New Tires: Dunlop Radial Elite 3 on front, Darkside* Austone car tire on rear (good for 40k miles). I have an extra rear rim if Darkside scares you and you want a regular rear tire. Cosmetics could use refreshed unless you prefer the well worn round the world credentials that the patina of 26 years of gentle use exudes. Once in a while after using Reverse the starter interlock switch will not disengage, you have to flip the reverse mechanism a few times and it has always started. Mute function for radio turns on/off mysteriously, guess it has a mute ghost, but it's not talking. Rear pockets are siliconed shut, too many jerks operating them. Fully functional but trunk and saddlebag latches could use some love, saddlebags don't pop open by themselves or anything, trunk latches ...sometimes. Antenna is broke off. I know what the bike is worth to me and after having some second thoughts and a couple more rides on it I had priced it realistically at $3,000 FIRM with the extra rim included. Just returned (September 27th) from camping at Seneca Rocks WV, put another 1150 miles on the old gal. She now has 96,160 and likely to go up. 33O-347-II2O I have a VStrom DL650 for sale also. We're giving up long distance moto-touring, we bought a Miata.

Very rare 2008 Honda VFR800A with ABS braking! With the amount of rain we get down here you will really appreciate the ABS brakes. This bike has been extremely babied and garage kept. Has only 9900 miles, this bike is cherry! Only Amsoil synthetic for the oil changes, Michelin Pilot Road tires with plenty of tread, single sided swing arm, and fully garage kept. Just had our second child and don't have time to ride like I was hoping. I also have a new set of fully removable SHAD SH36 side cases that will fit a full size large helmet. This was for when I had grander plans of a mountain road camping excursion on this baby. This bike is the best blend of refinement and, sport touring, you will find it's simply wonderful. Perfect Ergos, definitely not a crotch rocket and not a Goldwing either...=) The v4 (yes v4) engines sounds fantastic and will make it hard for you to want to go back to an inline or twin. This is a 1996 Honda Goldwing Aspencade. It is absolutely excellent shape. It needs nothing. Its ready to go anywhere and with the trailer you can take it all with you. It gets an honest 39 MPG, has always had synthetic oil and just runs as good as it looks. There are extra folding foot pegs, running lights, a back rest for the driver (which is removable) cruise control, AM/FM Cassette, rider to rider intercom, (you need wires to hook up to your helmets, I have never used it) reverse and a V Stream windshield. The tires are 75%. It has air ride rear shocks with an on board compressor, and the front shocks/springs are progressive. It has the original manual and tool kit and I will include the big Crammer manual. It is smooth, quiet and powerful, a joy to ride. Thanks for looking. It is for sale locally, so I reserve the right to end the listing early. I have had a number of questions, so I will try to answer them here in this revision. I pulled the trailer once with the bike. On a short camping trip. It pulled fine. Really could not tell it was there. No issue with stopping, cornering or parking. The reverse option allows you to back it up with no problem. The brakes are new, the battery is new, it has always had synthetic oil. The paint is so shinny it looks as though it were dipped. There are removeable bags which fit in each luggage compartment.
