Here's the real deal boys! Service Honda CR500AF, that I had A.J. at Service Honda personally build for me in 2007. He's the Guru behind this legendary bike and has built over 2,000 of them. Enjoy the pics of this Awesome works bike... and or read all the details below. I turned 40 in 2007 and being a 2 stroke big bore freak treated myself to the Ultimate bike for my 6'3" tall frame. No expense was spared. I went "All In" and "All Out" on this bike. See list of new parts below, and works Suspension! Very low 67 hours. I installed the hour meter on the bike 3 days after A.J. delivered the bike to me. I've always had a garage full of bikes to ride and spread my limited riding time between numerous bikes. I put 300 hours on my 1997 CR500 I rode back in my hay day for 5 years and NEVER replaced the piston/rings! It's the ultimate do it all bike! My CR500AF rides were groomed track days, and fast trail loops where I can roost my buddies and wheelie from turn to turn. Slow or tight trails are no problem for this 2 stroke big bore. It idles perfectly, never overheats, rarely stalls, and gets with it on the open straights. It's just as comfortable on MX tracks being lightweight, powerful and best of all has Factory Connection "Works" suspension. The build: I had a choice of several frames, but A.J. strongly recommended a 2003 CR250 frame as it has the longest seat to foot peg height suitable for tall riders, and at the time it was his favorite frame for the ergos. He had two 2003 frames left, and he was keeping the last one for himself. :-) Paired with tall bars and a tall seat... This is the most comfortable bike I've ever ridden for my tall frame. Valved for 225 rider, this bike is made for big guys... Yet anyone who has ridden it from 170 to 265 lbs says it feels amazingly plush without being saggy or soft. Many OEM stock parts will come with the bike. EXCELLENT CONDITION. Everything is tight on the bike. No excess play in linkage. Greased / serviced top to bottom several times. No leaks, stripped bolts, worn parts. Compression at 67 hours is EXACTLY same as the day I brought it home. It tested 150 psi in 2007 and it still reads 150 psi. Bike starts on 1-2 kicks every time. Idles fine. Revs out perfect. No clutch creep. Clutch basket has little to no grooves etc. Frequent tranny oil changes with Pro Honda gear lube. Air filter cleaned every 4-5 rides. I have several air filters for the bike. I'm selling as I rarely ride anymore. I've sold off my 7 other dirt bikes saving the best for last... I don't have to sell it. But I'm more into fishing than riding now a days. I revamped the mighty 500 to my liking in hopes to spur my interest in riding more... but decided to offer it up for sale. New CR500AF's are $13,500 from Service Honda! Check out their web page. Also check out their customization list. $$ EXPENSIVE BIKES. If you don't have the suspension revalved immediately, they are truly un ridable as they are sprung way to soft and the bike bottoms and G's out at medium speeds. So there goes another $1,000 bucks. Bars, chain/sprocket etc... all need to be updated as well. Title and current registration in hand. If your local, message me and come see it... 1997 CR500 motor, first over fresh bore in 2006 CRF 250 GEN-4 chassis, with billet "Y" kit professionally welded, massive 160 rear tire on 5" rim, everything on this build is new, rebuilt carb, custom radiators, rim, tires, spokes, hubs, trued and balanced, chain, sprockets, plastic, lights, pipe, silencer, hardware, breaks, rotors, pads, levers, cables, hoses, all NEW. 2009 Honda CR500AF.. A 09 CRF450R frame conversion by M Works (Mike Westbrook), motor is a 93 Cr500, new crank, bearings, seals, new vertex piston 1.0 over bore, completely rebuilt, new oem clutch with pro circuit clutch springs. Motor has 3-4 hours on it since rebuild. It pulls hard through every gear and is very tight. FMF Fatty pipe and FMF Powercore silencer, tusk handlebars, tusk oversized foot pegs, tusk rear brake lever, hammerhead shift lever, extra plastics and carburetor. Works Connection clutch perch and lever, front and rear tires are in good shape. New front and rear sprockets with DID chain, red stainless braided brake lines front and back. Adult maintained and serviced, very clean bike and runs great. Ready to ride!

