This is a 2001 CR250 chassis with a 1988 CR500 engine installed. Bike was completely rebuilt in winter of 2014 and ridden twice. Engine is completely rebuilt - new bearings in the bottom end, new crank, rod and piston. Bike shifts clean through all gears, clutch is in good shape. Suspension rebuilt and revalved for 180lb rider, new swingarm, linkage and headset bearings. New tires with only the two rides on them. Do not have title, but will provide bill of sale.

I have a 1997 cr500 with a 1988 cr500 engine. Clean title in hand. Brand new fmf powercore 2 pipe and silencer. Custom routed water line. Bikes runs flawless and usually starts on 3rd or 4th kick cold and 1st kick when warm (if you can get a good kick with the high compression). About 15 hours on new top end. I Only run 91 octane with klotz super techniplate synthetic oil. Has acerbis plastics with factory effex graphics. Uni air filter. Carburetor rebuilt 10 hours ago. Only thing that needs to be done is oil changed in gear case and wrap the exhaust due to the water line being close to the exhaust. This bike is fast, fun, and will throw you off the seat if you're not careful. Rear tire is currently not holding air. Accept paypal only or cash on pickup. Buyer is responsible for shipping.
