This is a running and riding original survivor. All electrics seem to work properly tires look to be original. Bike was stored in a controlled environment gas tank is like new in and out, chrome is in good condition as well as the black paint the seat is in excellent condition only one flaw can't see in photos paint is also in excellent condition for its age sum small scratch's that don't show up on photos. Carb's rebuilt new battery,fresh oil factory tool kit to. I believe this bike to be mostly original except for the rear shocks and some hardware. All the cables, front fork boots have been changed. The bike has new paint on tanks and covers and other parts see photos.Engine has been rebuilt all new bearings, seals valves and guides, piston and rings .020 over, new clutch plates, carb rebuild etc. This bike was in long term storage I semi restored it. This is a Mexico City police bike delivered to them in 1984 by Harley Original bill of origin is included.These bikes, I think a lot of 30 were bought by Arlen Ness in 1995-99..You can google 84 police Harley and find identical bikes in museums with different call letters. These bikes sat out side for a long time in Mexico and they did what they needed to do to keep them running. It has mostly original parts and nuts and bolts repo saddle bag lids 67 mufflers and S&S carb and oil pump. The motor and the trans rebuilt 2 yrs ago and virtually has no miles. The engine cases were replacements directly from the factory, thus the laser etch #'s from HD just like they do todayFull paperwork trail toaling 6900 worth of mechanical work done in 2012 including the factory replacement cases Siren works red lite works Radio lights up and all lights work All the markings are in spanishIt comes with the bat wing fairing that is rough New chain rear brake points plate tires and tubes Charging system works Carb coughs a bit and this bike needs to be riddenThis is a very cool and unique time capsule of Harley history...with documentation This bike had a lot of hard use andis still original, the way it should be but bear this in mind
