2005 KAWASAKI VULCAN NOMAD - VN16001 OwnerFlorida BikeAlways Garage Kept and Super CleanClean Clear TitleNo Accidents-Never Been Laid Down or DroppedUPGRADES - She does have some wonderful upgrades including custom paint, Vance & Hines Exhaust, Gorgeous Rider and Floorboards with matching grips, and heel/toe shifter and highway bar foot rests, 4" Chrome marine grade speakers with docking area for i-phone / smartphone for music. Additional storage bag in front of rider seat, leather lever tassels/fringesCosmetically - This bike is Absolutely Gorgeous and what a head turner! There is no doubt that she has been loved and pampered her entire life! The paint is beautiful and emits a wonderful deep shine. All the seating areas are very nice-no rips, tears, or fading. The chrome is in great shape everywhere with no pitting, peeling or oxidation. There are some scratches on the latch of the right hard bag and a few slight ones the side of the right bag guard-please see pics. There are some very light scratches on the right side of the engine guard near the right foot peg mount- nothing major and not very noticeable-see pic. Also, there are a few light ones on the left side of the engine guard under the foot peg mount-not noticeable. Mechanically - She is solid! We have put 40 some miles on her and she rides, shifts, and handles Great! This bike is turn key and road ready with no issues or problems. No fluid leaks. Tires are in good shape with plenty of tread left on them. Oil is good and appears to have been recently changed. Transmission shifts right on cue with no problems. Braking is good and solid. Clutch is good. All instrumentation, lights, and signals work properly. Each cycle is ridden some 40-50 miles by one/a few of our veteran motorcycle appraisers to ensure you that the bike is what we say it is and that it's 100% solid! Since vehicles, motorcycles, RV's and trailers are USED, please remember that books, extra keys, remote entry keys, CD cartridges, etc..., do not always remain with the asset throughout their life. We will not be responsible for these minor accessories. If we have them it will be stated in the listing. These items are all replaceable at any local factory dealer or right here on eBay for a few dollars. TERMS: 9. SALES TAX: FL residents are responsible for applicable FL sales tax/title/tag/registration fees. Buyers outside of FL are responsible for FL sales tax IF they are taking delivery inside of Florida. Most states have sales tax reciprocal agreements with Florida. For your convenience when legally permitted we will provide a 30-day Florida temporary tag if desired. Florida State law permits automobile dealerships up to 30-days to transfer titles. Our title clerks must wait until the check clears our bank before mailing out any title which can be up to 10 days. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title service fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. All taxes and fees must be paid in full in order for vehicle to be titled and registered. If the vehicle is shipped to you a by carrier then we do not collect any sales tax. However, if the car is picked up and driven on Florida roads, as a licensed dealer, we are required by law to collect the sales tax percentage designated for your State (we do not collect for every State). The only States that do not have a reciprocal agreement with Florida (where you will be double taxed) are Arkansas and Mississippi. If you are a licensed dealer purchasing from us then you know we will need a copy of your current dealer license and sales tax resale certificate which can be easily faxed or emailed to us. 10.
