Up for sale is my 2014 ktm 450 factory edition with 42 hours which I have owned since practically new.I am a 40+ vet rider who has rode since very young I have taken immaculant care of this bike and this is going to make someone a super bike for way less than the 10,000 they cost new. It has kyb sss fork internals by PROTUNE suspension and a rear shock sprung and valved from PG suspension. I would be willing to install the stock 4cs forks and come down on price if you do not want the kyb's.This bike is in perfect working order absolutely no issues. It has a lithium battery and of course a akropovic exhaust that was shortened by a professional machine shop like the factory ktms to keep from having that long extended muffler that can be damaged sticking way out there. I purchased a brand new rear warp 9 wheel and mx 52 Dunlop and rode on it once that goes with the bike along with 4 air filters a brand new 2015 seat and 2015 plastic that's in great shape also a brand new ktm hardparts skid plate never installed. The air filter was serviced properly with oil and a greased lip to prevent dirt from creeping in that being the life of your engine. The motor oil was changed religiously with filter and I can say ktm has by far the best oil screens/filters on any mx bike that iv ever seen that's why there motors last like they do!!! the suspension was done approx. at the 25 hour mark and is as fresh as new the bike feels tight and new just like a well serviced bike should also the renthal chain/sprocket kit was just installed a few rides ago. If someone is interested and wants to see/ride the bike I would be willing to meet for a seriously interested buyer. I have been on ebay a long time and you can see by my feedback iv never had a issue with no one, I don't buy or sell junk and I want a buyer to be as happy as I would want to be with a purchase. 2015 KTM 450 SXF Today I have my Husbands 2015 KTM 450 SXF For Sale. Our sons are into racing (85's / Superminis) so there father enjoys to ride around casing them on the big tracks. He looks like papa bear protecting his cubs. He tells me it keeps them safe from guys riding over there heads around our sons. Every year he buys a new bike in the fall, during the hot summer he always sells his bike.. So here are the details 2015 KTM 450 SXF Full FMF Ti system with mega bomb header, carbon tip $999Full Becks Tech Suspension $800Shore Light Weight Battery $180Works start Control $100 Bike was purchased in October 2014 from Volusia Motor Sports. My husband Prepped the bike and installed the Hr meter before the battery was even installed.He rode the bike for a few hrs but the suspension was just to stiff. He said the rear was fine , but the forks he couldn't take it. All the suspension was sent out to Becks Tech in Port Orange, over $800 put into the suspension and what a difference it made. my husbands 200 lbs, suspension works great for + or - 20 lbs. Over the year he had to install the FMF 4.1 Ti system, and light weight battery which have about 10 hrs on them since installed. He just enjoys playing with his bike and our kids bikes for that matter. Bike has had the oil changed with Motorex every 3 hrs since day one & new oil filter every oil change, never missed a service. Air filter cleaned & serviced every ride & replaced every 10 hrs. He has a shop lift in our garage and is always doing oil changes with 8 bikes in the family. All the service work and what was done is written on the air filter cover in marker with date, hrs. Bike just had a new MX32 installed on the rear, front only has 5 rides on it..Chain & Sprockets have been replaced with x ring & talon orange sprocket, Fresh oil change, filter is brand new I can't think of anything else to say about it. He takes very good care of the bikes, we never have any issues . Bike is vet owned, has not been abused or rode hard. He rides with our kids, bike was rode in the FL/GA spring series in the Vet C class. He's only riding for fun, not a rev limiter guy, or hitting all the jumps. EXTREMELY CLEAN CR500 Conversion As I assembled this bike, I took care to clean every part (including bolts) in Simple Green cleaner - this bike is actually as clean as it looks! The only custom parts are the exhaust, cylinder head coolant lines, and plug for cylinder head. As far as replacement parts go, any part can be purchased from a KTM/Honda OEM catalog aside from the parts listed above. Chassis: 08 KTM 450SXF -ADR revalved and resprung suspension front and rear for a 160lb B MX rider. -New powder coated frame, swingarm, triple clamps, wheel hubs and rims, levers and sprocket -Fresh MX52 on the front, Very good M404 on the rear -Fastway Platform Pegs -Renthal Bars with brand new grips -Stainless braided front and rear brake lines -Galfer rotors with great pads (front and rear) -Oversized radiators with silicone lines -New Graphics -New wheel bearings front and rear **Since Wisconsin does not issue titles for dirt bikes, this bike does not have a title. Will include a bill of sale with purchase. Engine: '87 CR500 -Wiseco top end with less than 1hr -Mild cylinder porting -FMF Gnarly pipe (someone tried to repair a crack, still has an extremely minor leak) -38mm PWK Air Striker - Updated water pump to an aluminum side cover - Fresh seals in bottom end - Billet CNC Machined 6061 head stays - Crank has no vertical play and minimal side to side play.
