[email protected] 5527 Lakeview Road, Charlotte, NC, 28269, US 1941 Willys Coupe Frame Off Built Coupe 502 V8/502 HP 700R4 4 Speed Automatic Strange FAB9 PS A/C Year: 1941 Type of vehicle title: Clear Primary color: Silver Mileage: 1289 Transmission type: 4 Speed Automatic Engine: 502 V8 Interior color: Red Vehicle Info Like fashion, the collector car market is cyclical. And, like fashion staples, there are some cars that never go out of style. For instance, you just can't go wrong with a comfortable pair of jeans. Likewise, you'll always be admired when you pull up in a ground-pounding Willys. Back in 1941, at a small automaker that was about to go through its second bankruptcy, no one would have guessed that, 71 years later, we'd think a striking silver Americar is one of the coolest street rods we've ever seen. But alas, great design endures. And when great design is mixed with modern technology, it's a sure-fire bet for success! Featuring an impressive roster of components, a supple leather interior and a 502 cubic inch big block V8, this head-turning custom is poised to draw big attention and take home very big trophies. It's also completely sorted, scary fast and amazingly comfortable. Forget all that nonsensical talk about boring coupes and trendy roadsters owning the next cruise season, this first class Willys is your go-to piece for stopping the show! For over 25 years Outlaw Performance of Avonmore, Pennsylvania has been a leading supplier of custom fiberglass bodies, and this spectacular coupe is a testament to just how well they've honed their craft. Purchased as one of their full body and chassis packages, the car benefits from a hand-laminated, one piece construction technique that combines an embedded Poplar floorpan with a sturdy, unitized steel structure. Take a look at our high resolution photos and you'll see that every panel is as flat as Kansas, with a shine that's only found on six-figure hot rods. That shine comes courtesy of a radiant coat of House of Kolor Mercedes Silver candy. And that impressive paint is accented by a dynamic array of Wade Hughes' reverse flames. It's hard to find any well-done street rod that doesn't turn heads and inspire stares. But this car, with its excellent stance, sublime paint and well-planned detailing, makes most custom builds seem amateur and second-rate. When you build a stunning, ground-hugging Willys, it doesn't take much to make the car pop. That's why professional customs like this fully sorted Outlaw feature just enough high quality bolt-ons to create a classy and timeless appearance. At the front of the car, a contoured hood rides above a polished grille and two original-style headlights. Behind that hood, lightly smoked glass and remote power windows sit between stylish, polished mirrors. At the sides of that glass, remote doors hang shaved handles behind tough aluminum hinges. Behind those doors, a remote trunk, custom tail lights and retractable license plate add a healthy dose of function to some of the best automotive form ever created. And overall, this coupe is simple, smooth and classic, carrying the true hallmarks of enduring design. One thing you won't have to worry about in this Willys is power. Thanks to a 502 cubic inch V8 that's been balanced and blueprinted to 502 horsepower, this sleek street rod is more than just a pretty parking lot poseur! At the top of the world class mill, a chrome carburetor mixes air from a polished cleaner with a steady stream of high octane dinosaurs that travels through polished lines and a polished canister filter. At the base of that carburetor, a chromed intake rides between familiar aluminum heads that anchor polished valve covers under a combination of polished and chromed breathers. At the back of those heads, an MSD Pro-Billet distributor sequences fire through loomed Taylor plug wires. Cooling is provided by a coated water pump, which is aligned behind an electric puller fan, a triple-pass radiator, a chrome corrugated hose and an electric pusher fan. And exhaust is handled by a pair of ceramic coated block huggers, which look great next to the motor's bright red skin. Naturally, this Willys clean engine bay is a sea of first rate hardware, from its chrome mini starter and braided coolant lines all the way to its polished accessory drive and Willys branded cowl. And overall, the car displays a first-rate level of workmanship that conveys a quality, tailored demeanor. Behind that professionally built engine, a modern 700R4 4-speed twists torque through a 2,800 RPM stall converter to a Strange FAB9 and big, 3.73 gears. That first