bit of work, but for someone mechanically inclined it shouldn't be hard. Needs the brake fluid reservoir replaced. I even have the part. Back tire is a little dry rotted but is still holding air. There may be a short in the ignition switch but it has a kick start if it acts up. Seat is in excellent condition. It's been in my garage for the last 13 years or so. It's in great shape for 36 years old. I always meant to ride more, but never did. Got a new battery about 4 years ago cause I meant to start riding but never did. Bike started right up with new gas and battery. Battery is dead now, so it does not start. Good for shorter riders, women, and learners but it's big enough for men and experienced riders. Asking $1500.00 since they are so rare so I'm pretty firm. I MAY be willing to make a deal with someone with a good attitude and love of old Hondas. Will send more pics if interested. 2one6-28O-81O9 text preferred. $1,500.00

1978 Honda Hondamatic , "Thaisa 001" 1978 Honda CB400A Hondamatic. 17,581 miles (ridden weekly). Restored Hondamatic, 2 speed traffic slayer! 55mpg with enough power to easily highway ride at speed. Restoration list: New: EBC Organic Brake pads (front and rear) Shinko Tires JT Sprockets cables (throttle, brake, choke) tail light - vintage ford "stop" saddle bags single baffle slip on exhaust stainless steel hardware fork gators All Balls Racing bearings (steering stem, front and rear axle) fluids (brake, oil, fork) fuel Filter drag Bar Renthal Grips throttle sleeve bar end mirrors "Thaisa 001" vinyl badges headlight brackets valve, exhaust, and clutch case Gaskets All Balls Racing fork seals turn signals LOUD horn NKG Spark plugs fuel lines Bikemaster trugel battery K&N Oil filter 530 O-ring gold chain ...more Im forgetting Rebuilt or sourced accessories: Carbs fully rebuilt and rejetted for Pod Filters and single baffle exhaust Valves adjusted to high spec Brake master cylinder rebuilt Chrome crash bar Polished cases, valve cover, swing arm ends, and many other bits Custom copper paint Custom fenders Rear suspension Cafe/brat style 2-up seat Gas tank CM400 Wheels ... more Im forgetting This is a fine restoration with an emphasis on safety, ride quality, and maintainability with a little flare for attention. This bike is a rider, the clutchless 2 speed is a dream in traffic and powerful enough across the band to have some fun and stay ahead of traffic. It handles great with the drag bars and a real pleasure to take out on the parkway or into the mountains. The 2 speed makes cruise nights, toy runs, and parades so much more enjoyable and less stressful on your motorcycle. There are fewer and fewer of these bikes out on the streets and fewer still ready to ride as is with good compression. Kick start or push start on first try! This is a tagged NC antique motorcycle bike, fully registered and insured ($12.00 per month) with clear NC title in MY name. I have obviously modified and customized to a cafe/brat style that I enjoy. This is not the style that everyone enjoys, I will include original bars, fenders, mirrors, sprockets, exhaust/air system (including air box, baffle, carb jets) to return bike to a more original look and ride. This is a 36 year old bike and does not require an inspection. It is ready to customize more or shape to your own style with an untouched or cut frame and as solid a foundation with new parts that you will find. I have probably kept 90% of receipts mostly from Dime City for new parts all completed in the last 3 months. These Honda 400 twins are so easily maintained and rideable you forget youre on a 36 year old motorcycle. $5,000.00

The Hondamatic Series of motorcycles was an amazing undertaking by Honda. It was made for about 7 years, originally in a 750 size engine and then expanded to include a 400 engine. All else on the bike was the equivalent to the manual transmission model of the bike. The only difference was that amazing automatic transmission which Honda aptly named the "Hondamatic". Very Rare Automatic, easy to ride, no clutch! This is a survivor not a restoration, 13,218 original miles Runs like new. 2500.00 or best offer

1978 Honda CM Series 400A, 1978 Honda CB400A Hawk Hondamatic in excellent condition. Original paint and seat are in excellent condition. No rust on frame or tank, just very small amounts on under sides of the fenders. Runs great, starts immediately without using the choke and has clear title.
