For sale is my 1987 HD Sportster 1100 custom bobber. Not much stock other than frame, forks, and drivetrain. Progressive rear suspension, Biltwell Frisco bars, late model white rims (painted white with DuPont wheel paint - runable condition with some chips and flaking), custom painted narrow peanut tank, actual HD rear fender factory painted black that has been chopped, 2-1 exhaust, good tires, and good battery. Seat is a t shirt and beer case to keep a low profile look. The bike starts and runs awesome and has low original miles (~12,000, but I cannot verify as the speedometer has been removed). Fun as hell to rip around on. The bike is in very good shape for the year, but is not a show bike and has signs of actual use (misc scratches, chips, flaking, etc - the type of stuff you get from a life on the road not in the back of a trailer). Only 'issue' I have ever encountered is that fuel drips out of the carb overflow tube if the petcock is fully open... I just don't put it on full open and have had no problems. Please feel free to ask any questions or for any more detailed pictures. I want to make sure any and all questions are answered as the bike is being sold as-is with all sales being final. A $250 deposit is due within 24 hours of auction close with the remained due within 7 days. Local pickup is preferred, but I have no problem in assisting with shipping (buyer responsible for setting it up and paying for it).

I have an 86 Harley Davidson Sportster XL 1100 with a 1200 rebuild done at Schaeffer's HD in Orwigsburg, PA. I am selling as a package deal to include the following: Quick Connect/Disconnect Windshield; (2) seats - Single and Double; (1) HD backrest: (2) sets of exhaust pipes (stock and straight); (2) sets of black leather saddle bags; (1) HD handlebar accessory bag; (1) HD cloth cover - black and silver; (1) original owner's manual; and (1) Haynes Service & Repair Manual. The bike has Amzoil Synthetic Oil since 2014. I have a clear title in my possession. Inspection just ran out in April, and I haven't gotten chance to get it inspected for 2014-2015. oohh I'm ugly but I run, shift thru all gears. carb needs rebuilt of course(sticky float), primary and cam cases are nasty, must have been chrome at one time. front tire not so good, very good project. not sure of mileage, speedo reads 1600 but that's not correct, the tank is a newer aftermarket with speedo that cost about $600 when new, this could be a daily rider with little money. this one is a belt drive, starts right up, I do not have a key just turn the ignition to the right to start. there is some rust on the frame that can be seen in the photo, below is a you tube like to watch it run. will be in the Atlanta area and could deliever it for peanuts, questions please ask, lets make a deal. https://youtu.be/nHJz1mEzZpA