class drivetrain is held off the ground by a custom, square-tube chassis, which is bathed in a smooth layer of Mercedes Silver paint. At the front of that chassis, a polished Heidts suspension, which is equipped with modern rack and pinion steering and individually controlled air shocks, mixes pleasant rides with vintage feel. At the back of the chassis, a polished 4-link suspension utilizes two more individually controlled air shocks to provide drag strip worthy launches. Serious stops counter the car's serious speed via a power-assisted Wilwood set up that wraps polished calipers around drilled and slotted rotors. Exhaust duties are handled by 3-inch, Jet-Hot coated pipes that growl through polished Borla mufflers. And keeping all this muscle rolling down the road is a slick set of polished Budnik Gassers which spin 25x7.50R15 Hoosier Pro Streets in front of 31x16.50R17 Hoosier Pro Streets. With a beefy drivetrain that's been reliably built to be both tough and fun to drive, this '41 Willys is the real deal. And with its clean floors and super impressive hardware, it'll fare well at any show you chose to attend! Pop the car's lightweight doors and you'll reveal a custom-tailored cabin that was installed by Shannon Walters of Interiors by Shannon. Featuring a stylish combination of glossy paint and supple leather hides, it's the kind of space you just won't want to leave. Traditional bucket seats are coddled by color-keyed belts. Auto Meter supplied the sporty looking gauges, which are arrayed across a red and silver dash. A custom console hangs a Vintage Air climate system in front of a Lokar shifter, power window switches and controls for the aforementioned air ride. Billet door handles detail completely custom side panels. The primary controls, a polished and wrapped wheel, billet pedals and a painted tilt steering column, make it very easy to get very comfortable. A shaved and upholstered trunk saves a little space for car show essentials. And items like hidden speakers, a billet mirror and a remote controlled JVC head unit round out a very nice build. The sale of this classy custom includes receipts, show pictures, a copy of the car's feature in the 2012 Goodguys yearbook, and two pictures posed with former owner Paul Teutul Sr. The Willys is an icon, no doubt about that. And this fully sorted Americar puts a highly unique spin on a very familiar face. The car's workmanship is outstanding, and I can't imagine what it would cost to build something like this from the ground up. If you're looking for a fully-sorted bruiser that's blindingly fast and aesthetically exhilarating, come in and claim your next hot rod! RELISTED DUE TO ZERO FEEDBACK NON PAYING BIDDER VINTAGE 1967 MG REPLICA CONVERTIBLEMANUFACTURED BY FIBER FAB The weather is finally breaking across the country and what better way to celebrate the hobby of life than with sexy cars and scantily clad women! I can help you out with the "sexy car" part, but once you start driving this fabulous roadster in and around your town, adding women will be no problem, Women love convertibles! "And don't get caught shopping for your collector or sports car once the weather warms up because there will be many more buyers in the market and you will easily pay 30% more for your collector car in May and June, and finding one won't be as easy"! That's collector car buying advice straight from the collector car bible, HEMMING'S MOTOR NEWS. Of all of the replica manufactured Fiber Fab roadsters and speedsters, the MG TD is undoubtedly the most true & authentic to the actual MG's, as its simplistic and straightforward design specifications and wonderful pre-war curves lends itself to a very authentic replication of a usually expensive, exotic British sports car. An authentic MG TD such as the model that I am offering here on eBay could easily costs upwards $25K+, especially one as nice as this one. And you certainly don't have to worry about the issue of costly maintenance with this fabulous roadster as the drive train is a trusty 1967 Volkswagen, parts are available at every AUTOZONE across the country, and most mechanics find the durable 1500 cc air cooled motors very easy to work on and maintain. The condition of this 48 year old vehicle is excellent for its age and superbly maintained (but do expect very minor oxidation on some cosmetic hardware like the headlight mount brackets). The 1500 cc engine performs superbly and reliably enough to be a daily driver, and the brakes have been recently serviced with absolutely no issues with the operation of the vehicle. The manually retractable convertible