1966 BSA Hornet , The BSA 1966 Hornet A65 was built as a competition model to compete in the English Hare Scrambles, before motocross evolved. These bikes were ridden in the California desert races by such notables as Steve Mqueen, Dick Mann and a host of others. They were also converted to flat track bikes and won many championships. This bike is fully documented with a rebuilt engine and trans, new Akront wheels w/stainless spokes and a list of other repairs and reconditioned parts. It has the Mikuni carb conversion along with an electronic ignition. It has brand new Avon street tires and tubes. All fluids have been serviced including the front forks. Any rubber lines have bee replaced. The original parts (3 languages) and original owners manual included. There is a large tub of various parts included also. It has a steel Goldstar tank on it but comes with the original fiberglass race tank. (don't use it!) I run 100 leaded octain race gas in it. The parts tub is included with sale. Indian 1917 indian motorcycle project

This very rare package includes the hard to find Model O parts, spare parts, instruction and parts manuals and detailed photos and sketches of the still missing parts (ie, luggage rack, levers and linkage, clutch pedal, second foot rest, etc.) some of which need to be fabricated and some of which are currently available (ie. Troxel seat, oil tank cap etc from Antiguemotosmith) from vendors on Ebay. There are two carburetors but the needle valve is still missing. A front fender blank is included (and photos and sketches are included) if an original fender cannot be sourced The very hard to find Dixie S7 magneto has been rebuilt and is included as are the newly manufactured hi tension parts for the distributor. A rebuilt Wisconsin carburetor is also included which will need to have a Tee made to tie it into the intake tubes if a modern carburetor is desired. The project can be crated for shipment at the buyer's cost or picked up in Ketchum Idaho. The photos show some of the materials included including two spare motors ( the motor in the frame has compression and appears to be serviceable ) and a spare transmission. I have more photos if requested. The last photo is a restored model O in a museum so you can see what the finished project looks like!

My uncle is selling his 1973 Yamaha 250 MX. After 4 years and 2 moves he doesn't have the time or inclination to finish this bike, and he is selling it as is. The engine has a fresh top and bottom end. The tires/tubes are new; Dunlop D739FA front Dunlop 59M rear, bike also has taper bearing triple clamp bearings, new chain, new fork seal/boots, new seat foam/cover, new cables, new levers, new grips, new bars, new air filter, new rear brake shoes, new stainless spokes in rear wheel, and new plastics. As you can see in the picture the boot from the air box to the carb has hardened and shrunk. It also needs a gas tank. He believes that he has a petcock. The bike also comes with the extra parts shown and other parts not shown; old seat foam, misc. engine parts, cables, etc. My uncle can't find the title, so this is just a bike to play or race with, not for driving on the street unless you get it retitled.
