1981 Maico Mega 2 490. This bike is still consitered one of the fasted open class motorcycles ever built. Extremely rare, not many of these on the market for sale. This bike was originally hard to start, the kick is on the left side, its a 2 stroke with a compression release. This bike is still hard to start, but kicks over pretty easily once warmed up. For sale I have one of the best values on ebay now. 1982 Maico 250 enduro in very good unrestored condition. It started life as a 490 but was too much so a new 250 was installed. Title only states Maico mc not engine size. As you will see in the pictures this bike was adult owned and not abused. Original shock has good dampening as do the front forks. no rust on forks and wheels look very nice. Still has the original Metzler front tire! The engine has great compression and starts and runs well. Shifting is also very good. Also you will see the seat and lettering is still in great shape. This bike even has the original Maico handlebars, cables and covers. Bike has motoplat motocross ignition (small rotor). 2004 Husqvarna 450 TC. Used motocross bike. 4 stroke competition. This bike works as it should. It has been well maintained and is mechanically sound. Front tire is near new and rear is about 80%. This bike is for an experienced rider. Don't even think about this for a kid. It is as fast as the 490 Maico seen in one of the photos except that it handles, brakes so much better. At 57 years old it is too much for me. New battery, new carburetor, chain and sprockets are good. The side panel graphics are peeling. Electric start. Located in Millville Pa. Local pick-up only. If you need more photos or want to take it for a ride let me know. There are the normal scratches and marks from use. The front rim has two slight edge bends that do not affect sealing or driving. There is no title for this, Bill Of Sale only.
