This is a 1982 Honda cm 250 c cafe. Great for anyone just getting started or looking for a gas saver for their daily commute. It has 22,700 original miles, low for a 32 year old bike. I recently changed the oil, put in new spark plugs, new K&N pod style air filter, and a new battery. The bike has Clubman handlebars and newly covered straight back seat. I have the original seat to go with the bike. It has good brakes and tires. This bike starts right up and runs great, I ride it 3-4 times a week. I'm asking $1,200 or best offer. Serious inquiries only please. Title in hand.

These were the first off road motorcycles that Honda imported to the US. Model C-105 sold in 1963 for $275 plus destination and set up. Honda’s slogan “YOU MEET THE NICEST PEOPLE ON A HONDA” was working. These little bikes were becoming quite popular. There was even a song on the radio: “Little Honda” by the Hondells, They were advertised everywhere. My favorite read “FOR THE MAN ON THE WAY UP   You’re sure to arrive with a TRAIL “55”. For the HONDA TRAIL “55” is made for going places…places most men only dream of going. Imagine a vehicle with a lively 4-cycle OHV engine and a low gear ratio of 70 to 1 which will whisk you-plus 250 lbs of load-up mountains, over logs, down gullies, through terrain that would stop a jeep and make a burro balk. A vehicle so rugged it is virtually maintenance-free: yet so light (126 lbs) and compact it will fit on a car bumper or in the smallest station wagon. A vehicle that will take you to that trophy buck or record trout-and back again with matchless ease and economy. That is the HONDA TRAIL “55”-America’s largest selling trail machine.      We believe our 55 has 675 original miles. The entire bike has been disassembled, inspected, , polished bare frame, repainted, polished bare aluminum, serviced, and put back together and perfectly tuned. The motor is all original except: for a  bigger KEI HIN carburetor that’s compatible with today’s fuel (metal float valve) and a chrome straight pipe for a healthy sound. I have been riding Honda’s since 66 and never seen a 55 that ran better. Its no rocket: goes 25 with the big sprocket and 45 mph with the small sprocket. What it does is it makes good torque. Any 55 owner from back in the day would tell you “it goes anywhere” or “it will climb a tree”. Never tried that but it is fun and very easy to ride. Has automatic clutch (works perfect) and a three speed that shifts all down with no searching for neutral between gears (Transmission  is as new). The custom seat on ours sits low and works better for shorter riders.  The gas tank is a plastic after market. We have the original gas tank (rusty inside) and if you have the inside coated we will paint it to match. We have the seat mount too, but no stock seat, there is no kick start, but it starts very easy with one shove in second.         This HONDA TRAIL “55” is a piece of history. The first off road Honda, This one quit running when the drive chain fell off and broke the ignition points cover (allowing dirt and moisture to cause the breaker points to fail>Loss of spark).Has new OEM points now and perfectly tuned  The cover has been repaired and still shows a tiny crack on the outside. The damage was minimal and the cover is sealed and it has a new drive chain now. This HONDA TRAIL 55 is similar to my first bike a Honda Sport 50, guess that's why I spent so many hours repainting and polishing it. It looks pretty decent. I would like to keep it in a glass case, but just don’t have room for that. You are welcome to see it in Gresham.Oregon and I can run it anytime but it only goes out for fair weather. The bike has a lost title and Oregon DMV is no help there. It will be sold with a bill of sale and buyer is responsible for picking it up. We will not ship it.   If you seen it earlier: I still have the tiny gas tank, I think it looked better. Somebody calculated it had about 8 mile range.       Special thanks to:  Lee for the carburetor, Skiclutter for the  CM91 intake manifold, Karenndale for the new OEM brake cable, Speed Addict Cycles for the RK chain, Parts Avenue for the new IRC tires, Dgs38 for the new OEM points,

The Honda CMX250, or Rebel 250, is a 234 cc (14.3 cu in) cruiser-style motorcycle made by Honda on and off since 1985. It uses the same 234 cubic centimetres (14.3 cu in) straight-twin engine as the Honda Nighthawk 250 standard. The Rebel is part of the CM series of cruisers. It is commonly used in the Motorcycle Safety Foundation's certified rider-training courses.[4]The Rebel's fuel consumption averages 52–62.6 mpg-US (4.52–3.76 L/100 km; 62.4–75.2 mpg-imp), with refills needed at around 190 miles (310 km).[3] The 1996 Rebel had the best fuel economy, 62.6 miles per US gallon (3.76 L/100 km; 75.2 mpg-imp), of the 352 past and current models tested in the 2010 Motorcycle Consumer News (MCN) Performance Index.[2] By 2012, the 1996 Rebel's fuel economy had been exceeded by several models on the MCN Performance Index, led by the Yamaha Virago 250 at 66.9 mpg-US (3.52 L/100 km; 80.3 mpg-imp).[5]Its maximum speed is 70 miles per hour (110 km/h), and 0 to 60 mph (0 to 97 km/h) time is 11.86 seconds, with a 0 to 1/4 mi (0.00 to 0.40 km) time of 17.86 seconds at 68.55 mph (110.32 km/h).[2] Its wet weight is 320 lb (150 kg).[2]It has a single disc brake in the front and a drum in the rear. The only gauge is a speedometer that includes gear recommendations based on speed; there is no tachometer. The transmission is a standard down-1st, up-2nd to 5th 5-speed.

2003 Honda ValkyrieHere we have an awesome cruiser with many features and options added to make this a head-turning bike for that owner to basically buy and ride in style without having to add anything or do anything to the bike and be noticed by all when cruising your favorite roads. This bike has been rode gently for the past year and belonged to my dad who cannot ride anymore. Bike has been ridden & tuned-up recently and checked out and is ready for the road with a new battery to boot. There is some small surface rust on one of the chrome pipes which can be taken care of with minimal cost from which I have been told, other than that there are some minor blemishes from normal riding. You will not be disappointed in the bike, these bikes do not come around often as owners don't give these up easily, they are well made bikes that turn heads and turn the speedometer up with the large engine. Bike has been maintained with regular oil changes and service done by professionals. The Bike is priced right and the bonus is all of the additional accessories totaling over $3,400 being given to the first buy it now buyer. The kind that come with cubic centimeters -- 1520 of them in all -- distributed evenly amongst Valkyrie’s six smooth-running cylinders. And unlike a lot of other cruisers, the Valkyrie’s performance doesn’t fall flat when the road gets twisty. Thanks to a generous heaping of ground clearance, stout spine frame and robust 45mm inverted fork, the Valkyrie is as adept in a corner as it is in a straight line. Not only is the Valkyrie’s six-cylinder engine unique in sound and feel. The Valkyrie is also plenty comfortable with plush suspension, a roomy seat and a host of accessories to transform the performance cruiser into a long-haul tourer. The Honda Valkyrie. I'm certain that there are some items that are on the bike that I may not have mentioned that are of value and are a bonus to those who view and potentially buy the bike. I have never owned a street bike, but what I can be certain of is that the bike is solid and my Dad took very good care of it. Serious buyers can view the bike in person in Pasadena, TX through my brother, Joey, who can meet with you on a prearranged appointment. I am listing the bike for my family since I am the one who eBay's the most. Questions will be filtered through my brother since he is close to the bike and has owned a street bike before and would be able to answer any specific questions that may come up.
