Clean, runs good, looks good, rebuild carbs and synchronized, rebuild breaks, cleaned gas tank, new throttle, tachometer and speedometer cables. Needs tires. It was parked for 20 years in before I got it from an old lady selling her house. Clean title.
1982 suzuki gs650 cafe project bike. runs smooth and all functions work. turn signals removed but only unplugged. all four do work when plugged in. tach does not work due to removed cable. worked before cable was removed. not a perfect bike but it is a good platform for a project cafe bike. bike is rideable as it sits and was ridden most of the summer. strong motor and shifts smooth.
Used was running up until October 2014, everything works on this bike and was licensed last year. has not been started in 6 months, so battery is dead. fuel has gone bad. the battery & air filter covers need attention but are included. has new tires, all carbs were done last year. tank in good condition not rusted. has superficial rust from sitting outside for a year. most will brush off. Used weekly during summer months since I bought it in 2007. Over the past two years I've had a medical condition that has prevented me from enjoying it any more; so its just taking up space in my garage at this point. Comes with a cover and brand new battery. When I bought it I was told that the odometer turned over and he didn't know if that was once or multiple times. No idea what the mileage is.

I purchased this bike in July of 2012. At the time it had 42,000 miles from one owner. It now has 51,000 miles. It really runs great and has been well maintained at Milwaukee's "The Shop". If you don't know them, you should check them out...great service! I have the original owners manual and good maintenance records.

1982 Suzuki GS560GL 12,450 miles, shaft drive. Motorcycle needs carb work and a front tire. Engine will start/fire but won't stay running; has been in storage for over 5 years and the jets are likely plugged up. Ran great when it was parked and has 0 miles on new coil/wire sets, and spark plugs. Battery is good and has been stored on charger. All lights, and gauges work but there is a short in the headlight and will delay coming on sometimes. Rear tire is decent but front tire is badly dry rotted. Has several dents and dings in the gas tank and front fender as seen in picture. Right side engine cover is scratched pretty bad. The chrome on the handle bars is lifting and some surface rust on the chrome handle bar and fenders is present. The fork seals and rear shocks appear to be in good condition with no leaks, same goes for the differential. I believe all of the oil leaks on the engine were fixed several years ago when the cam cover gaskets were replaced. Clear title in hand, carfax clean history, locally owned since new. I've owned it since 2005. I don't have time to work on it and I'm not spending any more money on it so it needs to go.
