For sale is a 1999 Ducati Monster 750 motorcycle. I bought this last year with the hopes of creating a custom one-off Ducati Cafe Racer style bike, but I don't have the time or the space for any projects now. This bike is nice looking, but has the typical Ducati dent in the tank from where the previous owner dropped it at a traffic light. The bike was never in an accident and has a clear title in my name. It starts and runs fine but has been sitting for some time, so it may need a tune up. This bike came before the infamous "Red Key" system was introduced, so it's much less of a hassle to deal with than the newer ones with the troublesome anti-theft systems. Comes with one key that can be easily duplicated if necessary. All of the electrical functions (lights, switches, etc) work perfectly and the battery was replaced last year. The previous owner installed LED turn signals, and they have been professionally wired with proper relays to ensure correct flashing as well as a properly working dash indicator. The front tire is in good shape but the rear will need to be replaced soon. The valve clearances were checked and adjusted before I bought the bike. What you see is what you get with this bike. I don't have any service history, or very much knowledge about it other than I've posted here. With a little minor TLC, this bike is very rideable as-is, or would be a great candidate for a total restoration or custom project.
