Up for sale is a 1972 Kawasaki H2 750 Motorcycle. Built in 3/72. Only 3,070 miles. Frame Number H2F-13418. Engine number H2E-900396. No title. It does not run, Has been sitting since the 1980s. Turns of with lots of compression. Front brake will need to be Bleed. Rear works as it should. Clutch feels good, Shifts through the gears. It was repainted at one point along with the seat cover. Original seat pan, just needs a new cover. Pan is solid. Looks to be complete except for the side cover. Very straight, no signs of it being down. No damage on the motor. Gas tank has no dents. Inside does have some rust, but is solid. Fender and tail have no dents. Pipes have no holes. Some scuffs, minor dings. Overall The chrome does have pitting/ rust. Up for sale is another Bexton Moto build. I wanted to build a bike that looked like the 1973 Nixon and Erv Kanemoto Kawasaki 750cc H2R and I decided to combine the build with my affinity for 300 Ninjas. So I set out to create a replica of the original bike as closely as I could using a 2014 Kawasaki EX300 Ninja (with ABS). This bike is the result. The 300 Ninja that I used as the base for this build came to me with only 54 miles on the clock, it now has about 400 miles on it. It was crashed, the sub frame was bent and all the fairings were destroyed. It has a salvage title as a result.I cut off the sub frame, straightened it out and modified it to suit the H2 replica seat. I stripped it down to the frame, made sure it was all dead straight and then powder coated it in flat black. The swing arm and all the brackets, of which there are more than 30 that are custom made, were also powder coated.This bike is very small and the clip-ons are quite low so if you are over 6 feet you will most likely be cramped riding it. I am 5’11 and it is a doable, but a tight fit for me. Over several years I have had the pleasure to own, restore and be a avid collector of all things 1973 Kawasaki Z1. To date I have had at least 10 (ten) 1973 models that have passed through my garage doors and 4 remain. Two original bikes and two in the early state of restoration, both of which were decent running largely original bikes prior to dismantling. In addition, I have compiled a large assortment of NOS, and quality used parts for the 1973 model. A large number of these parts from the dismantled bikes as well as extras have been re-chromed, re-zinc plated, and or powder-coated in preparation of my use in the restoration process. There are of course some (very little) new and aftermarket parts as well but on whole I would say 99% are OEM Kawasaki. There is essentially with the exception of a rear wheel, and exhausts nearly every part necessary to complete both restorations. In addition, there are probably enough desirable extra parts to offset much of the cost of the parts one would need to acquire.
