I purchased this bike brand new for 6,000$ last year (2013), but when I relocated in a complex, the regulations of the residential complex prohibits motorcycles from parking. Therefore, I'm selling the bike. It has a few weeks from the 1 year factory warranty left. The bike is in excellent condition. No known issues. This is a very good looking bike and has decent acceleration.I have installed the rear seat backrest and luggage rack (270$ value) and is included in the sale. I can include some riding gear: riding pants and jacket with a virtually brand new helmet (purchased for 100$ on sale), which I didn't get a chance to use due to brutally cold winter and in the spring the parking issue started. My honest personal opinion about the bike: pros:- Iooks good - very good acceleration (79HP) - reasonable handling (it's a cruiser after all) - rear disk brakes (good braking in general) - fuel injected (no need for any adjustments or warm up) - good trip meter - fuel level sensor- I like the factory installed tires- good mpg (about 60mpg on highway @65mph)- good bike for beginners, but strong enough so that you enjoy it as an intermediate biker as well- has been very reliable cons: - The gears do not shift as smoothly as a Japanese or German bikes (all GV650s are like that) - I don't like the digital trip meter (I prefer analogue gauges) - It's a Hyosung. It is a trouble free bike, but it's an economy bike after all - The seat is not suitable for day long rides - The engine is like a sport bike, not a cruiser In general, I do recommend this bike to anyone looking for an economic bike. This bike is in perfect condition, except for the scratch made on top of the gas tank by my belt when I was power walking the bike in the driveway. I will add pictures this weekend.