top is in excellent condition as are the support bars, (as are the very authentic side wind deflectors) with very little wear and fading and aesthetically compliments the car when optioned, in fact, the three wooden slats have never been inserted onto the running boards. The interior of the vehicle is also in excellent condition for its age with very little wear and no tears to the vinyl seats, but the dated, hippie inspired, pea green carpet is ugly by every measure, if I must be objective! Not to worry though, a visit to your local home depot to the carpet department and you can score about 3 square yards of a dark colored, tight pile office carpeting for around $26, and in a few hours labor removing the seats (4 screws and bolts for each seat) you can replace the "shag" carpet and add $1000 value to the MG TD in an afternoon, not to mention elevating the elegance and cool factor of this sexy roadster a notch or two. The very heavy duty fiberglass (slightly thicker than an 80's Chevy Corvette by .2 mil) body still sports a very glossy paint job as can be seen in the brown fenders (you will have to hand rub the cream painted body yourself) as it is quite apparent this roadster spent much of its life indoors. Most older fiberglass cars have issues with crackling with the paint or gelcoat, but not this one, spend a few hours hand rubbing (massaging) and waxing this baby and everyone will believe you spent $30K for your vintage roadster. Also, the 48 year old drive train lends favorably to its appeal as a authentic, vintage collector car and your DMV will issue you an ANTIQUE or COLLECTOR license plate because it is more than 30 years old. This fabulous replica MG is located in the Sacramento, California area and I can arrange for shipping anywhere in the country to your door and the costs are not excessive. Because gas prices have dipped so low, a roadster like this one can be shipped from the west coast to the east coast for less than $1200, considerably less if you are in the interior of the United States and if you choose to have the vehicle shipped, you don't pay until it is off loaded in your drive way. Again, this is an incredibly exciting entry level roadster at a price where it can be enjoyed for a few seasons and sold at a profit. So invest today. Like Al Pacino said in "Scarface", "You can't lose money on this deal, NO WAY". There might be a lot of levity expressed in this listing but objectively, this car is going to make someone very happy and there will ABSOLUTELY be no loss in resale, and that's how conscientious and prudent collectors spend money on cars, and it certainly doesn't matter if you spend $1,000 or $1 million, a good "car buy" won't cost you money! Below are some current listings of Fiber Fab MG TD replicas that I found on the internet and the prices collector car dealers are asking. Mine is a STEAL and it won't last long as we move into the collector car buying season. This monster housing  is hooked up with a custom built 4-bar parallel kit with a heavy duty diagonal link and the Shockwave airbag over adjustable shock combo. The brains of the airbag system is a Ride Tech, Ride Pro E3 system which has 3 custom programmable preset ride heights for easy of use. The wheels on the Willys are Billet Specialties Bonnevilles. The engine is a custom built balanced and blueprinted Big Block Chevy that comes complete with an engine summary report, spec sheet and cam card. Final displacement came out to 467 CI with a 4.311 bore and a 4.000 stroke. The motor uses an Eagle 4340 crankshaft, Eagle 6135 connecting rods, KB pistons and Pro Comp cylinder heads. The cam is a Comp Mutha Thumpr spec'd @50 intake 227 and exhaust 241. The lobe separation is 107 giving the motor a really radical sound at idle. The intake is a custom built Inglese throttle body set up with a Hogan custom sheet metal intake. Just the intake and throttle body setup was just over $10,000.00! Not only does it look incredible, but it's extremely responsive and powerful. Keeping the engine cool is a Griffin radiator with electric fans and keeping the driver cool is an Vintage Air system complete with their high end billet front runner system. Even the valve covers are the very expensive Billet Specialties covers that are machined from chunks of aluminum. The exhaust dumps from a set of fenderwell headers and sounds straight menacing. The transmission is a TCI Turbo 400 that is built to handle the power of the motor all day long.  