I called a local Honda dealer to find out this is a CB650 engine...the frame likely matches. VIN on the frame RC0502BM205801 (CB650 from 1981 or 1982). You rebuild or want to put together a classic bike. You don't mind coming to the south Austin area to pick these parts up (no shipping as this frame and engine are heavy).
