Up for sale is my KTM 500. It is in great condition and is ready to ride. Appx 2,200 miles. Street legal dirt bike that has been well maintained and ridden on 2-tracks and single tracks. Plated it to be legal to ride the dirt roads by our house. Only selling in order to by a new KTM 300. I may entertain a trade if your 300 has very low hours and is in great condition. However, I will likely by a new one. I would prefer to keep the hand guards and cyclops light that are on the bike (both negotiable but not included in the auction) This incredible 500 runs, idles, and rides great. Needs nothing. The left side radiator was damaged when the bike was new, but operates just fine so it was never replaced. The plastic and the wrap are in good shape. There are a couple scratches in the plastic from woods riding, but nothing major. Again, this has been a great bike and is a perfect dual sport bike with loads of power and torque. Up for sale is my 2012 KTM 250 XC-W with 223 miles/17.6 hrs. this bike is as close to new as it gets but with some really nice upgrades including a Rekluse clutch, Warp 9 wheels Black and Orange w/Tubliss inserts, Heat Demon handlebar heaters (Not grip heaters). KTM factory "Soft Seat", Carbon fiber pipe protector, Shorai lightweight battery (with charger), JD jet kit. All maintenance is up to date. (Ready to ride). Owned and maintained by a "mature" motorcycle mechanic/shop owner. Never jumped, raced, beat on in any way. No expense was ever spared. Nothing but KTM lubricants and factory parts were ever used on this bike other than the afore mentioned accessories. Original purchase price was $8000 cash from Cleveland Akron Honda. Up for sale is my 2007 KTM XC. Absolutely nothing wrong with this bike. It runs and looks great. I'm a woods rider and have converted to a 300 XC. Clean and clear title in my name. Note - This bike is listed as an OR/Off-Road (not street legal) vehicle, which means you'll need to do an extra step in getting it plated. This is usually called a "change of body style" form which confirms with an officer that the bike has all necessary gear to make it street legal (Indiana, this is all free to do). In this case, that's the installed enduro kit (mirror, turn signals, horn, brake light, head light). You can print this form off your states BMV website. All that being said, please check your local laws and see what you'll need to do if you're interested in getting it plated. Fast bike that looks great. Please message with any questions. I've used uship (an online marketplace for shipping goods) twice with great success. Both of which (sprint kart and 300xc) for less than $230 from the east coast to the midwest. I actually only paid $130 to have the kart shipped. All you have to do is start an ad on their site and shipping companies big and small will give you offers. The nice thing is you can get quotes before you even buy (or win an ebay auction) and you are charged nothing. It's basically a free way to get a bunch of quotes from shippers. Initially, you'll get high quotes from some of the big companies, but if you haggle and hold out (took about 24 hours for the good bids to start rolling in), you can get a great deal. For both my shipments the initial quote was over $500 and after about 24 hours, I had a few offers around $250 and then haggled my way to less than $230. Great site and I'd recommend it. Also, I'm available to meet the shipping company to pickup literally anytime the next three or four weeks, so that may open up some shipping options when filling out the ad details.
