For example: a black motorcycle that has a swirl mark in the paint that can only be seen when you lean you head the right way, and the sun is perfectly at high noon... that is normal use. If the bottom of the saddlebag has nicks on it from setting it down while off the bike... that is normal use. A stone chip in an inconspicuous spot, you got it... normal use. We go out of our way to describe any imperfections, but we are real humans. If you are a California resident please know the regulations with emission systems. If the bike does not have 7500 miles, it must be equipped with CA emissions equipment. Here on the east coast it is extremely rare that we are selling a bike with CA emission equipment. If you are a California resident, it is your responsibility to ask us if the bike has the equipment needed to be legal in CA.