The car has a custom built interior complete with Autometer gauges, an Ididit column, Air Ride controls and stereo head unit. The shifter is a B&M floor mount in a fabricated steel console. The leather seats are comfortable and are matched by the custom upholstery in the trunk of the car.  This car is not for the faint of heart, but if you are looking for thrills packed into a quality build, this car is one heck of a machine.  VIN: S0S307520ILL Year: 1941 Make: Willys Model: Coupe Engine: 467.00 CI V8 Transmission: 3-Speed Automatic Color: Red over Tan Odometer Reading: 0 Financing and warranty options are available.  Please call us directly to acquire shipping bids, to answer any questions about this automobile, or to secure this special car for yourself. Intro: For your consideration is this nice condition and nice driving 1989 MG TD convertible replica made by Classic Motor Carriages out of Florida (they purchased FiberFab). It has a clean title and is actually titled as a 1989 MG (listed on Ebay as a 1980 due to Ebay requiring a recognizable VIN). This vehicle has just been professionally detailed and cleaned up. This is a get in and drive very presentable vehicle that is ready to be enjoyed. This MG replica is closer to the true thing with having a proper front engine inline four cylinder, rear wheel drive, and a full frame; not a flat four like the VW examples. The suspension, steering, engine, transmission, differential, and etcetera are from the Chevrolet Chevette but with a special frame. While the Chevette is the brunt of many jokes now a days, its engine, trans, and drivetrain is very solid and reliable. Almost 3 million Chevettes were produced so maintenance parts are attainable and can be acquired at local auto parts stores. Also, parts that are unique to the replica can still be sourced from multiple sources (ex: http://mgmagic.homestead.com/). A manual from Classic Motor Carriages with part numbers and assembly information is included as well as a Chevette manual for the drivetrain.Owner’s of these cars state many of the benefits are it costs about ¼ what a true MG TD does, handles better, brakes better, easier to work on, much more reliable, and won’t rust! Also, these Classic Motor Carriages examples are often regarded as the best of the MG TD replicas. The casual automotive enthusiast would not notice that this is a replica car and a MG enthusiast will have to look for the details. This car is fun to just cruise in and gets more smiles and waves than any other sports or exotic car I have owned. Lots of “bang for the buck” in this one. Please view the video, images, and description below to get a clear idea about this MG TD’s condition. Video: A 6 minute long high definition video is provided to better show the condition of this MG TD. The video footage was taken within the last two weeks. To view the video please click play or copy and paste the link. http://youtu.be/aMwmmvp_KP4 There are a few different sections to the clip: 1.) Exterior walk around shows the very nice condition of the body and interior 2.) Start up showing it start easily on the first try (was mildly warm) 3.) Driving clip front view showing the front end. Drives straight and smooth. Engine sounds healthy! The microphone is mounted near the rear and the rattle I believe is coming from the wire wheel hubcap on the spare tire. 4.) Interior driving clip showing the gauges. Great oil pressure. Here is an advertisement from the factory: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o-9OzeV6EJg Images: 70+ high resolution images of this MG TD are hosted via PhotoBucket. The photos were taken on 10/10/2014. All of the pictures can be seen by either clicking the slide show below, clicking any of the sample images below, or copying and pasting the web address: http://s1074.photobucket.com/user/OldSkoolFool83/library/1989%20MG%20TD%20Replica Images include exterior condition, close ups, interior, engine bay, underbody, and etc. Please look through all of the images. To view an even higher resolution version of an image on Photo Bucket, click “Download” under “Media Options” on the right hand side of the screen. Exterior: The body on this car is made of fiberglass. No rust or dings! The “paint” is actually a gel coat like a boat which is nice as it will not peel or age like paint does. The white is very presentable. It is not concourse glossy but has a shine to it and looks nice. There are no odd textures, over spray, etc. that would commonly be found on traditional finishes. All the panels on this MG are very nice and do not have significant damage and do not show evidence of repair. There are some minor nicks here and there from age and use. The fitment of the panels is nice and it does