This 50 year old Honda was purchased on August 9, 1967 in New Jersey to be used as transportation for college. After graduation the original owner moved to Ohio where the bike was put into storage. The Honda is equipped with all original parts except for the tires, which I replaced with Dunlop Universals because the originals were unsafe due to their age. I believe this bike to be rare with chrome fenders, chain guard and headlight which was offered to high volume dealers. As you can see, the bike is in very good condition for its age and runs well. Much would have to be done to make it pristine, but likely it would be well worth it. Included is the Original owners manual, tool kit, Certificate of Ownership, keys and a Clymer service manual. This bike is only available in the continental USA and the sale will be final, with no return. The winner will make all arrangements to ship the bike. I can assist once the transport company is here. Please feel free to ask any question regarding the bikes condition or provenance.

This Honda CL72 250 Scrambler was meticulously restored by its prior owner. It was my intention to license/title and ride it, but it is so nice that it should go to a private collector or a museum. The motorcycle has never been ridden since its restoration. It was started once on the previous owner on its center stand. He indicated the motor ran fine and that the transmission shifted fine and the motor ran good. I too recently started it on its center stand and the motor ran fine without any unusual noises, misfiring, or stalling. The Honda has many NOS parts including brake pads, spokes, spokes, tank pads, muffler guards, alternator cover, speedometer and other miscellaneous parts. All chrome parts have been professionally resurfaced and are in excellent condition. The front and rear fenders are also NOS and have been powder coated. The fuel tank and side covers have been powder coated also. The tank has a few dings in it that were not noticed prior to its restoration. The original gas cap also has a ding in it. This exquisite Honda was built from the ground-up. The frame and all other black parts were powder coated. The rims and tires (Cheg Shin) are in like new excellent condition. The motor was totally rebuilt by a well-known vintage Honda Mechanic. The Honda looks new with the exception of the dings on the fuel tank and cap as noted. The Honda needs some final sorting out to ride if you wish. The wiring is intact, but needs to be connected properly for headlight, tail and brake lamps to work properly. Also, the original horn (included) needs to be installed. The Honda will be sold with a Bill of Sale. The prior owner gave me a Title (shows a prior owner and a transferred owner) that was originally issued by the State of Illinois. The Frame number is CL72-1104932 which matches the number on the Title and the Engine number is CL-721105011. I will include the Title with the Bill of Sale and make a copy of it available to any interested bidder prior to the close of the Ebay auction. I have not licensed/titled the motorcycle in my name and I cannot guarantee that you will be able to title it. It is sold as is, where is, without any guarantees of operational status or title. You are welcome to inspect it prior to sale. Shipping (if necessary) is the responsibility of the Buyer. A $250 non-refundable deposit is required at the close of the auction. The balance is due within 3 days in the form of cash, cashier's check or wire transfer. The Honda will not be released until my Bank confirms final payment. No expense was spared to restore this beautiful motorcycle. It needs to find a rightful and good home where it can be preserved and enjoyed for now and posterity. More money has spent on the restoration than the Buy it Now price for this beautiful machine. Please contact me via Ebay if you have any questions. I can provide you with my phone numbers if you wish to discuss the Honda.

This bike is a 1975 Honda CL 360 Scrambler. It is in excellent running condition with electric start. It is also in very good physical condition considering it is 40 years old but there is some damage to the front fender. I have the original Honda owner's manual that came with the motorcycle. The odometer only has a little over 7000 miles on it. Although I cannot verify it I personally believe it is the original 7000 miles on the motorcycle. I also believe almost everything is original equipment. You must pick it up or pay for and arrange shipment to you. Motorcycle is being sold "As Is". It runs great and I encourage interested buyers to come have a look! All shipping and crating costs are the buyers responsibility and not included in auction cost if you want me to ship the motorcycle instead of pick up. Contact me for an appointment to come and look at this great motorcycle! Located less than 30 minutes from Philadelphia and less than 2 hours from NYC in NJ. All Reasonable Offers Will Be Considered. Payment via PayPal within 3 days of auction end or Cash on Pick Up.

If you are searching for vintage Honda bikes then look no further..Check out the pics..Look close though because with a day or two spent this bike can be up and riding down the road as daily transportation. The bike needs a good going over head to toe..Needs new rubber as well...We installed a small harness and a right side switch so the electric start will function and it does...This harness runs through the handle bars..The inside of the tank needs treated for rust....You can see in the pics there is only one line on the tank..The fuel lines need done. I put a throttle cable on it....If you know these old Hondas then you know this bike is sweet..It will start with carbs and fuel system being done...The plug wires are needing replaced...Cool old kick start or use the electric start..This one could be fine with a static restoration..This is a perfect start for a restoration for original status to be returned as well..These old twins are all going back to japan or they are already gone..I have too many projects going right now with zero time for this one and it deserves to be treated correctly..Clear title in hand. Best serious offer will own this bike. I'm liquidating this week and the herd is thinning out quick..I do not have the tool pouch or the tools and i do not have the door for the tool box..There is a slight tear in the top of the seat about an inch long. This bike is pushing fifty years of age....Pics will show this to be the survivor it is..Gauges are sweet and they represent the original low miles on this piece of history. A fair market value offer ends this sale right away.....Any questions or more pics i can take care of by request..Thanks to all of you and good luck..!!

This is a beautiful early 1969 Honda CL350 (hence the 68 style paint on tank). All original right down to the tires. Starts, runs and rides like new.The paint, seat, chrome, etc is in beautiful condition.A unique story behind this bike. I bought it from the original owner. It had been stored for about 20 years in his garage. He was in the Peace Corps with a friend in Columbia. When their stint was over they wanted to do something exciting so they rode a bus to Panama and each bought a new CL350. His friend a blue one and he this red one. They then proceeded to ride them 4,000 miles from Panama to Los Angeles. From there they had them shipped to Minnesota. This is why the speedometer is in kilometers. It also still has the 1969 Panama registration on the right headlight ear.It shows 17,560 kilometers which equates to 10,911 miles. New parts installed are.Plugspointscondenseroilbatteryboth tire tubesrebuilt petcock, carburetorsfuel linesetc.Clear Mn. title in my name. Just rode it again yesterday. It starts right up and idles great.Runs and shifts smoothly. No leaks. No smoke. Engine runs quiet.Being a 45 year old bike it is not 100% perfect but is is very close. You will not be disappointed. The few minor flaws are the left headlight ear has some small dings, the headlight trim ring has a scuff on it and the tach is "jumpy" but getting better the more it's ridden. The small ding in the pics of the right side of the tank has since been removed by paintless dent repair and is now perfectly straight like the rest of the tank. With that said everything else on the bike is very straight (gas tank, bars, headlight, exhaust, side covers, etc, etc). And yes, the paint is original.Comes with the original owners manual and tool kit.I also have 4 black and white pictures of the bike taken in 1973 that I got from the original owner.Clear Mn. title in my name. I will assist in preparing the bike for shipping but all costs and scheduling is up to the buyer.
