I am selling an excellent condition customized BMW F800 GS with many extras. I love riding this bike and am reluctant to sell however due to medical reasons I must let it go. I purchased this bike used with 130 easy miles on it in 2012. The bike has always had its services done on time. The bike has 7XXX miles most of which are commuting or highway miles. New Michelin Anakee III tires recently installed. This bike has the following modifications to the bike. The bike has had the forks completely reworked by Ohlins USA and are now fully adjustable for rebound and compression. The seat was replaced with a more comfortable Wunderlich seat to decrease rider fatigue. The rear shock was replaced with an Ohlins unit and the shock brace which prevents the bolt bending issue of the F800 GS. The fueling has been smoothed out to remove the snatchy like lean mixture from the factory and to compensate for the removal of the stock silencer and CAT for a free flowing Leo Vince full exhaust and K&N air filter. The fueling was modified using the Power Commander 5 unit designed for the BMW F800 GS. I also added a custom mounted tone generator with extra lights. This lighting system is a refitted BMW Police bike model with two additional red brake lights that activate when the front or rear brakes are used. There is a white strobe mounted in front that can be activated by either of two ways. There is a pressure switch located within reach of the left hand index finger or when the horn is activated for 1 second. The horn with auxiliary horn is activated using the normal horn button. This was all installed by a local BMW Master mechanic. BMW Hand guards and extended wind deflectors have been added as well as the Wunderlich throttle lock (cruise control like) feature. The battery was replaced this year with a Shorai lithium unit. I have also added the mounting hardware and all three Genuine BMW Vario boxes with two box liners. 1) Ohlins USA modified F800 GS forks. 2014 BMW F 700 GS, 2014 BMW F700GS. It has upgraded tires and the factory lowering package. They call it a 700 but it has an 800cc motor just tuned down for better torque. Just 2334 miles with just over 1000 on the new tires. It runs as well on the road as off! It has seen some sand and gravel and has a few scrapes on the crash bars as a result but no damage at all to the body panels. The crash bars and tires are a 500 dollar value alone.
