2007 HD Sportster 883 This may only be an 883 Sportster, but it sounds and performs better than most 1200's.... I bought this bike with most updates already done such as the Screaming Eagle Air Intake, S&S Exhaust, Mustang Solo seat, Chrome Rack (not pictured, but is included), Forward Controls (makes ride much more comfortable, especially for taller people like me & I'm 6'6"), and then to make it so much more nice, especially for longer trips I put on Floorboards which are black w/Chrome trim and fold-up and a new battery which is guaranteed 1 more year. Also included is the original owner's manual & parts catalog. I also have the original exhaust, air intake, seat, and foot controls. Whoever you have ship, please notify shipper that a box of original parts will be packed up for you... As you can see in the pictures, it still has HD tires with lots of tread left to go. Truth be told, I absolutely LOVE this bike! I wanted to take long trips down South and to Washington D.C., but my medications have been switched on me and have problems with my balance. I don't wanna chance the bike falling over or getting in any accidents. I have kept full coverage insurance on it since I purchased it, which runs a little over $200 year with a low deductible and towing through Geico. Of course you can get any carrier you like for insurance. And is always kept in storage. I purchased from a man out East, who I believe purchased it from Boston, Mass. Dealership. I really believe whomever decides to purchase this bike will truly fall in love with it. I'd hate to see it go, but it was built to be ridden, NOT sit in storage.... I was an enlisted U.S. Marine in the mid-90's and injured my knees, but just over a year ago was diagnosed with P.T.S.D. a hidden disability many people and Veterans get, along with depression and anxiety. I do suffer from all of the above, but is under control with medications and currently I have a service dog I am training, which helps me a great deal. Instead of taking my trip and seeing many sites on the bike, I plan on using part of the money from the sale to travel by Amtrak or Greyhound and continuing to do so with my service dog, Zoey.