not look cheap. The chrome is very presentable, recently detailed, and shows typical aging such as minor pitting. A tonneau cover is present and in nice condition. This is probably what most people use for weather protection as it just snaps on very easily and can be stored in the back. The convertible top and frame is present and in overall nice condition but has some tearing at the corners which could be repaired. Extra material is included for repair. The windows are present as well and in nice condition. A top cover, “boot”, is also present. It is nice to have all these extra. The underbody is very nice. The frame still has its black paint and is extremely solid and straight. Absolutely no evidence of damage or repair. It looks like this vehicle was stored in doors most of its life and of course not driven in Wisconsin winters. Overall this is a very complete body that is extremely presentable! Interior: The interior on this MG replica overall is presentable. There is not much too it. Dash is nice as are the gauges. The seat upholstery is good and lacks excessive wear or rips. The carpet is fine and shows normal use. Door panels are good. The steering wheel is kind of generic but is fine. Seat belts are present for driver and passenger. Mechanical: Mechanically this vehicle is overall well sorted and drivers very sweetly. As stated, parts are still available for the Chevette underpinnings and the Classic Motor Carriages bits. The engine starts up easily, usually on the second or third attempt. Let it warm up for a few minutes. It runs smooth and without issue. It idles on its own and sounds healthy. It goes through the RPM range just fine. No smoking, significant drips, burning, etc. The exhaust is good. Some tinkering will be needed for some of the gauges as a new speedometer cable is probably needed, water temp not currently working, and ammeter not currently working. The speedometer states like 8,000 miles. Since it is inoperable I cannot confirm the mileage. The tachometer, fuel level, and oil pressure gauges work. There is good oil pressure. The transmission works appropriately including reverse. It is a three speed Chevy unit that is automatic. A manual transmission could be converted in. The steering is fine. It looks like the left rear spring or shock might be worn as it is lower in that corner so either the shock or spring might need replacement. I believe the rear spring is a Chevette part. The car can still be driven just fine, does not make any odd clunks, etc. Front shocks are new. Tires have a good amount of tread, are older, but multiple seasons should be left in them, and match all around. The brakes are fine and do not seem to need attention. That about sums it up. Overall a very nice running and driving machine that does not need much. Conclusion: As stated, a MG TD replica with a proper inline front 4 cyl, solid rear axle, and full frame is the way to go. In the MG TD replica world, this is about the closest it gets to the real thing. This is a very fun machine and one that gets waves, smiles, and positive comments each time it is out. It is ready to be enjoyed as it is. This vehicle has a clean title in my name. As stated, this is a get in and drive vehicle. Drive it home! Serious buyers, please contact me with questions. Calls between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm central time please. I have tried to set the asking price fairly at $5,750. (A yellow TD replica with the same Chevy power plant and similar condition sold for $5,200 except it was not even currently drive-able! This white one is get in and drive!). 262-391-1069 This is a serious auction so please treat it as such. If you put in an offer, I may ask to speak with you via phone to confirm it is a serious offer. Putting in an offer or accepting an offer is committing to a contract to purchase this vehicle and all of the following terms. Buyers with "0" feedback will not be allowed to bid prior to speaking with me via phone. I have attempted to describe this vehicle very fairly but it is the buyer’s responsibility to determine their opinion of the vehicle’s condition prior to submitting an offer. Negative feedback will be given to non-paying buyers and a case via Ebay will be opened. Vehicle must be picked up no later than two weeks from auction end. $15 per day fee for extended storage. Up for sale is a very rare opportunity to own a prize winning show piece that can either be used in your own collection, or purchased as an investment. When this bike was completed in 2006 it won all competitions it was entered in and was featured on the