It also has a wiseco crank and piston plus a brand new o.e.m Honda cylinder,the clutches ,springs and pressure plate were all replaced as well as all internal bearings and seals. The suspension was fully rebuilt as well including all bushings and bearings, forks and steering neck included. The plastic is in very good condition as well with mild normal scratches here and there . The pipe is a procircuit with some dents but is fully functional and the scilincer is a pro circuit that looks like new . Tires are 80% . The bike is geared for trail riding and has a 15 tooth front sprocket and a 44 tooth rear, the chain and sprockets are in like new condition. Selling my 2004 Honda Cr250. The bike in good shape and is clean for its age. Cr250's are hard to come by and I believe mine is exceptional. It has black excel takasago rims and the tires are decent, it will also come with and extra pirelli rear tire. I polished the frame and added a 09 crf450 style front fender and number plate. The sprockets and chain are also in decent shape. The bike has been well maintained and not ridden very hard. The front wheel bearings, rear wheel bearings, swingarm bearings, and steering stem bearings have all been replaced, along with new axel seals on both wheels. The rear shock was rebuilt at the end of last year, not many hours. The forks are good and do not leak. The rear master cylinder has been rebuilt also and a new brake line was installed. The pads are in good shape too. The seat cover is the original oem honda one and has a very small tear in it, its been like that since I bought the bike. The pipe has a dent in it, nothing major though. The plastic are in pretty good shape as well. It has pro taper 1 1/8th bars with brand new grips. The bike also has a GPR V2 steering dampner, which sell for $500, it really makes a big difference in handling. The bike will include everything pictured. I have a fair amount of extra parts for the bike master cylinder, bars, some plastics, spokes etc... This Honda has been recently restored and the engine is new from top to bottom. 1982 Honda CR250R Exceptionally Clean Perfect Restoration Project I purchased this bike two years ago with the intention of restoration. This was truly a "barn find" Honda CR250R. It has had 2 owners, still has the original tires, perfectly straight wheels, and also includes a binder of history that adds to the value of the bike.Since the CR did need a new clutch/water pump cover, I was able to obtain a perfect (mint) 1981 aluminum cover which was difficult to find. (The 1982 CR 250R came with a magnesium cover which was prone to failure). The CR had piston failure the last time it was ridden 20-25 years ago. Although I have not removed the cylinder for inspection, I would assume that the cylinder would be a good candidate for refinishing as well. The only other item the bike would need is the installation of the aluminum clutch/water pump cover which is included. The CR is fully clean, detailed, and ready for immediate delivery. Original shop manual, MSO from Honda, and a binder full of articles/tips/info from the era of moto racing is included. I will assist in any way with shipping the bike to you. For sale is a 2001 Honda CR 250 in excellent condition. I've had this bike a five years now and during that time have rebuilt or replaced just about everything. It's setup for Hare Scramble and Enduro riding or just having fun in the woods.  The motor was completely rebuilt and has only 10 hours on it now, see the hour meter photo. Included in the rebuild were a new crank and main bearings, new piston and rings, the cylinder was replated, new clutch plates, kick starter lever, and all seals were replaced. The bike has just about every goodie you can get: JD Jetting kit, oversize tank, skid plate, Moose Racing triple clamps, Fat Bars, unbreakable AVS levers, Pro Circuit Pipe, FMF Turbine Core W/ spark arrestor, new plastics, new tires (still have the nubs on them), flywheel weight, billet clutch basket.
