Despite its age I have found myself uncovering this beautiful 1990 Tour Glide Ultra Classic with ONLY 13,191 miles more times than I care to count just to gaze at the chrome and condition of a bike this age. It is very close to collectable condition. The first person to see this bike in person WILL buy it, there is absolutely no doubt in my mind. I rarely even consider purchasing bikes older than 2002, but this one just simply couldnt be passed up. I purchased this great looking ride when the original local owner decided his riding days were over and traded his one owner machine on a Jeep. This bike has been in our local area for many years and has been stored in a climate controlled garage. The condition is nothing short of amazing! When you get right down to it, riding a Harley is all about attitude and this well preserved 1990 Tour Glide Ultra Classic has all the classic styling and comfort a seasoned rider could ever want. The 1990 FLHTCU Tour Glide Ultra Classic offers the look and feel that real attitude deserves. This immaculate looking Ultra is in well above average condition as you would expect from one with only 13,191 miles. This impressive machine has a ton of life left to be enjoyed by someone. This show stopper has no other visible dents, dings or damage that I noticed while giving it my personal inspection and detail other than the following. The forks show some road rash. The left side of the fairing has some touched up scratches (see close up picture). There is a small crack on the headlight bezel under the headlight (see picture). The tool kit is complete. The original books are included. The paint and finish are immaculate. The dash area has no fading at all, no faded paint, no pitted or flawed chrome and look at the pictures of the wheels they are as new as Ive seen on any older bike. Overall the bike is in excellent, well above average, condition and all components work as they should when we tested each of them. All the chrome and body parts are in excellent shape. The front and rear tires are 90% or better. The leather seat is like new. The bike has had wonderful care with gleaming chrome from top to bottom and front to back. The PA title does show EXEMPT on the mileage due to its age. However, there is NO DOUBT that the mileage of 13,191 shown is correct. The condition of this bike is WELL ABOVE AVERAGE! The 1990 Harley-Davidson Tour Glide Ultra Classic is a custom cruiser bike that is part of the company's touring models. The Ultra Classic is one of the more prestigious heavy cruisers on the market, and in 1990, Harley produced some of the best heavy cruisers on the roads, including the Ultra Classic with its large tour pack and saddle bags. There are some riders for whom a quick trip around the block satisfies their needs. For others, nothing short of a multistate jaunt will do, and the FLHTCU fills their every need. Powered by the same Evo motor found in the 1990 models, the FLHTCU is equipped with every comfort and convenience feature offered. Rider and passenger enjoy luxurious saddles and spacious storage cases, while electronic trickery fills every nook and cranny. The Ultra serves the demands of the long-distance rider to perfection, and sits at the top of the heap in the 1990 model lineup. The 1990 boasted an engine with a displacement of 1337 cc, or 81.64 cubic inches. The engine was a V2, four-stroke that produced 64.45 horsepower at 5,000 rpm. The top speed of the Ultra Classic at that time was 93.2 mph. With two valves per cylinder, an air-cooling system and a five-speed gearbox with a belt transmission, the Ultra Classic was built for the road. The weight of the 1990 Ultra Classic was 771 lb. The 1993 Ultra came with 16-inch tires. Also, this particular bike could go from 0 to 60 mph in eight seconds. Fuel capacity is 5.02 gallons and gets roughly 44 mpg.
