Single family owned since 2002, reliable, reliable, reliable, get on it and go anywhere!! NO LEAKS, not one drip ever!! Passes inspection with ease. Asking price based on comps in the market on both e-bay and clist. Price is neg. I have every receipt, document, and instruction for every part ever installed. Elec manual, service manual, op manual, title, and org. sales paperwork. From front to back in her current config; Front 21” chrome laced wheel with SS 40 spoke running no front fender (purse/fork bag is a family heirloom and is not included), Brand new Shiako 90/90-21 front tire, Factory length OEM springer front end with stock risers and pull back drag bars, Streamline design int. throttle with BKC grips and Grip ace hidden controls, OEM Fatbob tank from a 00’ Softail w/ factory gauge and cap, OEM dash/ignition/instrument console (bike retains all factory interface), Paint is professionally done silver/blue faded flames on black base coat and 7 coats of clear (currently has a semi-gloss appearance achieved by knocking down the clear with a gold scotch brite, a way and buff and you would have a full gloss shine, I was going to do a pale orange pinstripe around flames but never got around to it), battery is 3 years old but is always on a tender and stays maintained, Engine is all stock internals 88CI 1450cc that has never been messed with, great idle through entire RPM range and all 5 OEM gears, has a domed ignition cover, Pipes are BuB stubbies with slash cut ends, baffles have been cut to produce desired tone, v-twin rounded “Panhead” floorboards w/ heritage Softail floorboard brackets and OEM master cyl operate front and rear brakes from right foot pedal via proportion valve, all silicone brake fluid, flex lines to front caliper, front and rear calipers are OEM, Clutch is original internals with motion pro cable to la Briola foot clutch assembly and BKS petal/peg, Factory horn has been replaced and relocated with a Buell horn on Exile bracket behind tranny, OEM coil is also on this bracket with custom plug wires and routing (completely trick and hidden), Seat is a barebones Le Pera solo, frame horns are still in place and are supporting custom fender cut to fit with internal struts, quick detach saddle bag hardware is in place and works with the edge ghost brackets and bags, custom fender will also accommodate sissy bar and stock 2-up seat for when you girl wants to go, Rear tire is a continental WWW 140 x 16 and was new last season, brake pads were replaced with OEM pads, V-twin flying V derby and inspection cover, stock primary drive with HD fluid (trans and ENGINE are AMS synthetic), bike is set up as jockey shift with BKC shift knob and lever, lever has hidden switch to operate line lock, line lock is a speedway racing part and hidden just below clutch housing, original clutch and belt final drive to original sprocket with chrome cover, Classy 16” ss laced chrome rear wheel, hand fabbed solo vertical plate/light and taillight bracket utilizing stock swing arm mounting points, 28’ Ford brake/tail light, original starter, Biltwell passenger pegs, and 2” lowering kit. Currently has no rear signals, but have all parts and harness if wanted to install them. Up for sale is a 2008 Honda Rebel motorcycle. This bike is in pristine condition, the black paint and chrome parts shine like new. Everything works, blinkers, high/low beam, taillight/brake light, speedo, all dash indicators, all buttons and switches on controls. Front and rear brakes stop great. She fires right up and will idle all day after warm-up. Just cleaned carb and tank, installed new gell cell sealed battery, and air filter. She is ready for the road!!!!! will do 65-70mph all day. I am 260lbs and it has plenty of power to maintain that speed with me on it. This is a great starter bike as it only weighs 300-400lbs, deep saddle for comfy ride. All replacement parts are available here on ebay if you ever run into trouble, but as of now there are no issues to worry about. Tires are original, no dry rot and plenty of tread. This is a 2 owner 2008 model, the original owner put about all 6999 miles but 20 maybe. Current owner purchased it to learn/start, was involved in a car accident(non related to this bike) and decided that motorcycling wasn't the best idea. You don't see too many of the black ones up for sale and this one is as clean as they come!!!! Title in hand, no problems with inspection, just pay the taxes get the tag and your on the road!!!. Price is negotiable, but you should really come see it first. no joy rides, come give her a new home, and get it on the road where it belongs. Also for sale locally, very open to offers!!! I hate to see it continue to sit, worst we can do is say no. Keep in mind i will have ebay fees to cover, but also willing to work outside that. I will assisting in loading, but buyer is responsible for all shipping arrangements and costs. Again she is in awesome condition with low miles, if your thinking about learning to ride for know someone who is you cant go wrong with this bike. even for a current rider this would be a great commuter for MPG reasons. Handles great. I ride a big bike and was impressed with this one.
