I have owned this bike for several years and its received maintenance every year and parts replaced when needed. Its a every day driver, and although its not a show bike, it gets more attention that the V Twins. Along the way, the motor has been rebuilt, a valvejob with new valves, new fork tubes and seals, new brakes, new Avon tires, new wheel bearings, new carbu rator,cables,air filter, tu ne ups,clutch plates and drum, chain,sprockets,etc. Passed New York State safety inspection May of 2007. Everything at present works, including the speedo. The paint is not original and its old. The chrome is pitted. There are alot of mix and match parts on the bike. A Royal Enfield tool box and tail light assembly . A 2.5 quart hex oil tank. A TlOO front end with Tl40 headlight ears. A l965 4 gallon gas tank with parcel grid. Original 650 pipes with aftermarket turn-outs. It shifts excellent and sounds like a Triumph is supposed to sound. The one fau lt it has is a upper rear pushrod tube oil leak. A Triumph wouldnt be a Triumph if it didnt leak oil somewhere This motorcycle is sold as is with no warranty. Buyer is responsible for all taxes, license, insurance and shipping.
