This is a 1971 Honda CT70. Frame number is CT70-253498, Engine number is CT70E-274847. The left crankcase half was replaced during the engine rebuild which explains the 21K point difference in the serial numbers. I rebuilt the engine and transmission within the last couple of months. The rings, clutch discs, seals and all gaskets were replaced with new. Also replaced with new was the stator, points, condenser, and ignition coil. The carburetor was replaced with a new CHP carburetor. I went through the electrical system and replaced the battery with a sealed lead acid unit, the ignition switch, horn, horn button, dimmer switch, front and rear brake light switches, and tail light bulb. All parts were purchased new for this bike. The throttle linkage was worn out and replaced with new, as were the throttle cable and front and rear brake cables. Front grips, fork boots, buddy pegs and left wheel adjuster were all replaced. This bike was put back into a 100% functional state. All systems work as intended. It's a great rider! Engine runs flawlessly, shifts through all gears, and rides straight. It has it's share of bumps and bruises from 44 years of use, but overall is in pretty good shape as seen in pics. Bike will be sold with " Bill of Sale" only! No shipping on this bike. Local pick up only! Check U ship. On Sep-06-15 at 19:46:58 PDT, seller added the following information: This is a Honda CT70 which has a 3 speed semi-automatic transmission. It is not the CT70H model which has the 4 speed manual transmission.

1970 Red Honda CT70 Mini-Bike. Runs great, shows 1271 miles. I placed a smaller sprocket and new chain on it, tuned it up, and put some buddy pegs on it. The tires are new. Starts first or second kick. Lights work. It's battery is no doubt bad, but I never saw the reason for it in the first place. Ohhhhhh How I wanted one when I was a kid....I drive this thing in my neighborhood to the 7-11. Everyone smiles. Even the police let me slide. :) Legendary Honda quality. I am building a new garage and it looks kind of funny in my dining room, but I just cannot bring myself to put it outside! No title, but I did purchase it from my Motorcycle in Gunnison, CO. I will provide a bill of sale. Great little mini bike. I will miss it dearly! As it says under shipping, buyer must make those arrangements. I will obviously make it available for loading here in Dallas, but I will not make shipping arrangements. Their are numerous companies that ship motorcycles all over the country, or you can pick it up in person! It will go in any pick up truck and many SUV's!

1980 Honda Trail 70. 730 miles! If you are looking for a trail 70 easy restoration to show room or a bike to ride for many years to come. Look No Further! I bought this bike in Anchorage Alaska in the late 80's with 400 miles on it. I am the second owner and rode the bike a few miles each year. Brought it to Minnesota in 1995. My wife rode this bike and I have a trail 90 ( this one is listed on Ebay also) and we would ride a few miles at our cabin each year. Last licensed in 2012. Clear Minnesota title. Starts first kick. Just got it running again (sitting with the gas these days is sure to gum up the carb). New battery. Runs great with after market carb on bike at present. OEM carb included. All Original ! Even has original tires. The seat has two small , 1/2 in cracks, see photo. The original owner engraved the serial number several places on the bike frame. A minimum of work and this bike would be showroom quality. It was always stored inside and is overall excellent condition. Paint and chrome are great. Phone 320-232-0239 with any questions. Call and we can talk about delivery options.

