2001 Suzuki Intruder VOLUSIA, For sale is a 2001 Suzuki VL800 Intruder. This was my first motorcycle and has never been dropped by me. It does have two small scuffs on the exhaust from a previous owner, as well as a chipped rear wheel well where a previous owner backed into something. This motorcycle has been running fantastic for the past two years that I've owned it. I didn't have much time to ride it last year and this year is shaping up to be the same. It has always been garage kept, and I have kept up on routine maintenance. This bike is a smooth rider and even with a passenger it has plenty of suspension (I am 6'4" ~260lbs, my girlfriend, the passenger, is 6'2" ~200lbs). What is included with the bike: -Two leather saddle bags, the snaps on one side are warn/broken but the cap is heavy enough that it stays in place during riding. These are waterproof, we tested it after getting caught in a squall last year... everything was dry in the bags -Passenger backrest and seat, these are both in great condition -Driver backrest, just purchased this at the end of the season last year. It is very comfortable when cruising down the highway -Highway bars and pegs, one of the pegs has a bad spring clip and won't stay up during riding. These are great for a long trip, gives you the opportunity to spread your legs. -Windscreen is clean with little to no scratches on it -New battery, put in at the end of the season last year -Trickle charger, for Winter storage -Waterproof GPS/Phone case, this is attached to the handlebars with a clamp $4,000.00