Speed Channel. At that time it was appraised at $200,000 and several offers in the $130,000-$150,000 range came in which we declined at that time. Recently our shop had to downsize its showroom floor so we are being forced to sell it. We are pricing it low to try to move it quickly. There is equity in this bike at this price. Introducing The Woody Bike * Featured on American Thunder on the Speed Channel. * 2006 Havasu Biker Build Off: 1st Place Winner ($10,000 Prize.) * 2007 Easy Rider Competition: 1st Place Winner Best of Show. * 2007 Grand National Roadster Show: “Americas Most Beautiful Motorcyle” class. Took 1st Place in Most Outstanding Engineering and Took 1st Place in Most Outstanding Engine. * Honored in the 2006 Las Vegas Bike Builder’s Invitational. The “Woody Bike” is a one of a kind custom hand built work of art. There is no other bike on earth like this one. As mentioned earlier, it has won numerous first place awards among some of the most prestigious car and bike shows, it has been featured on television on the Speed Channel, and is one of the rarest and most unique custom show bikes you may ever see. Every detail on this bike is custom and it is completely rideable. Intense Creations is proud to offer you this once in a lifetime opportunity to own this prize winning masterpiece. This is truly an unforgettable bike and will capture the attention of anyone who comes near it. Here are More Specs and Details of The Woody Bike The frame is a Soft Tail Kraft Tech frame that has been molded, shaped, and painted to give it the realistic bamboo look that you see. The forks and trees are made by American Air Suspension. The rear shocks feature Hi-Lo air suspension with an on board air compressor, allowing the height to be adjustable and lowered completely to the ground when parked if desired. As a safety feature, if the compressor were to malfunction, the shocks rise completely to keep the bike from being disabled. The award winning engine is a 96 cubic inch Ultima Racing engine with polished aluminum. This engine is not only beautiful but is very fast and very reliable. It has a top of the line Baker 6 speed transmission, dual Edelbrock carburetors with custom painted intake scoops to match the frame precisely, and an Edelbrock nitrous system with a hand carved nitrous bottle made from real wood and carved like a tiki torch. More attention to details include a Spyke 1.8 high torque starter, a high performance BDL belt drive, and Wild One beach cruiser handle bars to keep it with the old school “woody” type look. The PM hand controls and all the switches with Accutronix forward controls and running boards have been shaped like miniature surfboards, which is another must see to appreciate. The Dakota digital gauge is an all in one gauge showing fuel, rpm’s, mph, etc. The Accutronix grips keep the “woody” theme going by matching the frame with the bamboo look. If that wasn’t enough, it also comes equipped with a Grumpy’s custom exhaust system, a seat by Bitchin’Rich made out of bull hide to keep the mahogany look, and an Adjure spot and head light. The rims are DNA 18 inch bamboo twisted 80 spoke rims, and 18 inch Avon tires. Did we mention the 80 spokes are bamboo twisted? Unbelievable! And yet more details include DNA front and rear triple piston brakes and rotors, Accel regulator, custom made license plate, and all the oil lines are custom made stainless steel hard lines and all stainless steel fittings. The tail light and turn signals are made by Arlen Ness. Then we have a Pro-One high performance hydraulic racing clutch, Drag Specialties black hydraulic lines, and a Terry cable throttle. The gas tank and fenders have countless numbers of hours invested to fab up. They're the most custom pieces of sheet metal you'll ever see. No words can describe the metal work on this bike. All the wood on this bike is real maple and real mahogany, heated, treated, shaped and you name it to get it to form specifically to this bike’s edges and contours. And last but not least, the paint is a custom orange metallic pearl, which has shades of orange and shades of brown mixed with a whole lot of custom! This is The Woody Bike. This is a custom 1971 Honda CB350 Cafe Racer. Many, many hours of work have gone into the build of this Cafe Racer. We started with a good running bone stock 71 CB350 and molded it into this cool retro cafe. We removed many of the unnecessary items to reduce weight. We started with a good running bike, but the engine had a few minor oil leaks. So we disassembled the top end, inspected and measured the cylinder bores, pistons, and