Purchased this bike at an auction without a title and non running (since obtained bonded title and got it running). My intention was to simply part it out. Unfortunately for me, I decided to see if I could get it running. I rebuilt and adjusted the carbs, bought a new battery (that is not to be considered as included in this auction) and fired it up. Of course, after that, I hated to part it out. So, I cleaned and recoated the inside ofd the gas tank and bought a new filter. Drove it for a minute and had a flat tire on the front and parked it. That has been about a year ago. (I really should have just parted it out as I don't have time for it and already have two other motorcycles we ride, as well as a couple of boats I have to keep up, etc., etc.). Tried to insert youtube link to video of the bike running but ebay would not allow it. Go to YouTube and search for youtube channel hfgslb and ZL1000 First Run. It is pretty much complete, missing a few small pieces, I believe. The side covers are around but the push tabs need to be repaired. Ebay made me include information I did not desire to and could not alter. The title is clear but is bonded. In MS the bonded mark will remain on the title for 3 years. This simply means that I had to have a bond to get a title so as to protect the interest in the motorcycle of the person I may sell it to and anyone who may one day show up saying they are the legal owners. . . It hasn't been cranked in a year, again, so it may be a challenge to get it cranked if you desire to see it run in person. Anyway, sold as is and for parts or repair with local pick up only. Thanks,

Up for bid is a pristine 2009 Kawasaki 125 Eliminator. Selling for a good friend. Motorcycle is metallic silver in color and looks and runs like it just came off the showroom floor. This motorcycle has a total of 280 miles of comfortable road time and features electric start, a 5-speed transmission, forward controls for taller riders, and is a miser on gas. The seat is perfect with no tears or rips. As any used motorcycle, it has a few minor blemishes (small paint chip on rear fender edge, and battery cover has small melt mark from battery tender) that are shown in pictures. Wiring and tires are in excellent condition. Owner provided meticulous care with almost all servicing performed by a licensed Kawasaki Dealership. Bike was garage kept when stored. Motorcycle has an aftermarket "Spitfire" adjustable windshield with no scratches and a newer battery bought within the past 2 years. Kickstand safety micro-switch is in working order. Just changed out break-in oil for recommended oil and also changed out oil filter. Motorcycle comes with Owner's Manual, 2 keys, and a silver DOT shorty helmet. This is a great starter bike for someone that wants to learn to ride, and also a nice bike for just getting around town. This bike is being sold "As Is" with no warranty or return. Brand new paint job. 2 set of handlebars, cruiser and dragster style. Saddlebags can be put on and removed, made of leather. Rear seat is easily removable. Racing carburetor, headers, and exhaust; all track grade. Extended rear by 4" for drag style look and performance with extended driveshaft(yes this is a driveshaft motorcycle). Tuned for a perfect balance of high and low end for optimal acceleration. 6 speed manual trans. Inline 4 cylinder 908cc engine with 21400 original miles. Recent tune up. Double disk front brakes, single rear, all new brake pads. Tires are like new, only 600 miles on them, installed last summer by Ducati Dealer as well as a once over check up, no leaks or wear to report. Standard this bike does 0-60 in 3 seconds flat. Now it's much faster, but I can't put a number on it. I love this bike and don't want to sell it but the girl doesn't like how fast and loud it is.
