There is some rust around steel bolts and some chrome...I.E. triple trees, headlight cover, front fender. Bike has sat the least 3 years, unable to ride due to health. I bought this bike from a friend and his dad bought it new. I have owned it for about two years and have not ridden enough and want someone else to enjoy it. I have replaced front tire and installed battery and changed all fluids. The turn signals work but don't cancel automatically. 1984 V65 Magna with only 9k for miles on it in pristine condition . 2 owner bike! Bike is super clean, paint, chrome and seat are very nice! It has polished to a mirror like look the airbox covers, headlight brackets, handle bar clamps, radiator sides and the engine side cover. The 3 piece grab bar is chromed and looks excellent! Just had a meticulous carb job done 1 month ago and got some new gas lines on it then as well. Gas tank is rust free! The nicer style highway pegs and engine guard in excellent condition. New air filter , gas filter and new fork seals! What can I say the pictures speak for themselves. It has really nice idle and great throttle response! Bike has no issues even the fuel senor works. Up for auction is a 1984 Honda V65 Magna VF1100C. I do not know too much about its history. The person I bough it from was selling it with a parts bike. I was only interested in the parts bike, but they were only being sold together. Other than draining the old gas and putting in new gas and changing the oil, I have not done anything with the bike. It does start up, idle, run, and drive. It most definitely needs the carburetors cleaned, as it runs rough. The brakes work, but the rear is a little sticky. There is some corrosion on the chrome and aluminum. There is a crack in the right side cover (see pics) that looks repairable and the gas tank is dented on the right side (see picture). The right side muffler leaks where it connects to the main baffle. The oil light is on in the one picture because only the ignition is on in the picture. The oil light is not illuminated when running. The bike would be a great restoration candidate or a plethora of parts. I have a clear NJ title for it. This could be made road worthy. Please ask any questions before bidding. You are welcome and encouraged to come view the bike in person before bidding. It is located in Newton, NJ 07860. Please realize that this bike is currently not what I would consider road worthy. It seems to be all there but I have not gone over it in detail nor am I an expert on them. Please bid accordingly.