rings, and found all to be in excellent condition. The valves were cleaned and checked for leaks. The external engine covers were glass bead blasted and clear coated. Once cleaned and prepped, the engine was reassembled with all new gaskets, o-rings, and oil seals. The lower end oil seals were also replaced. The carburetors were inspected, and reassembled with new o-rings and new brass floats. This engine runs great. Once the engine assembly was completed, it was on to the chassis fabrication. Many hours were put into the fabrication of the chassis on this bike. All unnecessary frame brackets and tabs were removed. Rear set controls were installed. A new Lithium featherweight battery was used in place of the original heavy lead acid battery. (these lithium batteries are amazing). Clip on style handlebars were added, with control switch wiring ran internal just as original. Custom mount for speedometer. side-mount license plate bracket. Front fender was trimmed down for a more racer look. Front forks were rebuilt with new oil seals. Upper fork covers removed to expose the cool outside fork springs used on these early CB's. The bike was assembled with brand new vintage tread tires front & rear. Once all the body work was prepped and ready, this beautiful red paint was applied with white stripe. In our huge parts stash, we found this very cool retro 2 into 1 exhaust header made by Hooker Headers. Hooker probably hasn't made one of these since the mid-70's. It really gives the bike a great sound. New Uni pod air filters installed, carbs properly adjusted and jetted to match the intake and exhaust setup. All fab and assembly work done in house by our highly experienced vintage bike mechanics. This bike is an absolute blast to ride. It always draws a crowd and plenty of "thumbs-ups" when going down the road or at a stop light (plenty of those around here). The bike starts easily and sounds great through the classic Hooker header. I hope the new owner will enjoy the bike as much as we have enjoyed building it. [email protected] 5527 Lakeview Road, Charlotte, NC, 28269, US 2005 PB Choppers Hardlife Custom Chopper 96 CI S&S V Twin 6 Speed Year: 2005 Type of vehicle title: Clear Primary color: Red Mileage: 3 Transmission type: 6 Speed Manual Engine: 96 cu in V-Twin Interior color: Vehicle info With the popularity of motorcycles rising almost as fast as the gas that fuels them, it's not hard to find an awesome custom bike. But how many of those customs actually have a perfect combination of proven dependability and jaw-dropping curb appeal that'll provide years of happy ownership? I mean, you can always go out and find some pieced together beater that was built by the president of the local Jesse James fan club. Or you can walk into our showroom and fire up this slick 2005 P.B. Choppers Hardlife, which features a proven S&S V-twin, a modern 6-speed, stunning House of Kolor paint and a roster of accessories that were planned, placed and assembled by a credible, professional builder. With its exceptional attention to detail and great fit and finish, this super clean two wheeler provides the kind of comfort and ease of ownership that's only available from one of America's premier motorcycle artists. And if you're one of the many riders who likes to spend more time enjoying your bike than working on it, it's the fully-sorted custom of your dreams! With so many motorcycle shops to choose from, finding the right one can be a real challenge. But if the quality of this hard tail is any indicator, P.B. Choppers out of Moravia, Iowa is an all-star amongst home run hitters. Their clientele includes names like Roger Penske, Rusty Wallace and Bruton Smith guys who know good fabrication work when they see it. And, with that in mind, the crew's clean welds certainly aren't the only thing that catches your eye. This Hardlife's sculpted PBC tank and fenders showcase a slick coat of House of Kolor Black Cherry two-stage that demands serious attention. That timeless pigment is executed across clean, modern lines which provide a sophisticated, world class appearance. And that sophisticated appearance lends perfect credence to the saying 'custom choppers are the street rods of the motorcycle world'. Chock full of carefully spec'd components that promote higher levels of performance and significantly increase its all-important 'WOW' factor, this gnarly two wheeler is built with the same no-expense-spared, best-of-everything approach that's the cornerstone of all great 'custom Harley' projects. At the front of the bike, a Perse Performance fork hangs a fantastic Arlen Ness