For sale is a well loved 2011 ducati 848 evo red with 3616 miles. About two years ago I went through a bad breakup and thought a sportbike would be the cure! Although a blast, I hardly rode it as I live in downtown Atlanta and not many great places to ride and TRAFFIC! When I bought the bike new it had apprx 3200 miles on it and after 104 miles of normal street driving the exhaust started puffing a little blue smoke. I went to the DUCSHOP to check this out it turned out it needed new rings (a total fluke) so I went for it and upgraded to the 1040CC kit. This is a great way to own a 1000+ CC sport bike but not pay the insurance costs! The 1040 Kit was installed by the DUCSHOP and included the larger 104mm ducati cylinders, 104mm Pistal pistons, and a custom dyno tune from them putting down 145 RWHP!!!!! This thing is scary fast! needless to say I was $3500 deep in the engine rebuild and since then have only put 312 miles on the bike so the engine is practically new. All new fluids etc so its serviced and ready to go. It has the original tires with lots of tread remaining and the valves were checked during the rebuild as well. This is a mechanically flawless bike. I will note that it does have aftermarket exhaust so it is loud/throaty and folks will know your coming. One of the best sounding bikes on the road. The reason Im selling is bc I dont ride it enough and need garage space as I have enough toys and this needs a new home. Im happy to show the bike and available for questions. Thanks!
