THIS MOTORCYCLE IS BEING RELISTED DUE TO A NON-PAYING BUYER. PLEASE DON'T BUY IT IF YOU CAN NOT PAY FOR IT. I'M 65 YEARS OLD WITH A BAD HEART AND THIS IS A TREMENDOUS INCONVENIENCE AND HARDSHIP TO ME. THANK YOU. You are buying a rare, traditional American chopper by Flyrite Choppers, Rouserworks and Haifley Bros. 100% Made in USA parts ( except UK Avon tires and Spanish Akront wheel ). The build goal is a classic, traditional American chopper using only the best quality American made parts, with a modern, easy to start ( electric only ), easy to maintain, powerful Buell high performance engine. Bike is long, low, light, quick and beautiful. Stance is perfect. Stripped of all non-essentials, the look is clean. Handles true and steady at speed. Sweet on high speed sweepers. Long wheelbase makes for a wide turning radius. Minimal brakes and no turn signals make this an open road bike, not a city bike or bar hopper unless a front brake is added. Fit. I'm 6'2" and ride with the handlebars turned down ( board track style ). Inches can be gained by adjusting the handlebars up parallel to tank. It's a long bike so under 5'8" may require different bars. Titled ( Arizona ) as a 2000 Buell ( not special construction ). I may change to Colorado before sale. Built in 2007 at Rouserworks, Corpus Christie, TX, using a 2000 Buell Thunderbolt 1200 cc engine, in a 2007 Flyrite Smokin Gun rigid frame ( with Serial No. and Manufacturer's Statement of Origin included in sale ). In 2013-2014 bike underwent a $6,500 frame off refurbishing at Haifley Bros., Phoenix, AZ. Bike was completely disassembled, frame powder coated, sheet metal painted, new seat, one-off handlebars and 2 into 1 exhaust, $1200 wheels and tires. Specifics follow in description and photos. ENGINE: 2000 Buell Thunderbolt 1200 cc. Electric start only. Oil cooler. Compression is strong. No mechanical issues ( sweats a little as Harley's do but no drips ). FRAME: 2007 Flyrite Choppers Smokin Gun rigid with Serial No. & Manufacturer's Statement of Origin included in sale.FORKS: H-D 39mm shortened.EXHAUSTt: One-off, 2-into-1 by Haifley Bros. No muffler. Not loud. The balanced 2-into-1 performs better than unbalanced 2-into-2, weighs less and looks better. Heat shield is one-off Haifley Bros.FRONT WHEEL & TIRE. Vintage Akront alloy 21 x 1.85 - 40 / TR1287 with polished S/S spokes to vintage chromed spool hub. Fresh Avon Speedmaster MK II 3.00 x 21 tire and tube. Rim has oxidation but no pitting or dents.REAR WHEEL & TIRE. Rare 1983 H-D Part No. 41057-83, alloy,16" x 3.00" solid wheel. Made in USA ( the original not to be confused with later foreign made H-D wheels). Media blasted. I've seen this wheel at $1,500 on ebay. Brass hub cap over disc brake mount by Haifley Bros. ( wheel is not modified and will accept H-D disc brake ). Fresh Avon Speedmaster MK II 5.00 x 16 and tube. OIL TANK. Moon alloy.GAS TANK. Detroit Bros or Lowbrow Custom Wassel style 2 gallon. Re-tunneled by Haifley Bros to sit low on frame and parallel to top of engine.REAR FENDER. Gasbox Spun Steel 16". Shaved by Haifley Bros. Fits tight to wheel with perfectly even radius.TAILLIGHT. Fab Kevin.HANDLEBARS. One-off by Haifley Bros. Brass risers by Paughco, machined to triple clamp by Haifley Bros. CLUTCH LEVER. Kustomteck DeLuxe brass and alloy. SEAT. Haifley Bros black leather and chrome pleated Bates style ( the best on the market ). Springs OEM H-D.THROTTLE. Biltwell.BATTERY. Ballistic.PAINT. By Haifley Bros. in single stage oil base enamel. H-D Birch White. No clear coat. Pinstripes free hand. ( decals can be added and clear coated ). BRAKES. None to front. Rear sprocket brake ( unmarked Flyrite or Exile ). A sprocket brake is close to an old drum brake - it slows the bike but will not stop fast. Use of the gearbox / downshifting is part of the stopping process. In rural Dolores, CO there is not a single traffic light and few cars. Animals and tractors are the threats. A front disc brake could and should be added for urban use.GAUGES. None. Guess a speedo wouldn't hurt ( when the officer asks " do you know how fast you were going? " You can truthfully sau "no". ) Never saw the use of a tach on a road-going H-D. I prefer the look of clean, uncluttered handlebars.FOOTPEGS. Cast brass by Backes, Iowa. You could not build this bike for the $12,500 price. This is a collectible, traditional American chopper that will not go out of style long after the ground pounders are scrapped for the next fad. Rouserworks didn't build many bikes before Rob moved to Costa Rica ( Google " Rouserworks " ). The Haifley Bros are up and coming builders who do quality work. I'll be 65 this October and the old bones don't ride much. Please study the photos. Ask as many questions as you like. Bike is sold as-is, where is ( although delivery may be possible between South-West CO and California, for a fee ). Thank you for looking.

Up for sale is my Harley Davidson custom chopper built by black swamp choppers. Harley Davidson 88B motor. Bike is in good condition. This thing is a real head turner. I had the engine completely rebuilt in 2013. The paint is good but not perfect, there is a chip on left side of gas tank from dresser falling during a move, there is some paint missing from front fork tree, and pipes need to be re chromed. Tires probably have 80% left on them 21 in front tire, 230 mm rear tire. No smoke/leak/engine problems that I'm aware of. The front pulley of the left side belt drive has a chip from falling off my bench while bike was apart, Doesn't cause problems so I didn't change. The title is rebuilt, what this means is that before you get the title/plate, you have to take it to local state troopers and have them make sure the vin on the title matches the frame. All in all took about 10 minutes for me to do. Check with your state before you bid though. I bought the bike in Detroit where it was titled as rebuilt. The guy I bought from story was that it wasn't wrecked, but fell during transport to a show. The insurance carrier for the shipping company totaled the title rather than dealing with all the details of custom paint/parts etc. I didn't do much research on it though, I knew I was getting a 60k bike for pennies on the dollar so didn't matter to me. The only person that will know is you and me. Bike rides straight as an arrow and smooth as a cloud. Miles listed is an estimate, Ive had the bike for several years and just ride occasionally to bike night, or shows. I have a couple others bikes as well. Theres no speedo/odo/blinkers etc on here, just looks cooler if you ask me. Feel free to have independent mechanic inspect prior to auction end. I have listed the problems I am aware of. I know a little bit about motorcycles/engines but am not an expert. This bike is used, and sold as is. Pictures are from 2 weeks ago. If you have any additional questions feel free to email or call me. Im getting rid of the bike because Im ready for my next toy and theres no room in my garage. Im about 16000$ into the bike, setting the price below due to the fact the bike isn't perfect. I figured id pass the savings on rather than painting and getting perfect, you will be able to set it up exactly how you want. 1000$ nonrefundable deposit due via paypal within 48 hours of auction end. Delivery/shipping is up to the buyer. I would possibly be able to deliver up to 500 miles away for 2$ per round trip mile if needed. I might be up for entertaining a trade if you have an awesome bike/boat/classic car/old school bronco/scout etc. needs to be running in good shape though. Once again feel free to ask any questions via email or phone. 225-571-7167. Thanks for looking.
