Thank You for viewing our listing. Up for sale is a very low mile Harley Davidson Sportster 883. 1521 Original miles, fuel injected motorcycle with quick release windshield and engine guard. As seen in pictures it was dropped on the left side, left rear turn signal hpusing is scraped, so is the left side of windshield and engine guard. Does not affect function of the motorcycle. Even with a couple scrapes, at the mileage this bike is at its a steal of a price. Please note that if you agree to buy, you are also agreeing to all terms and policies listed below. All used parts listed are in good, working condition, unless otherwise noted, but may require some cleaning and/or polishing to restore their original luster. Please expect used parts to show normal wear and tear from usage according to mileage and year of manufacture. All used items are sold "as-is," without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. All new parts are brand new and unused. Some may have minor imperfections which will be noted in the listing. Items pictured in our listings are usually photos of the exact part, but may, on occasion, be stock, representative photos, and may not depict the exact part you will receive. Returns and Exchanges: Used parts are sold "as-is," and are not eligible for refund or exchange, unless we've made an error, such as shipping you the wrong item (i.e. you ordered a gas tank, but received a headlight). Electronic parts, new or used, are not eligible for refund or exchange, unless we've made an error, such as shipping you the wrong item (i.e. you ordered a wheel, but received a fender). Bike frames are never eligible for return or exchange. Defective new items or any item that we shipped to you in error (i.e. you ordered a rectifier, but received a stator) may only be exchanged for the exact same and/or correct product, and are not eligible for refund. We allow up to 7 business days from the day you receive your order to contact us about returning or exchanging any item(s). Please do not ship any item(s) back to Orange City Cycle without receiving an R.A. number first. You must call us at 386-775-9536, and speak with a customer service representative to receive an R.A. number. You are responsible for shipping the item(s) back to us, including shipping costs and tracking via a well-known carrier. You are liable for loss and title until the returned package is received by Orange City Cycle. You must clearly and conspicuously mark the outside of every returned package with your R.A. number. You must include a note with the package with the R.A. number and a brief description of the reason for return. You must ship the returned package to us within 7 days of receipt of R.A. number. You must provide a tracking number via email (please see our policy page in our store for our email address) for all returned packages. Please include your R.A. number in this email. You must return all item(s) in the exact same condition in which you received them, uninstalled, unused, and undamaged, including all original tags, protective films, stickers, nuts, bolts, parts, pieces, accessories, manufacturer documentation, instructions, warranty cards, registration, user manual(s), etc, in the original packaging, including the original, intact cardboard or plastic box in which the item was shipped, plus all manufacturer's packing materials, in good condition, without any mutilation, damage or significant markings to the packaging, especially the external labelling, which must be intact and readable, including all manufacturer part numbers, UPC codes, etc. or labels. Items and packaging must be in resellable condition. Any return that does not meet every requirement outlined above cannot be processed for return/exchange. If this occurs, we will contact you in a timely manner to advise you of this status. Any return that cannot be processed for return/exchange will be shipped back to you at your expense; Orange City Cycle will not be responsible for shipping costs, nor will we be responsible for any claims of loss or damage. We will ship the item(s) back to you via whichever method you choose. An invoice outlining shipping expenses will be emailed to you. Once payment is received (must be within 7 business days), we will ship your item back to you. Failure to adhere to these policies means that any and all obligations implied or provided to you via the R.A. number will become null and void; exchanges will not be honored and returns will not be credited to your account. Items returned due to your choice or an error on your part, and that meet all criteria above and are accepted for refund will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Shipping costs will not be refunded. You are responsible for all shipping charges to your location, including insurance, tracking, and packaging materials. These will all be reflected in your total shipping cost. We primarily use USPS (1st Class or Priority Mail), and, occasionally, UPS or FedEx. If you need an item quickly, please contact us before purchase. Most items ship within 3-5 business days (our weekly hours are Tuesday through Friday, 9am to 6pm EST). If we are unable to ship your item(s) in a timely manner, we will contact you to let you know. Some larger items may take 2-3 business days longer to crate and box due to their size and availability of packing materials. Please allow 2-10 business days to receive your item once it ships, depending on your proximity to our Central Florida location. We are happy to combine shipping on some items; smaller items aren't usually a problem, but larger items will often have to ship separately. If you've purchased more than one item and would like for us to ship them together and we are able to ship them together, eBay will combine and recalculate shipping charges automatically.