Fresh built CR500. Completely rebuild from the frame up. Motor has 8hrs on fresh rebuild. Bike has not left the garage since built. Starts right up and purs like a beast! The photos will speak for them self. Bike is super clean like showroom. All welding was done professionally. Frame is a 2002 CRF450 frame with a 2012 rear section and plastics. Cr500 conversion street legal title. Everything new! Super fast and a wheelie monster, gets lots of attention and turns heads. It hardly has any time on it, just enough to jet the upgraded carb. You wont find another, just try! Frame: 2002 CRF 450 frame was stripped down and powder coated. Every single bearing and seal was replaced along with all accessories such as handle bar, levers, hardware, plastics, seat cover, grips, bar ends. Engine: The only thing that was reused on the engine was the case. Crank, piston, bearings, seals, water pump, clutches and basket, gaskets, hoses, engine side cover along with clutch and stator covers were all replaced. The cylinder was resleeved to standard size, the exhaust bridge was relieved and wiseco piston was drilled. The tranny was upgraded to a 93+ polished and treated set with longer 4th and 5th gears that cost $1600 by itself. FMF gnarly pipe and power core 2 silencer along with v force 3 reeds and a PWK 39.5mm carb which is the same carb that service honda put on their new cr500s. All new sprockets, chain, clutches, and performance clutch basket. Cylinder head was equipped with a decompression valve that makes starting this beast a breeze. Conversion: Excel supermoto wheels with talon hubs were installed with michelin rubber. EBC 320mm brake rotors and pads with new crf450 caliper which has bigger pistons. Suspension is 2004 crf450 reworked for supermoto and dropped 2 inches and a brand new rear shock with less than 10 hours. All LED lights and indicators with battery, charging stator, and horn. Has a vector digital display with RPM, speed, ambient and engine temp, as well as lap times and other features. I am missing a lot of stuff but you can contact me for more info or my build thread with tons of pictures. Im not rushing to sell the bike, just testing the waters since i have some school payments to make. You will not find a cleaner cr500 supermoto conversion, much less a street legal one. I looked for years to find a street legal AF and have put over 11 grand in this build and thats before you even add any labor. The clutch cover has jb weld behind shifter, motor is in fair to good running condition, and pulls strong. Suspension set up by TBT racing for a 200 intermediate desert rider, still fresh. 2015 CR500AF. This AF started out as a 2015 CRF250R then was professionally modified to utilize this beautiful 1998 CR500R Engine. This bike is as close to a new bike as possible. This 98 CR500 engine has 0 hours of use since its complete rebuild, Using Wiseco engine parts (89mm Piston). Wheels, Tires, and Exhaust system are NEW as well. Suspension has fresh oil and seals, All chassis bearings were either replaced or serviced. I have many photos of the build process i'd be happy to share with you, e-mail or call me for more photos. facebook.com/aamxservice100 hours went into modifying this chassis, the biggest and most challenging modification was the one off sand cast "Y" portion of the frame that had to be altered to fit the exhaust port on the CR engine. This "Y" portion of the frame is a hollow casting that utilizes a self hardening 713 alloy this exceeds manufacture spec. This AF has engine mounts, exhaust mounts, ignition coil mounts, ECU holder, FMF Muffler, Radiators, and Fuel pump block off plate are unique to this bike and cannot be ordered over a parts counter. We do have templates for all custom parts off this bike and we can reproduce them for a fee if needed down the road. OKAY WHERE TO BEGIN!! THIS IS MY AS NEW FRESH BUILD CR500AF. THIS BADBOY IS BUILT ON A 2001 CR125 FRAME, WITH A 1994 CR500 ENGINE. THE BIKE HAS BEEN COMPLETLY GONE THROUGH. THE BIKE HAS ALL NEW PLASTICS, GRAPHICS. THE FRONT FORK SEALS REPLACED SWING ARM BUSHINGS ETC. THE ENGINE WAS GONE THROUGH, WITH TOTAL REBUILD, TOP AND BOTTOM END, WITH AROUND 10HRS ON IT. I COULDN'T RESIST HAD TO RIDE HER. YOU CAN DO THE MATH BUT IN 2001 THE CR125 WEIGHT WAS 192.9LBS, THE CR250 WAS 213.8LBS, AND THE CR500 WEIGHT WAS 222.7LBS, SO I DON'T HAVE TO TELL YOU HOW WICKED FAST SHE IS!! IT IS VERY WELL BALANCED BIKE. THE GUY WHO BUILT HER HAS TONS OF EXPERIENCE IN DOING THESE CONVERSIONS, AS THIS ONE IS LIKE HIS 10TH ONE BUILT. HE KNOWS HIS BUSINESS.