Bike is being sold locally as well and I reserve the right to close this Ebay sale at any moment. I still drive the CT70 and there may be up 20 miles added to the mileage. Includes original Owners Manual, Honda and two other original Honda manuals for riding off road and on road. Videos of this vehicle Vid1: Close up view during detailing and restoring: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LjLwGEs3SWY Vid2: Quick all around view: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0hRy2ZFAMf4 Vid3: Cold start: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l8uwAPyzJtI Vid4: Riding and accelerating: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1d_eHdALjqg Vid5: Carburetor Air Throttle screw: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dAcKtlO-m5E Vid6: Detailed view chronicling from "cleaning and restoring" to "assembly and testing" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hbyYC9xoYjw <--- Must watch I bought this CT70 back in 2006. It was always kept in my garage and for several years kept in dining room; you can do things like that when you get a divorce. It ran very nicely the first 6 months but wouldn't start up after it sat around for another 6 months unused; I know, you can't let gas sit around like that but it was never the intention to let it sit; just got busy and days turned into months. With 6 other vintage motorcycles and 3 vintage cars, all waiting for attention, I just got around to getting this bike detailed and running. I would love to keep it but have bills waiting at my door. All blinkers, brake lights and horn, work. It has a brand new, sealed, 12 volt battery: no need to be topping off the battery through out the year. Issues: I have the original title, however at the time I didn't know much about titles. The original title is signed by the dealership to the buyer but no subsequent titling was done by owners. I have the receipt for the next purchaser, from whom I purchased the bike, but the state of Texas requires special procedures for me to get the titling back on par. So the bike is being sold "as is" with title issue. It has a small oil leak that appears to emanate from the drive shaft exit from the transmission case. I just received a new oil seal from Honda; hopefully installing it will address the oil leak. When rebuilding the carburetor, I wanted to soak both bottom and top in carb cleaner. To do this I removed the air throttle screw so that passageway would get good cleaning. To remove the air throttle screw, you have to break off a cap that keeps it from being manipulated, and breaking the cap, broke off the head of the screw leaving a small stub to grab onto. Using needle nose pliers I unscrewed the throttle screw and when re-assembling the carb I was able to screw it back in all the way and back it out 1 and 5/8 turns as the factory service manual specifies. I have a brand new after market carb for this bike but the original Honda carburetor seems to be working beautifully as is. See the video Vid5 above. Bike is sold "AS IS". I have learned a lot working on it and my other machines but there is no "expert" over here. Watch the videos to get a feel for its state of being. The gas tank had a lot of gunk and rust but I was able to shake it, with nuts and bolts inside, to break up all the rust. I washed the results out with soap and water, used a blow dryer to dry out the inside and then filled it up with Metal Rescue and let it sit for about 8 hours. The results were spectacular and I filmed the results with an endoscope. You can see the results in the "Must Watch" video above(Vid6).

This little ct 70 is 100% original, except for the exhaust pipe. I am offering this at a fixed price of $1,450. I live 60 miles from San Antonio Texas and I can deliver this within a 60 mile radius of me in Kerrville Texas free, otherwise you can pick it up. Because there was no ethanol in gasoline when this Honda was made I use aviation fuel, which is in it now. Has a new battery also. I don't think you're going to find a better little Honda that is 45 years old than this one. Bill of sale only, and thanks for looking, good luck.

Thinning out the collection. This is the nicest CT I have and most all have been restored. This thing is like a piece of jewelry. It has been restored by a high end European car restorer in northern California about 3 years ago. I have had a lot of these machines over the years, but this one hands down is the nicest paint I have ever seen on one. This machine is mint. Motor rebuilt, cases being split and only fired for test run then fluids drained and shipped to me. This is KO with K1 front forks and suspension. I have never tried to start it, but I did not buy it to ride, just to stare at. This bike has always been inside in a smoke free and pet free environment. I go over all the bikes with a duster every couple of weeks, but there is some dust in the nooks and crannies. Mint Condition with paint a mile deep. No issues here. Clear California Title. I have others along with XR's and SL's. Any Questions, email me or call 972-922-two-nine-nine-six. Thank You Jeff

This is a 1972 Honda CT70H K1. It comes with a clear Ohio title that states it is a 1973, but according to Honda it is a 1972. Date of manufacture on neck tube tag is 2/72. I believe just about everything on this bike is original with the exception of the seat. The seat was professionally recovered at an upholstery shop. The seat pan is original. Engine starts up on the first or second kick, and runs great. The bike shifts through all 4 gears smoothly, and rides straight. The whole electrical system is intact and works properly. Brakes are good and function as intended. The handlebars even fold down easily which is often times not the case. Helmet holder works also. Frame number is CT70H-2016418. Engine number is CT70HE-216576. Paint and chrome are in pretty good condition for the bike's age. Tires are original Bridgestone Trail Wings and still have lots of meat on them. I only noticed a few minor cracks in the sidewalls. There are some dents and some rust as shown in pics. Bike is offered with local pick up only. I can give you the phone number of a very reliable professional motorcycle transport company that offers extremely competitive rates. Please email with any questions

Green unrestored HK0 4 Speed 9/70. Starts easy, runs and shifts good. Matching numbers engine, original seat, new correct Bridgestone Trail Wing tires and comes with a title. Electrical system / lights work. 4300 miles. Has rebuilt original carb, fresh oil and recent tuneup. This is a great original CT70H that is not full of NOS or aftermarket parts. The only non factory parts I've noticed are the headlight and bucket and possibly the taillight. The main wire harness is not all hacked up. Even the original (nearly complete) toolkit is here. Located in Billings Montana near I90 and I94. Ships without the battery.
