2002 Moto Guzzi V11 Sport Scura, Ohlins, lots of carbon, aftermarket and stock exhaust included! - This Special Edition is a lean, mean, screamin' machine. A tough all-black fairing, matte black tank, sides, tail piece and seat cover, and liberal use of carbon fiber give the Scura the nasty, aggressive good looks of a Stealth Fighter aircraft. And looks are not deceiving. The Scura is based on the V11 Sport Naked, a retro six-speed transmission jackrabbit that was recently improved with a stiffer chassis, smoother shifting, and 5.5 rear wheel with a wider 180/55 tire. The Scura features sturdier, more absorbing forks and rear shocks by Ohlins, for a more responsive suspension. There's also a new high-tech front axle and clutch design. Carbon fiber mufflers, tank cushioning and ignition guard reduce overall weight and add to the Scura's looks and handling.

'02 Scura, number 287 (of approximately 700 distributed worldwide). Aircraft mechanic owned. Scura's were blacked out V11 Sports with Carbon Fiber bits, Ohlins Suspensions, Lightweight Flywheels, Single disc dry (hydraulically actuated) clutches and a new six speed gearbox which "dog rattled" in neutral. This bike has less than 7500 miles total and since buying it in February it has been ridden around 30 miles per week. At 6700 miles the transmission was rebuilt by Moto International because a previous rider broke a shift fork. It now shifts better than any of my Guzzis. The front struts were resealed about a year ago. The battery was replaced with a sealed glass matt type about a year ago. It has new ContiMotion tires and new aft wheel bearings. Cush blocks still look new. Unmodified, unpainted, all original. Everything works on this bike except the neutral light. $5200 firm. Clean MS title.
