1988 Ducati 750 F1 , 1988 Ducati 750 F1 Laguna Seca Replica.  This is NOT a Laguna Seca.   This 1988 Ducati 750 F1  is now numbered, titled, and registered in the state of Oregon.   This bike was built on a 1988 F3 400 frame, which is identical to the Laguna Seca frame all the way down to the indented down-tube for the horizontal carburetor. It was assembled by the craftsman owner using either New, New Oold Stock (NOS), or good used parts that were rebuilt and renovated as needed.  The quality of these parts is apparent when going over any square inch of the machine.  The pictures absolutely do it justice!  Completed in 2016, it only has 84km on the NOS speedometer.   The frame is powdercoated Bavarian Silver.  The steel fuel tank and fuel cap are NOS from an F1B.   The bodywork was NOS, purchased from a vendor in Australia some 12 years ago.  It is mounted with all new attachments.  The solo seat was used but in perfect condition.  The front fender is NOS Paso.  The buyer will be given NOS (and now scarce) Vitaloni mirrors which are correct for the time and also the original (and also scarce) red bar-ends.  No mirrors were mounted so that the final owner can decide on how to best equip the bike with mirrors without drilling into the fairing.  The NOS right rear turn signal was cracked and was glued/taped together in such a way that it is difficult to tell.  The Marzocchi M1R forks are fit to modified F1 triple clamps and have Ducati 851 clip-ons installed.  The Verlicchi F1 aluminum swingarm was installed to fit the wider rear wheel and was re-anodized by the builder.  All the fittings on the swingarm are NOS.  The shock is from a 748 as it fits perfectly and is modern.   The 1980's era Technomagnesio magnesium wheels are painted in a urethane epoxy to keep corrosion away, 3.25" front and 5.5" rear.  The wheels were free of corrosion when painted, but have not been tested in any way. The front brakes are 300mm new stainless/aluminum replicas of Brembo floating discs of that era.  The front calipers are four-piston NOS 851 units attached with EPM Engineering's caliper hangers.  The brake line is stainless steel.   The rear brake disc is a NOS 220mm floating Cast Iron rotor hung with an aluminum carrier clamped by a NOS of-the-era 05 2 piston caliper.  The rear line is rubber so as not to mark up the swingarm.  Both of the Brembo brake master cylinders and the Brembo clutch master cylinder are New.   The engine has a set of NOS F1B heads (bigger valves th

1992 DUCATI PASO 907IE $395 Flat Rate Shipping, Now that you have a little Paso history you can own a piece of Ducati history with this 1992 Ducati Paso. This bike is in excellent condition and needs absoulutley nothing. Was purchased new by a California State University, Long Beach professor in 1992. He used the bike sparingly over the 14 years that he owned it. In 2006 he traded it in at Red Label Moto. In 2006 it was purchased by it's second owner. For the next few years it was owned and maintained in Portland Oregon at MotoCorsa. There is where it found it's most recent home. The General Manager of MotoCorsa purchased the bike for his own collection. At no point in this bikes life has it ever been dropped or crashed. We have records for the bike dating back to 2006. All the body work is in amazing condition with no color fade, wheels are in great condition with no major scrapes on them. When telling the story and history of Ducati the Paso plays a large role in that. The Ducati Paso was introduced in 1986 with the slogan 'Il nostro passato ha un grande futuro' (Our past has a great future). The name was in honour of racer Renzo Pasolini , nicknamed 'Paso', who died on 20 May 1973 in an accident at the Monza race track during the Italian Motorcycle Gran Prix. 1992 was the last year the Paso was built and 1 0f 2 years that they used the 907IE motor which featured a modern Weber-Marelli IAW-043 sytem that inegrated ignition and electronic fuel injection, which transformed the rideability of the bike. It boasted 90 hp and a top speed of 143 mph. They also went to a 17' wheels increason the stability. Between 1991-1992 there were only 2303 907IE's had been built.