headlight above a polished, 21-inch Xtreme Machine wheel and MH90-21 Avon Venom-X tire. At the side of that wheel, a high quality Hawg Halters brake system squeezes a polished, dual-piston caliper around a giant, drilled rotor. Above that caliper, chrome PBC handle bars hang stylish Paul Yaffe Originals mirrors in front of slick Arlen Ness hand controls. Behind those controls, the bike's smooth, hard tail frame cradles a highly detailed S&S V-twin that mixes a polished casing with a classic, instantly recognizable sound. At the back of that engine, an Independent outer primary hangs a full set of Independent pegs in front of a ProFab Metal Werks tail light. Above that tail light, a sinuous fuel tank anchors a wide PBC seat in front of a bobbed rear fender. And below that fender, a second Hawg Halter disc hovers next to a 300/35R18 Avon Venom R that spins around a second Xtreme Machine wheel. The heart of this awesome creation is a 96 cubic inch S&S V-twin that utilizes Crane Hi-4 ignition, CNC-ported heads, forged rocker arms, a full set of stainless valves and forged flat top pistons to create gobs of reliable power. Founded in 1958, S&S Cycles is one of the biggest and most trusted motorcycle motivators in the world, and this chopper's fully sorted mill performs every bit as good as it looks! At the top of the highly polished block, a stylish PBC coil cover splits the difference between traditional chrome rocker boxes. On the right side of the frame, a familiar S&S Shorty slurps wind through a custom Arlen Ness air cleaner. Below that carb, chrome rod covers lead the eye to polished Grumpy's Customs pipes, a compact Independent oil tank and a standard S&S cam cover. That top notch hardware rolls on a rigid PBC hard tail frame, which mixes a 6-inch stretch with a 40 degree rake. And the V-twin's power flows through a show-polished Baker 6-speed that provides solid shifts and reliable cruising. Eventually dubbed "Black Cherry" because of its stunning paint, this striking chopper has big fans in all the right places. Not only did the bike place 2nd at the 2005 World Class Legends Top 50 Invitational, it also scored a record 8-page cover spread in the December, 2006 edition of In The Wind Magazine. Naturally, our sale includes a small backstory and an official specs page. There's a definite difference between even the nicest homemade two-wheelers and a well-planned custom like this sublime Hardlife. There's simply NO WAY to build a bike like this for anywhere near our asking price, and every piece of this chopper fuels awesome curb appeal and amazing street prowess. You get what you pay for these days, so be careful how you spend your hard earned money. whant one built like you want? We can build one to your specifications. We can build to your budget. Like the green bike, big tony's entry level bike starts at 40k and is equipt with quality components like air ride, custom paint, 300 tire, custom sheet metal, hidden wiring and all the buttons and lights you would find on any street bike. From pro street to pro chopp, mild to wild, any rake, any stretch, 2.5 to 5 in. drop seats, air ride front and rear suspensions, any type of swing arm, any type of wheel and any size from 21-26 front and 17-21 rear 260-360 wide, any engine from 120-155 (under 113 = slow ass bike, criminal in some states). Our bikes are built to ride, go fast and look bad ass (not always in that order). So if you don't like drawing crowds where ever you go, opening huge cans of whoop ass on other choppers at stop lights (love to see those crying faces) and taking first place trophy's at shows. Than these are not the bikes for you. Do you have a rolling chassis that needs finishing? We will take on any project that you have and finish it with a world class look. Or, do you already have an outdated and or unreliable custom or production chopper? How about a boring stock Harley Davidson? or do you have a bike that was built by a shop that doesn't know what lock tight is or used a list of korean/chinese made parts and is falling apart? We can upgrade the performance and increase the reliability. We can Redesign and engineer a whole new look you never thought possible from the same bike. If you're tired of being broke down on the side of the road, outclassed, unnoticed and left in the dust? Give us a shout, we'll put you back on top of the motorcycle social ladder and get you there first place every time. check us out by going to google and punch in big tonys chopp shop or go to your url and enter www bigtonyschoppshop com or give us a shout at big tony's chopp shop 708-203-2588
