Looks like a late 50s or early 60s CUSHMAN MAILSTER, most everything is there but NO motor and transmission, fiberglass body has a few places.FRAME and is metal and pretty solid with some surface rust, door on curb side of box is there but will need replaced (it is metal ) it would make a nice cart for someone ( maybe electric ?) I really don't know if there were title issued for these, but I can supply a bill of sale only,,,, it's pretty rare, simple, and would make a looker. Make offer or B.O.
