IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO BE THE ENVY OF ANY TAILGATE PARTY THIS IS THE TICKET!!! As mentioned above in the title, this is a 2012 freightliner sprinter. This thing is THE WORLDS MOST INSANE TAILGATING VEHICLE! !!! Winner of tailgater of the game and 2nd place tailgater of the year! This sprinter was built at the shop I work at for a good customer. Unfortunately the customer has lost interest in tailgating and this vehicle is up for a steal of a price. This is a one off vehicle, there is not anything like this! The original cost of this build out was a little over $275,000. Crazy you say? First off this van is fully automated, EVERYTHING is controlled by an apple or android device. The tv's, the stereo, the awnings, the doors, the satellite, all is controlled remotely. This vehicle has 2 HD roving in motion satellite dishes and 2 dish network set top boxes so watching 2 different HD channels is possible. There is a total of 10 tv's in the van, on the interior there is a 60" LG LED tv, a 22" lg led tv and the dash also has a 7 inch kenwood navigation system that is also hooked up to the satellite system. The exterior of the van has 2 42" lg led tv's on each side of the van, the tv's are mounted behind the glass so there is no setup required. In the rear of the van behind the motorized doors there is a 60" lg led tv and 2 more 22" lg led tv's. So no matter where you or your friends are they can always watch 2 different games or shows at once. The van also has 4g high speed internet with a wifi connection that can connect up to 10 devices. Each side of the van has fully automated motorized awnings with support rails to get out of the hot sun and cut out glare on the tv's. This van is a rolling tailgating machine, it has enough storage to accomodate anything. There is no need to trailer out all of the essentials to the game, just roll up to the parking lot, hit a couple of buttons and boom your setup in about 15 minutes. Everyone hates us at the tailgates because were cooking and drinking beer before anyone has thought about setting up. The back of the van has a propane grill and a 120 qt. cooler mounted to a swing out arm that unfolds from the bumper. The grill is powered by the on board 20 lb propane tank mounted under the van in an RV configuration. Topping off the cooking aspect, the van has a motorized kitchen that slides out of the rear, this slide out has a 4.5 ft. by 6 ft. counter top for all cutting and preparing needs. On the counter top is a sink with running water, the van has its own fresh and grey water tanks so no water connection is needed. The slide out also houses a 1200 watt microwave for heating up stuff. Also on the slide out is more storage with 2 hidden drawers for housing utensils and other junk, as well as 2 110V ac plugs for powering most anything needed. All of this power comes from the on board battery bank (9 total) the batteries are high capacity deep cycle. Vhe van does not need a generator because it is built in, it has a custom dual alternator, dual a/c compressor setup that is one of a kind. The alternators charge the battery bank and a 4000 watt power inverter powers everything. The van can also be plugged into shore power if one does not want to leave the van running. The van has 2 air conditioning/ heating systems built in to stay ice cold in the summer or cozy in the winter. On the interior of the van there is enough room for 6 rear passengers and storage under the seats. The interior is plush with all ultra leather couches and wood floors. Under one of the couch seats there is a hidden cooler big enough to hold all food necessary for a huge party, it measures about 24X24X18 inches. There is also another hidden cooler in the center console, this cooler is big enough to hold a full case of canned drinks, all hidden by the leather wrapped arm rest. Now onto the stereo, this is no slouch, who needs to hire a dj and bring lots of speakers to setup when you roll this thing out. 10,000 watts of rockford fosgate power!!! No joke, we can over power any sound system/dj at any tailgate. There are 50 speakers placed throughout the interior and exterior of the van with 14 subwoofers mounted in various locations, and speakers mounted into the side of the van that are hidden by custom one off aluminum grills. (all speakers are waterproof marine grade) there is not one speaker showing anywhere so people wonder where all that crystal clear sound is coming from. Like i said before this stereo is no joke, probably one of the most incredible parts of the vehicle. LOL and if you were wondering, yes the outside stereo can be turned on while driving....... there are little to no miles on the vehicle because it only went from home to the game and back, never abused or driven anywhere else. I converted a 2006 van exactly like this one. White, 158" wheel base. Tall - 6'2" high interior. I decided to do it again, but by the time I got around to it I found a large motor home which my wife prefers. I purchased the van in Massachusetts. It was not operating due to a transmission issue and a dispute between FedEx and the Lessor. I had the van shipped to California. I had the transmission rebuilt at Sun Valley Mercedes Transmissions. It has a two year unlimited mileage warranty valid to you until September 16, 2017. This is exactly like the 2003-2006 Dodge Sprinter 2500. Freightliner had the right to sell them in 2002. Looks identical. Same Mercedes engine and transmission etc. Built by Mercedes. The van has no check engine lights on. It has tons of power. I have changed the oil with full synthetic and replaced the oil filter, fuel filter and air filter. It passed California Smog Emissions on September 17, 2015. It is registered in CA. It is a base van. Crank the windows. No extras. No radio installed. It will run forever. You can carry giant things. It makes a great mini-RV.Cracks in top corner of front window as shown. This Mercedes built van runs great, drives great, hauls great, is extremely reliable, and is very fuel efficient. It has the Mercedes 5 cylinder turbo diesel that is known to last over 500,000 miles. The transmission is very strong and was just serviced. This van has all the bells and whistles to be the best work truck or rv for your money. It is very versatile as you may already know these are used as everything you can imagine. Plenty of room to stand up in the back with room to spare. I really don't want to sell this awesome van as you can tell by my extensive list of new items. I planned to keep it for plenty of years to come but I recently changed jobs and am no longer required to haul my tools around with me. So I converted it into an rv in the hopes of using it to travel cheaply but my job put me on a 7 day a week work schedule so I just don't have the time anymore. Now she can go on to live with the highest bidder but only if the price is right. I'm in no rush to sell it and I would prefer to keep it. It has minor issues but nothing I would worry about.
