1925 Harley Davidson J Model with Sidecar 1000cc V-Twin Out of the moth balls, this really cool looking Harley Davidson J Model with sidecar has the look and feel of the old school rides. It looks like it was painted gold with gold metal flake interrior for the Shriners or other type of parade use! The motor kicks through and has compression, but has not been started for decades. This motorcycle would make a very cool ride in "as is" condition or restore it (I wouldn't) back to show room condition. The old J Models are a great investment and if you are looking for an original old ride, this bike has all ofd the charm! This motorcycle has been sitting in a private collection for many years. A full sorting and tune up will need to performed prior to being in top running condition. We also have the left floorboard and rocker clutch assembly which is not shown in photos. NOTE! As you will see in the photos, there is no motor number on the left case. The lower case numbers are -25 so they are correc to the year. We do have an old 1968 Ohio title and an affidavit showing a legitimate patper trail which will be provided in the sale. Note! 1928 Henderson DeLuxe Four Cylinder with Goulding Sidecar Earlier restoration on a very nice and complete Henderson DeLuxe four cylinder with Goulding sidecar. This motorcycle sports a three speed transmission with reverse gear, electric lighting, Recardo cylinders, very nice Corbin speedometer and first year model for the front brake. Very nice Bosch Mag/dyno, and lighting generator. All original sheet metal, headlight, Claxon horn and more. Note: one hairline crack between the valve caps on number two cylinder (will need to be addressed at some time) Bike was last started and ridden at the AMCA Borrego Springs Meet about seven years ago. 1954 BMW 500cc DOHC Rennsport Grand Prix Racer A real crowd pleaser!! Very rare and desirable racer with a top speed of 143 mph. Dual overhead race cams per cylinder head, Hubacher cylinders and five speed transmission. This racer sports a four shoe front brake drum, Ceriani telescopic front forks, Del Lorto carburetors, aluminum fuel tank and remanufactured frame. There were only 24 Rennsports produced by the factory along with 24 spare engines. The BMW Rennsport was the world champion in Grand Prix sidecar racing. This motor has number 004 stamped on the case. A new set of piston rings and valve springs were recently installed. NOTE! We do not know the full history of this motorcycle although we make every effort to represent this vehicle as honestly as possible.
