Up for sale is a nice original 1971 Yamaha ct1 175 single 2 stroke endure with a little over 6,000 miles and there is no title, bill of sale only. Bike has been sitting for a few years and does not run and will need a couple things to get going again, includes a carb cleaning and a new throttle cable as the one on the bike has snapped. it has great compression and good spark, shouldn't need much to get running, gas tank is almost perfectly clean inside. there is one shallow dent in the left side of gas tank near emblem that can be seen from the side, i think it can be worked back out if one knows how, and the plastic emblems are in great shape, no cracks!, Overall bike is in great shape and is almost rust free, great paint with just a couple nicks or paint chips here and there, but shines great and chrome as well is in nice shape, with a little polishing will really look good. Fresh carb clean and new set of points cured her. One owner fresh from a barn last week who was using it up until lost spark. It's all there hard to find turn signals and rack original condition missing right side tank badge. One little cut on top of seat. I gave it a real quick clean up.shifts good. Starts 1st kick usually with strong compression. Nice tank inside also with no dents couple scuffs on gold. Perfect size for anyone to ride. Nice vintage bike that pretty collectable. This is not restored just nice original condition.

1971 Yamaha CT1 175 Enduro For Sale is a 1971 Yamaha CT1 that has been partially restored. The bike came with faded Candy Orange paint, but currently has Bright Red NOS CT2 sheet metal. Gas tank, Gas cap, Oil tank, Headlight mounts and headlight bucket. The gas tank has several shelf rash/scratches from being store for many years w/o the box. It may have been a dealer take off as it has one tiny dent as shown in photos. Here is a list of NOS parts installed: Foot pegs, Shift and kick start rubber, Handle switch #2, New Yamaha black cables, Black cable bands, Front brake light switch, Brake shoes, Levers, LH & RH grips, Speedometer and Tachometer, Ignition switch, Buddy pegs,1st over piston & rings, Crank shaft assembly, Bearings, Gaskets, Points, Condenser, Carb kit. Aftermarket items are NEW Battery & Strap Band, Mirrors, Fuel cock, Fuel hose, Fuel filter, Air filter, Rear shocks, Chain and sprockets. Silver items have been repainted silver but does not match exactly the original color. All lights work, but the signal flasher flashes when it wants to,,, The bike start up on the 1st or 2nd kick and runs through the gears great, clutch is smooth. Tires are IRC street/trail and over sized for this model enduro, 4.10 front, 4.60 rear, it was what was on the bike when I got it, so I left them on. Kinda you average barn find bike that I just got running with new points, condenser, carb cleaning, and new rubber boot to air box. It runs good and shifts good, clutch is a bit hard but I kinda expect that from a bike that's been sitting for 15years. I took cover to inspect clutch and every seemed good. Little seepage now from that cover. Wheels and tires are pretty good no rust and good rubber. Dent in rear fender 2 little dings in tank, seat is pretty nice for original. Runs out pretty darn strong lots of power yet. Will need further restoration like fork seals and rubbers. light switch cleaned and relubed. At least a good once over before putting on the road. Tank is nice inside will probably need petcock seal. Needs foam for air filter has cage. Etc Etc. Very nice 1972 CT2 (175cc) with low miles and very original condition and not rusted. This bike has been stored indoors all of its life and you can tell, notice how nice the shocks and instruments are. Shows 2273 miles that are believed to be original. Cables are original as are the grips. Frame and engine numbers match. Has original Yokohama tires in nice condition. Great start for a restoration since it is mostly complete and in much better than average condition. Bike runs well, usually starts with 2 kicks. New Yamaha air filter. Carb has been cleaned and the bike runs great. Several parts have been removed over the years, mostly lights that are readily available. I can source them at my cost for the buyer if needed. Needs 1 front turn signal bracket, 2 front turn signals, 2 rear signals and tail light and bracket. I have found both used and reproduction parts without much trouble so the bike could be easily completed or ridden as it is with just a rear light. The bike was tipped over on the right side so there is fairly heavy damage to the tank and the bars are tweaked a bit. Bars can be straightened without much trouble, it is right up by the grip. The pipe is in amazing condition. I have found after 40 years of working on and restoring these bikes that it pays in the long run to start with the nicest bike you can find and not a "rat". It will cost much less in the long run doing it that way. I saw a restored bike of this model and color earlier this year bring $4050, it was nice but did not have turn signals.
