This bike is nearly in stock condition. What looks like discoloration in some of the photos is dust and pollen, not corrosion. I didn't clean it prior to taking the pictures. Very little rust and engine starts and runs like it did 30 years ago. The stereo cassette player even works, although I haven't tried putting a cassette into it. As far as I know the only parts on this bike that are not original are the right side glove box and the trunk, as the keys are different than the ignition and saddlebags. Original shocks that still hold air. The saddlebags and trunk still have the elastic bands and they still stretch! Rare 10 speed transmission has a high/low heel shifter to switch between two ranges. Everywhere I go bikers ask how I kept it in such great condition for 30 years. Truth is I only bought this bike in 2012 and have put less than 4,000 miles on it since. The guy I bought it from claims a friend in Pennsylvania had it in his garage for years and finally sold it to him. He sold it to me because his wife didn't like riding anymore. Reason I'm selling is that I have moved up to a newer and larger cruiser and I need the space in the garage. This was my gas friendly commute to work bike when the weather permitted; 40 mpg average. Tons of storage space, holds a full size helmet or fabric briefcase with laptop in saddlebags. Always garaged, would make a great restoration project for a collector. No test rides without cash in my hand. You scratch it you bought it. Comes with TWO SEATS, the stock seat that has been recovered with a sun friendly tan cover, and the king/queen seat in the photos. If your trouser inseam is greater than 32", your knees may hit the faring in the king/queen seat which is why I got the stock seat instead; I am 6'2". The bottle holder is attached to a piece of plywood that I cut to fit the opening, the original plastic is in the trunk. As I said, this is nearly in stock condition. Available for viewing in Dallas, Georgia. Contact through Ebay to make an appointment. I reserve the right to withdraw this listing if the bike sells through local advertisements.

1980 Honda Cb 900C, Clean and rare. This bike was only made for 3 years. It has a 5 speed transmission with a high and low. This makes it perfect for cursing because it allows you to down shift half a gear when going up hills. The bike has a front and rear air assisted suspension and is shaft driven so it rides very smooth. Everything on the bike is original and is in good shape including the paint. It runs great and fires on the first push of the ignition even without choke. $3,000.00

This is a 1980 Honda CB900C. It comes as pictured with the Hondaline fairing and the locking trunk. The fairing lowers are also included, but not pictured. I acquired this bike three years ago and it has been my daily rider since then. I've put nearly 8000 miles on it with no issues. The CB900C has the 10 speed Hi/Low transmission, which makes it perfect for highway use. This bike is in great condition. The fairing windshield is clear with only minor scratches. The brake lines were replaced with brand new stainless steel braided lines from Galfers. The back tire is like new and the front tire still has a lot of life left in it. The seat is free of rips or tears. The sub-transmission and final drive oils were changed 200 miles ago. The engine oil was changed at that same time, and has been changed every 1200 to 1500 miles.

I have a very nice running 1981 Honda CB900C Custom for sale, with 18,000 original miles. It was restored by me. The previous owner rarely rode the bike. When I received it, it was a basket case. I went through the entire bike with a fine toothed comb. 2000 Miles on rebuilt engine, Cylinder head valve job and shim adjusted. Carbs cleaned, but still need to be synced. New clutch discs with heavy duty springs on the pressure plate. Rebuilt rear brake caliper and rear brake master cylinder. New front brake master cylinder. All new brake pads, front and rear. New front fork seals and oil. All the fluids have been drained and flushed, topped with high quality hypoid gear oil.Synthetic, 20/50 motorcycle engine oil. All in all, a very nice running and good looking old school motorcycle. Certainly a head turner.

1982 Honda CB900c. Fully restored, and converted over to Cafe style build. Turn key and go! Lots of customization and originality into this build. It is a Beast runs better than when brand new! The bike has only 16,000 original miles. It was a beauty "barn" find. Zero to no rust except on old OEM exhaust. To list out a few goodies added and/or modified are:-Rear shocks converted to coil overs.-Stainless Steel brake lines front and back.-Cafe fiberglass style seat.-Custom built seat pan with mini storage space.-Gas tank fully restored no rust what so ever.-Custom rear break fluid reseviour.-Converted to lithium ion battery w/ slot for harmonizer.-Customized wiring harness has been created, and few items have been relocated.-such as; ignition has been relocated under seat, all bulky wiring, clips and brakets have been eliminated. battery has been relocated to rear as-well. So new power cables (with plenty of line to alter routing if so desired), wiring is run under and thru the seat area, fuses have been relocatedto under the seat area, LED integrated turn signals and brake lights, custom mini speedo and tach guages, modernized handlebar controls, with a "special function" :) be sure to ask.-Choke converted from plunger design to more modern style in the left hand lever/control cluster.-Aftermarket blk/red shorty levers.-New brakes / rotors front & back.-New rubbers front and back.-Custom Painting. Main color is Black with red accent.-Intake box eliminated and converted to direct cones, mini cones @ at the crank case, and oil breather area too.-After market black CNC foot pegs.-New Clutch, Choke, and throttle cables.-New "road warrior style" head lamp.-Front forks seals replaced and insides rebuilt real nicely.-All gaskets & seals replaced through out.- 4 into 1 wrapped exhaust with shorty tip..Awesome throaty sound and feel...it's my best build to date.-Tuned and greased up real nice.-OEM handle bars replaced with nice straight 7/8" bars.-Instrument cluster eliminated and converted to just the lights on the handle bar clamp. (all working great with the forth as spare, was think about wiring up to flash when your turn signals are on)-Last but not least.. customized CNC throttle and grips.I am sure I am leaving something out.. Absolutly an amazing build runs great is ready to go for the summer..By far my favorite build to date. Pictures will be updated soon these were the most recent I had on hand,,last pic shows the Before and After. Please feel free to msg with any questions or to set up a time to see it... Serious inquiries only please. This CB900c is not only rare, pretty much brand new, and only 16,000 original miles.. bike is over 33 years old.. That is amazing... Might tach on on a fewer more as.. being my favorite build I am riding it to and from work. Thanks for looking, and YES CLEAN TITTLE IN HAND & READY TO GO!

I also have these bikes listed on Craigslist. So if they sell there first this ad will be taken down. I bought these bikes in January hoping to finish the project before I moved to Chicago. I ran out of time as I leave in 3 and a half weeks so I am posting here to get rid of them. I would estimate that the one bike is about 70% of the way completed but that is just an estimate. The red bike that I was working on is an 1982 and the other bike which was my parts bike is a 1981. Both are nearly identical and Honda Customs. Comes with one intact motor and the other bike has a complete motor, but has been disassembled for parts. Both bikes have clear titles so are legal to ride if you get them up and going. Make me an offer, I just need them gone. There are no returns both are consider parts bikes as neither are fully assembled. Local pick up only. Continue my project or disassemble everything and part it out, well over a $1000 worth of parts. I just need to get rid of it before the move. Also comes with shop manual if you want to continue where I left off. Does not come with aftermarket handlebars in the picture. I have taken them off and mounted them to my cb360 cafe racer. If you would like more pictures message me and I can email them to you or arrange a viewing if you live close by. I reserve the right to end this listing at anytime depending on if it sells on Craigslist.
