Highly modified using 304L polished stainless steel 1933 Harley Davidson VL springer1993 Harley Davidson 5 speed transmission120 spoke, wire wheels, Especially made for me. 100% stainless steel; Hub, Spokes and Rim. 23x3.5” front wheel with Bridgestone, Trail Wing, dual sport, tire. DOT street legal. 17x7” rear with Avon 200 tire2.25” electric start, primary system built by me. Custom Machined pulleys by meCustom machined outer belt retainers. Handmade by WFL using assorted components. Engine is 100% rebuilt. Handmade by meHidden, on/off switch.Internal wiring.Oil lines run thru the frame.Brake line runs thru the frame.Ducati Oil filter with reusable element.Forward controls attach to original side car loops. Handmade by me.Hydraulic, brake and clutch systems with remote fluid reservoirs. Handmade by meRear sprocket / disc brake that works perfectly and stops on a dime... unlike most others on the street. Choppers Inc rear wheel spinner. Nickel plated, O ring Drive chain.Rear, “Knock Off” axle nuts. I do not think it is original paintMinor nicks, scratches and dings that you would expect from a 47 year old motorcycle. The top,end is new. I did not do it... It was fresh and not run when purchased. An Inspection revealed; Valve job and new forged pistons +.050 piston size. 74" motors can go .070 lots of life left.All of the work described below has been completed after March 15, 2014 S&S super E carb... Using OEM internal throttle and OEM air cleaner. Undetectable!Pingel Fuel Valve. Just finished full service... All fluids, including fork oil New battery 1 month old New seat Original Harley Davidson white grips and kicker pedal Original early saddlebags with latches. All new hydraulic cylinders / brake parts Machined both brake drums New, rear, rubber brake hose. All lights and horn works Original wiring harness and harness clips intactAll cloth wiring. Any wires found to be deteriorated, were replaced with correct wire, using black heat shrink and naked terminals.No vinyl wires or crimp on, colored, connectors. Many Factory accessories Dual exhaust Blinkers work Original HD Speedo works Charging system is good and working properly. Sorted, Tested, tuned and ready to ride, runs and rides beautifully. All systems work properly... Brakes, clutch, engine, transmission, steering and suspension.Brakes work exceptionally well. I rode 40 miles into the Everglades on Easter Morning. No issues.Rides smooth at 70-80 mphS&S carb really makes an improvement! Actual mileage unknown Very minor Oil drops when parked. Only a Couple of Quarter sized drops.
