hi all, make me an offer - i found another bike i want to buy! :>) i test rode a hypermotard 1100 evo sp, and bought one last winter. it lives w/a '78 duc darmah, a '95 buell s2 making ~100whp/95ft-lbs torque, modified '00 suzuki dr650 motard. i've put ~2000 miles on the evo sp, and i'm not feeling it like i'd hoped. i thought i'd be wanting to ride it so much more than my other bikes, but it's not happening. some days i'm loving it; other days i wonder what am i doing on this thing? it may be just a bit too "hyper" for me - i think it's aptly named. so, it's for sale. i bought a new 6.4g ca cycleworks tank kit, full stainless mivv exhaust, and rapidbike evo fuel module; never installed. (~$2225) here's the basics: -16k miles (i am still riding it); 4k miles on dealer rebuilt motor, by ducati of dallas -ducati paid for parts, but not labor. the original owner decided he couldn't afford the labor, so he sold it to a ducati/dallas employee. he kept it for a couple thousand miles, and i bought it from him; uship got it to me for $300. he needed money for a house remodel. i have all the receipts from ducati of dallas. it runs great. what i've done: -new hammerhead gearshift ($110)-new oury grips ($cheap) -fabbri wind screen ($100; w/hidden damage, thanks to my inept install) -mirrors w/integrated turn signals ($140) -relocated rear turn signals and license plate ($cheap) -new l-ion battery ($160) -new gold-fren front brake pads installed ($40) -new rear tire, courtesy of a nail (avon 3d ultra sport av80) nib, never installed: -2nd new gold-fren brake pads, fronts and rears ($65) -6.4g ca cycleworks gas tank kit ($900)-pod filter wraps for ca cycleworks filters ($40) -full mivv stainless exhaust w/sensor bungs ($800) -rapidbike evo fuel controller ($525) i also have an extra stock seat; i was considering a custom seat. this bike, 377lbs and 95hp, is NOT a beginner's bike. Add the exhaust and the fuel controller; you're close to 110hp/360 lbs. The EVO SP has the Brembo brakes, forged wheels and Ohlins suspension, and retailed for $3k more than the standard Hypermotard. i had one get-off; pics show the results - quite minor. email for pics, i can only post 4 pics here. or check out the dc craigslist or ducati.ms asking $8181 i'd consider up/down trades for '07-'10 aprilia tuono factory, '04-10 aprilia rsvr factory, '92-'98 duc ss/sp, '06 up duc gt1000, ktm 1290 super duke, or '13 or newer ktm 690 duke. thanks, doug s. ps - this bike gets ridden and was not cleaned up in any way for the photos. pps - i will consider reasonable offers - both with or w/o the uninstalled tank/exhaust/fuel controller

Rare 2007 BMW G650x X-Moto ABS model. This bike is adult owned and in immaculate "new" condition with only 875 miles. It's lived in a climate controlled private collection of bikes since new. Ridden a few miles each year to keep fluids regular. With first oil change completed, this bike still needs to be broken in accordingly. BMW quality built with their bulletproof liquid cooled 53hp single cylinder 650 (652cc) motor, the same motor as GS models. Only a few thousand ever made and I've yet to find one anywhere in the world in this condition. BMW built this model with a quick release cord under the seat that completely removes the entire tail, lights and plate mount in seconds. Highway speeds of 80 mph comfortably. Conquer everything from canyon roads, urban assaults, track days or throw on some Avon Distanzia (see pics) adventure tires and enjoy a dual sport. This bike will do it all. Extras Include: First Service (completed at 650 miles) Tourtech Tail Rack (installed) Trickle Charger Harness (installed) BMW Air Compressor (plugs into bike to power) ABS Brembro Barkes (factory installed) Low Profile Seat (32" seat height) New Battery (installed) The original price was just under 11k and I'm asking $5500 OBO. No test rides and serious buyers with CASH only.
