1971 Honda CB350 K3 – unrestored, pristine original condition. I am the third owner and have clean title. Recent Maintenance This winter the carbs were rebuilt with new O-rings, and carb bodies and jets were ultrasonically cleaned. The diaphragms looked great. New genuine Honda replacement air filters were fitted on both sides. An OEM petcock was installed. Cables have been lubricated and adjusted. The original exhaust was disassembled, cleaned and the mufflers were replaced with new pattern reproductions from David Silver Spares out of the U.K. (the originals were perfect on the tops sides, but had rusted through on the undersides, probably from having moisture build up from making short trips). New NGK B8ES plugs. New battery. This was about $725 in parts spend altogether. All other parts are original, including the front Bridgestone tire. It doesn't show in the pictures, but it is dry rotted and pretty hard. It looks like the rear tire was replaced at some point with a Dunlop K70 Gold Seal, but that was a long time ago. Both should be replaced before any serious riding. Shinko and IRC make similar pattern tires to the originals and can be purchased and installed with new inner tubes for less than $200 all in. Condition The bike runs, shifts and sounds great, though I admit I am still getting the carbs dialed in. You have to sync the carbs using the throttle cables and there are no vacuum ports on the intake manifolds to use a vacuum gauge. It hasn't been run much in the past 20+ years, so it might benefit from a new set of points and condenser. The low-beam headlight doesn’t work but high-beam does. Also, directional lights stay on but don’t flash- I think it will need a new flasher relay or check for a grounded wire. These are very minor issues that I haven’t been able to tackle yet. I don’t like dealing with electrics unless I have to. Cosmetically, the bike looks as good as the pictures. It was hard to decide which pictures to show. I'll try to put some additional photos on Photobucket so you can see all the angles. There are three minor chips on the gas tank (front left, front right and back left). I can find no dents. The paint on the tank is amazingly nice as well as on the side covers, headlight bucket, fork ears and fork covers. It doesn’t have any sun fade that I can detect. Inside of tank is clean. I saw no reason to put on fuel filters. The left side cover had one of the fins break off, as shown in the pictures. The Frame paint all over is very shiny without the typical scratches, pits or rusting you usually see. The chrome is in incredibly nice condition everywhere. The rear fender, rear shocks, points and tach covers, gas cap, handlebar, mirror, headlight ring, front fender, and front and rear wheels are amazing, with no dents or scratches, and an extremely small amount of pitting. I’ve had several nice old bikes and I’ve never seen chrome this good. Wheels are as straight as an arrow with no wobble. The frame looks really straight. I can’t detect any type of crash damage at all. Engine cases are nice, but have some staining and some of the clear coat has faded. I'm not sure this shows well in the pictures, but the exhaust headers are uniformly gold colored, not blue. The green gauges show no cracking and plastic is clear and scratch free. Vinyl on seat is in great shape and there are no rips or sagging. The underside of the seat and battery box area look really good. All in all, this bike has its original patina, but could be easily mistaken for restored. I've kept the old parts in case someone wants them (except the mufflers which were useless). History According to the original owner, this bike had been kept inside under cover for its whole life and was stored for several years, since the early 90s. He drained the tank, put in fresh oil, fogged the cylinders, lubricated the cables, greased the pivot points and pulled the battery. You can see some of the reflector tape he put on it in a couple places. Not sure why he put some on the handle bar, but on the indicator lights I guess it makes sense. As far as I know, the bike had always been in southeast Wisconsin. I’m looking for more space in my garage, but I’m on the fence about selling this bike. If it doesn’t sell, I’ll find some room for it. If you’ve been looking for one of these in stock original condition, this is probably the nicest one you'll see for sale all year. Café bikes are great, but this isn’t the one -- It’s way too nice to modify or chop so please don't buy with that intention. I can assist with shipping, but arranging anything is buyer's responsibility. I'm asking for a $300 deposit to end the listing. If you come and inspect the bike and want to walk away from it with a refund of your deposit, no problem. I'm sure that if you see this, you'll want it. In all cases, payment must be made in full before it leaves my garage. Let me know if I can answer your questions (773) 470-8388. I get bad reception at work, so leave a message and I'll call you back.

Hi there! My CB300F is collecting dust. It's an awesome bike, I just don't ride it to work like I thought I would when I bought it. It has 1,953 miles, levers, frame sliders, an extra oil filter, even an armored jacket, pants, and bike stand (in pictures) I'll throw in the deal. There are no flaws in the bike whatsoever besides some light scuffs on the muffler. It is liquid cooled, front and rear disk brakes, and has an under-seat trunk area. TITLE IS IN-HAND READY FOR ON THE SPOT SALE...no waiting. I paid $4,200 dollars for the bike and I am selling it for $3,200...it's a great deal, the bike still looks new and has never seen water and has only ever been garage kept. Sorry to see it go!
